Norma is simply the best. Attentive, thoughtful, detail oriented and takes the time to make sure the client gets everything they want and need and makes an otherwise confusing process simple. Buying our new kitchen was a pleasure and Norma made it the best. Chris is also fantastic, I would recommend going to them for any purchases!

Purchasing new large TV and Receiver and needed professional help in what would work for everything. Tyler was excellent and spent several hours with us and figured out everything needed and so far all has worked out great. Would recommend this service to everyone.

We got our security system installed and Jeff was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had alot of great ideas for camera placement. He was also real good at showing us how to use equipment and app. We would recommend him for all Best Buy installs!!!

Robert took the time to find the best tv for my application. I had some space and lighting issues. OMG, it's perfect. The Sony unit is very bright and accurate. The installers also did everything perfectly. They listened and made the installation perfect.

I didn’t want to spend the time catching up on technology or looking at each model and price to find the right fit for our situation. The in-home consultant was exactly what I needed. Rob was great to work with. He drove 2 hours to see our new home and assisted us to build a solution to meet our needs and budget. It was also great having a point person to contact with follow-up questions and issues.

This was our first time ever with anyone to have an in home consultation. We were having problems finding the right double oven/microwave to fit our space. The in home team members did an awesome job helping us pick out the best one for our needs and setup the purchase and then we set up the installation. Will use again if the need arises. Taylor was very knowledgeable on what it would require to have a good home theatre system and provided various ideas which would go with my setup in a very cost effective way.

Wasn't quite sure if my new tv would be compatible with the components used with my older tv that i was replacing. Nicholas was very helpful in checking units and cables before I ordered my tv. He was also able to set up order and delivery in home, making it extremely easy for my convenience, as well as taking away my old tv.

Chris (clarksville location) is just phenomenal. He is more than just an advisor now. We feel we know him for years. He is ernest, sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He is a trusted source for all our tech purchases. He quickly understood our shopping style so he readily provides comparisons and alternatives before we even ask. We needed help with our e-mails through bluepeak. We were not getting any in or out. Because of minimal help from bluepeak, Michael came to our rescue by talking with them and solving our problem. He was very helpful and patient and said we could call on him for future help.
