We had a new TV installed by Best Buy, had 3 other TV’s relocated, added Fire stick and antennas. Womack and the installers were professional, diligent and very personable. Their instructions on how to use the products were spot on.

Robert is impressively well informed and competent. He was able to give us technical information and practical advice far above today's norm. He was very generous with his time and patient in responding to our lack of knowledge.

Excellent! Fast and professional. Tv was mounted on my wall, leveled, and wires all installed neatly. I’m sure glad that I had the geek squad install my new LG tv. I couldn’t believe that they had completed the installation in less than a hours time. I’m so happy with the service and professionalism of Best Buy! I wouldn’t do business for electronics anywhere else. Great job!

Victor and team were patient during the process of determining the best projection TV system given constraints. Installation went exceptionally well as highly professional team. Also met with Victor multiple times at store and ended up purchasing many more items as he became a trusted advisor.

We needed our system up and running again. It's 22 yrs. old and with all the new technology today we couldn't figure it out. We thought we'd have to purchase an entirely new system but that programmed and got us up and running again and then recommended what we would do to get us the new functions we need.

Steven Kojack is amazing to work with, he always makes himself available and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Best Buy is lucky to have him for an employee. I was in HR for many years and I know that he is the type of employee that anyone would be happy to have someone like him to work for them.

As a result of Geek Squad coming to our home for an evaluation, we had Sonos speakers installed in each room of our home and love the consistent sound from room to room. We also upgraded our internet by having 3 ports, and added AppleTV boxes at each TV therein saving monthly charges over our former Spectrum cable TV. While it took time for us to make the adjustments to the changes, we love it!

We used Geek Squad to provide recommendations and equipment for our new home. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. The consultant did a fabulous job offering great solutions within our budget and was able to handle issues regarding equipment pricing and availability along the way. The install team was first rate - super knowledgeable, capable and friendly.

We needed help with an upgrade in our entertainment system. This was part of our plans to rearrange and add new furniture. Doug Draper was excellent in his guidance to relocate our computer system and upgrade our capabilities. The new larger TV is wonderful.

I asked for a consultation to replace old speakers and improve the sound from our TV. Our consultation with Jesse was amazing! He walked us through options for the whole house! From the proper size Living room TV to the best place to position the new ring system!! There's so much to learn as a new homeowner but Jesse answered all our questions with patience & professionalism!! Best of all he kept our budget top of mind!! Great experience for sure!

It was time to get a new tv. We had best Buy come in our home for measurements. I went to the Salem store to check out varieties we decided on a tv, sound system and had them installed…great tv, great watching sports ! Best Buy was great, ver professional and we are very happy.

Consultation was very helpful and professional. Gave me advice about what we could and could not do with my space. Provided a detailed list and pricing of all the components needed and did not pressure me to buy any one product over another. Would definitely recommend for anyone to do this before taking on a home theater project.

I spent a little time over the past year looking to upgrade my tv. When I was in the store the sales rep told me about your inhouse program. The advisor was patient, thoughtful, and made several suggestions including the make that would suit our room. I wanted a 65" tv but knew my was too small by 1-2 inches. The advisor proposed a good solution. Very pleased with service & followup. He always responded to my phone calls.
