We had an original built in Microwave oven by GE that was showing it's wear. It's not an easy task replacing a built in microwave because of the size of the cavity and finding a microwave oven you want to stick in the cavity. The most difficult thing is then finding a trim kit to match. It took two tries but everything worked out well. The in home consultation worked out very well and I would use that service again without hesitation.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Jose Beltran. He guided me in purchasing two smart Sony TVs. He came to my house since I was unsure and we worked it all out and I felt so much more confident I would have a happy outcome! Which I did today when they were installed. I’m so pleased!! We needed help selecting a refrigerator that would match existing appliances that had stylist features, e.g. handles that were discontinued, varying stainless steel finish, etc. Our consultant presented the option of an appliance with black glass front panels and no handles. We love it!

Michael called on time and delivered on time.He and the other tech were so careful with the appliances they delivered and removed. Michael also demoed features of our appliances. We used our appliances that day. I would recommend appliances from Best Buy and Michael and the other tech.

We needed our system up and running again. It's 22 yrs. old and with all the new technology today we couldn't figure it out. We thought we'd have to purchase an entirely new system but that programmed and got us up and running again and then recommended what we would do to get us the new functions we need.

Robert took the time to find the best tv for my application. I had some space and lighting issues. OMG, it's perfect. The Sony unit is very bright and accurate. The installers also did everything perfectly. They listened and made the installation perfect.

We need some help updating our 10 year old TV, & sound system. Mr. Ledoux was very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to walk us through the process in getting a much better system. I highly recommend and appreciate what he did for our both family room and theater room updates.

I was having trouble getting an associate on the phone at my local store and after calling several times I decided to call Best Buys 800 number. The advisor that helped me was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to assist me with making a selection, researching the best offer, and placing my order. I was delighted that the items I ordered would be delivered in time for a "stay home" birthday celebration.

Purchasing new large TV and Receiver and needed professional help in what would work for everything. Tyler was excellent and spent several hours with us and figured out everything needed and so far all has worked out great. Would recommend this service to everyone.

Andres handled all our needs. Andres came for an in-home consult and solved all our challenges to upgrade from cable to Ting. He showed us what we needed for a whole-home update to bring on high-speed internet coverage for our wired and wireless devices. We couldn't be happier with our new high-speed home.

The Geek Squad is made up of the most knowledgable techs who made it look easy that they were installing 8 Samsung televisions. They also had great attitudes because some of the installs were not exactly easy. Keith Taylor also made easy for me to purchase what I needed and got me the right sale price
