Imagine our delight in finding out Best Buy offers in-home consultation. After years of renting a crappy router from our internet provider, Anthony helped us in choosing the router/gateway that fit not only our needs but budget as well. He was patient in answering all our questions, he didn't try to push or sell us something that we would regret, and really took the time to help us out. Kudos to Anthony!!!

I cannot believe the exceptional service I received from Catherine at Best Buy in Roseville. She emailed me multiple times to ensure my measurements were correct, knew exactly what I needed when I came in for a "matching" appliance - the delivery and install was seamless. I would give this experience more than five stars if that were an option!

We got our security system installed and Jeff was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had alot of great ideas for camera placement. He was also real good at showing us how to use equipment and app. We would recommend him for all Best Buy installs!!!

The guys were awesome. They we're very knowledgeable about their tasks and were respectful. We had several laughs during the install. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Really glad I decide to become a totaltech customer. Seamless process. Thank you!

The original wiring connection is on the side of the door and therefore the Ring Doorbell Pro unit could not be mounted easily to face the outside in order to capture the image. The problem was discussed with my in-home advisor who suggested to mount it at an angle by using a special fixture for an additional fee. It was a great suggestion and the Ring Door bell Pro works fine and serves its purpose.

We engaged Jason for this BB service without knowing what to expect. It turned out to be a far more positive experience that what we expected. Jason was very helpful and is highly recommended for any of your home improvement projects.

My consultant and installer, I had work with before when in store so I was very comfortable with their advise and suggestions. When I needed help extending my signal to an outside she/shed for streaming and later adding Roku to older units, Apple Watch purchase, and upcoming large screen purchase. They helped me explore my best options cost wise and value wise. Great Job from the team.

My home consultant was valuable in assisting me with product choice and future problems that involved home installation.He was very knowledgeable and professional and did everthing to be sure that I was a satisfied customer.The downside being Best Buy does not have qualified or dependable in home installers.

I looked several times at different appliances and TVs that I wanted in my new home but I wasn’t sure what be the right look or fit in those particular spaces. So I decided to use the free in home consultation. Ryan, thank you! Ryan came over and listened to what I wanted. He took measurements and came up with options that would work in those areas. I bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer, a two TVs. They look great! Thanks Ryan!

Heather was fantastic!! She was able to help with all of our needs and definitely went the extra mile to ensure we had all we needed. She also took time from her busy schedule to walk our home and provide suggestions that were practical and in some area saved us a few dollars.

I needed to replace an older refrigerator but needed to make sure the dimensions were compatible with the space in my kitchen. Nick discussed the options and reviewed, with me, the possible choices . It was a very professional and pleasant experience.

The consultant showed up on time, very professional, very pleasant. Had a good conversation, listened to my needs, answered some questions and within 24 hours he emailed me an estimate. My beef is the upsell. I know that this is part of the job, I am in sales after all, but I really did not need n expensive soundbar for a small room when all I am trying to do is improve the sound quality over the TV speakers and direct that towards me so I can clearly hear it. Now if I am setting up a man cave then that's another story. All in all, I was satisfied with the consultation.

Cameron was, simply, the best home consultant you could ever have! He exemplifies who you want as a mobile representative of your business. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, he was also a good salesman! We need more Camerons!

Consult arrived on time and gave his thoughts. Told me he would get back to me in a day but it took several. Told me the install for wired security system was not possible due to the height of my eaves. Tried selling me a $1,000 wireless system. I declined because I knew at that moment the install was possible but they did not want to do a job that required more work than a wireless. Bought wired system and installed by electrician. Works great.

Consultation was very helpful and professional. Gave me advice about what we could and could not do with my space. Provided a detailed list and pricing of all the components needed and did not pressure me to buy any one product over another. Would definitely recommend for anyone to do this before taking on a home theater project.

I am not at all good at purchasing electronics. I needed help with selecting a home theater system for my bedroom. I went to Best Buy to purchase one which was when I found out that BB has consultants who does home visits FREE of charge. The consultant also assists the customers with choosing the proper electronic that suits their need/want. My home consultation was great.

Jesse knows his stuff. He led my wife and I through all of our choices for a home entertainment center and he recommendations proved to be spot on. He made some recommendations that I hadn't thought about and these turned out to be excellent ideas too.

Megan is excellent, my wife and I really have enjoyed meeting and working with her on multiple projects. She is very knowledgeable about the products. She did an awesome job walking us through our needs. We are happy with everything that Megan assisted us through.

I was extremely happy with the free in-home consultation. The employee in the store was very clear on what to expect when the in-home consultant showed up. And it was exactly what I expected. We did end up going a different route than what Best Buy had to offer, but did what was best for our space. Still bought our TV from them, but bought more suitable audio elsewhere. Would 100% recommend the free in-home consultation to anyone.
