We purchased two TVs and the two techs that delivered them and set up everything were so nice and helpful. My husband and I had several questions. All of our questions were answered. The techs did not leave until they were sure that we were satisfied with our new TVs.

Adrian was awesome! He kept me up to date on consult, payment methods and delivery. The install of my new microwave was done efficiently and quickly. Great service overall.

I needed two new TVs in my condo. Joe visited my home. He listened to my needs and expectations. He explained the technology clearly. He made suggestions after hearing what I wanted. The TVs are the perfect size and the price was reasonable.

Loved working with Andrew as my sales rep. Attentive, professional, easy to talk with and friendly. Really knew his products and answered questions without having to look up the answer. Would go back to him again in a heartbeat. Even helped me over the phone on his day off !

Jade was exceptional. She provided expertise and my project wound up fitting so much better than I was planning. Without Jade’s input this wouldn’t have looked as good.

The size of the TVs originally got for the bedrooms were way too large. Christopher helped me get them returned. Help me pick the right size and set up the installation and return of the others. Thank you, Christopher.

santiago was super helpful when no other representative at best buy had any idea about what they were talking about. it might have taken 3 separate visits to my home to get a $2,000 machine installed, but without santiago's help it probably still wouldn't be done.

I had the most positive experience working with Daniel Wood in Best Buy. He helped me to make the right choices for me new home project. I am very grateful to him for the time he spent advising me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice man. Thank you, David.

That said post installation it was very hard for me to get in touch with my advisor. I left an email...i left a VM ... if my advisor was going to be away ...it would have been good to know or given the number to someone else. Other than that my advisor was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Lastly i was thinking of buying a wireless soundbar and woofer thru my advisor but i feel obligated to purchase geek plan for 199.99 and if I dont buy plan best buy will charge me that 199.99 in the price of what im buying. I DONT LIKE THAT POLICY! left a bad taste.

Donavan is AMAZING!! He helped us pick equipment that makes our new movie room in the basement AWESOME! He answered all our questions and also came back out to teach us how to tweak our system to make it even better. I highly recommend Donavan and the Best Buy team.

Victor and team were patient during the process of determining the best projection TV system given constraints. Installation went exceptionally well as highly professional team. Also met with Victor multiple times at store and ended up purchasing many more items as he became a trusted advisor.

I could not be more satisfied with the support provided by the Geek Squad. They provided information to me as the installation was happening and were able to answer my questions. When I could not remember all that was said, they were kind enough to revisit my issues by sending out another member of the squad to provide a remote tutorial.

My in-home consultation went very well. The consultant was polite, honest and respectful. We discussed the current technology in my home and what I would like to have done. He provided recommendations for my consideration. The consult was not long and after the consultation I was emailed a quotation later on that day for my review.

I needed a refrigerator to fit into my limited space but still be large enough to suit my needs, as well as a media cabinet with the same limitations. Neeko was instrumental in helping me find the perfect solutions, and I'm happy with both items.

We looked around for an oven and microwave to replace our existing appliances. 3 salesmen were talking and finally Chris came over to us and asked if we needed any help. Went on from their and due to his help we purchased the two items. Very polite and spent time with us.

We were at the end of building a home and needed literally everything(appliances, tvs, routers, etc). Collin made the process super simple and made adjustments as needed with our timeline constantly changing. Now, If best buy has the product we want, we are buying it from Collin.

Steven Kojack is amazing to work with, he always makes himself available and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Best Buy is lucky to have him for an employee. I was in HR for many years and I know that he is the type of employee that anyone would be happy to have someone like him to work for them.

Angela was unbelievably helpful. Her extensive knowledge about every kitchen appliance aided me in deciding on my new kitchen. I am still very happy with my new appliances several years later.

My consultant, Justin has done an excellent job in helping me select and install a tv, washing machine and dryer. Due to his knowledge and attention to my needs and wants, I will also be purchasing a new range and microwave. Without Justin, I would not have purchased the above, he made the experience seamless. A total pleasure!

Ben was super helpful in determining a good laundry replacement set. The current set is in a small closet on the second floor so we weren't sure if there would be issues finding a suitable replacement. There was a miscommunication and he went back a second time to verify everything which made us feel even more confident in his recommendation.
