My consultant seemed very knowledgeable and non-biased. He recommended 4 outdoor cameras which would cover the areas i'm interested in monitoring. Nest and Arlo Pro 2 seem like the best choices for me but both have downsides. Especially Nest which has a monthly monitoring fee which seems to go on forever, so you're locked in if you buy them. I will probably call my consultant and go over the options again. Other than the confusion over hardware options, I think it's a great service.

We needed help with our e-mails through bluepeak. We were not getting any in or out. Because of minimal help from bluepeak, Michael came to our rescue by talking with them and solving our problem. He was very helpful and patient and said we could call on him for future help.

Omar is the Best no pun intended! His ability to communicate and understand what I wanted and needed was extraordinary. I am beyond satisfied with how my consultation went. 5 Stars is not sufficient in my humble opinion. My installers we're Amazing also. Wonderful service and professionalism.

Needed a consult on a double wall oven. This is the first upgrade from the original. Very helpful gave me two options to choose from and gave me advice on which way would be easier since dimensions are not the same.

As I have come to expect over the years I have been a Best Buy customer, your service and personnel are topo notch. Noe at the store was very helpful and the tech who brought and installed my tv was great, I think his name was Kevin. I know I can depend on Best Buy and the Geek Squad to come through for me.

Jason was very knowledgeable in large appliances. He answered our questions with confidence and helped us weigh our options. Made the transaction smooth- which is what you want after spending days studying product options and reviews- then spending thousands of dollars….

Daniel was great walking through the process and about measurements he helped us buy all the appliances in our new home . TV , Refrigerator , Washer and Dryer and we are working on upgrading the other appliances too . Daniel has knowledge on the product that could fit perfect for your home.

I appreciate how Agent PJ explained what he was doing, and gave suggestions to fix the errors, if they arise again. Although my previous experience w/ the Geek Squad left w/ some reoccurring issues, Agent PJ was more than capable of coming to the rescue. He quickly targeted and troubleshoot the areas of concern, as well as took the time to follow up afterwards. I’m glad that I gave Geek Squad another chance.

We needed to to up our Home Security game and Geordy and the team at Best Buy set us with exactly what we needed. Geordy was onsite for a consultation to review our needs and advised the best, most practical approach. His team was onsite a few weeks later to install and we could not be happier.

I needed help selecting a large smart tv and the equipment to mount it on the wall with no wires showing. My consultation was over the phone. I sent the Best Buy rep pictures of my space and she spent an hour with me getting everything just perfect. She got my stuff ordered and set up and scheduled delivery and installation. Would highly recommend this process. It was so easy for me!

Bryan is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with in designing our new audio/TV system, WiFi sytem and Ring door bells. He gave us many options to choose from to help us make our decisions. We have been back to visit with him twice as we continue to add to our systems.

His deep knowledge of everything electronic is very evident and his patience in explaining everything is very supportive and inviting. Grant was knowledgeable and professional! He came to my home and took measurements to ensure all new appliances fit. He answered all my questions and even price matched items that went on sale following my purchase. I will definitely request his assistance for future purchases.

I was looking to update my home television and Dalton provided a home consultation to better understand what products I have and what I was wanting to accomplish. Dalton provided great information and answered all of my questions. Dalton was not pushy in a sales way to purchase any particular products and he worked with my budget. While visiting my house Dalton made suggestions that improved my wifi performance as well.

Nathan provided great advice and was able to solve a complicated problem for us. it was a pleasure working with him

We were stumped -- our internet was DOA and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. The Charlottesville Best Buy in-house team was very sympathetic and were able to get a technician to our house the same day!! He was AMAZING!!! He thoroughly analyzed the issues and resolved the problems, walking us through each step so we could take care of things ourselves if there was a "next time".

Tech expect Lem T. takes care of business for his clients. He always has the answers and heartfelt suggestions. You know you will be supported with anything you need whether it be the purchase of new equipment or the home install. When I am purchasing at BestBuy, I am looking for Lem T. Thanks Lem!!

The company consultant was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable We weren’t sure what our needs were and what our options might be Our consultant was great and was take us through some options and made us comfortable that he was never overselling and had our interests always top of mind He was great and stayed with through the creation of a proposal to the implementation of what is a great total home Media, sound and network solution
