I needed to replace a couple of tvs and needed to know what size I could have for the desired effect. The home consultant was very knowledgeable and helped visualize what I wanted. I am pleased with how it turned out.

Our consultation with Jesse was amazing! He walked us through options for the whole house! From the proper size Living room TV to the best place to position the new ring system!! There's so much to learn as a new homeowner but Jesse answered all our questions with patience & professionalism!! Best of all he kept our budget top of mind!! Great experience for sure!

My in-home advisor was terrific. He was spot-on with his recommendations and extremely knowledgeable about all the products we discussed. He did not push me toward anything, but answered all my questions. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the recommendations. We selected a refrigerator, TV mounts, a sound system with speakers and receiver, cameras and a security system. I am looking forward to the install.

We had a complex problem connecting the new modem to the ISP (Comcast). Shaquile stayed with it for hours until it became clear that it was a Comcast system problem. He came back the next day to wrap it up.

Excellent! Fast and professional. Tv was mounted on my wall, leveled, and wires all installed neatly. I’m sure glad that I had the geek squad install my new LG tv. I couldn’t believe that they had completed the installation in less than a hours time. I’m so happy with the service and professionalism of Best Buy! I wouldn’t do business for electronics anywhere else. Great job!

Matt was terrific listening to what we picked out and make great suggestions for us to consider and we did. I really like the person coming to the house especially during these times. He wore a mask and kept his distance. He called me after he left about when our order would be to us. We had to wait for overhead fan to be ordered. All in all it was a great experience. Try it, you'll like it.

All went well with the process for my purchases. It was helpful to have 1 person to go to for detailed information about the products I was interested in & having an expert come to my home & measure the spaces before the final decision & purchases were made. Thank you!

We needed someone to come help us figure out what size tv we could do as a wall mount with the space we had. Our bedroom is layed out odd. Because of where our door is, it had us in a pickle. But Derek was awesome at figuring it out, measuring the area and now Teddy came and installed it for us and we "so love" our tv. We don't even need to where our glasses to watch it! Thank you to Best Buy for providing this service!

The web site give you a size for the compactor will fit in is not correct ! So if you go by that when the installer gets here you find out it won't go in hole you made, you get out your Sawzall and rush like hell so the installer doesn't have to wait too long, rushing make you butcher the job which makes you fix what you did. The installer was very nice and help me fix the problem.

Blake was awesome and very responsive even with the hiccups he could not control… wish i had more funds for the next project !

Kelly was very customer-focused, answering all of our questions, providing a wealth of product information and offering a wide range of ideas and suggestions. We upgraded our WiFi router with Eero and are considering some additional purchases, such as a Ring Video Doorbell Pro, smart plugs, an Echo Dot and a Lutron Wireless Smart Lighting Dimmer Switch Starter Kit. We were very pleased with our experience and recommend it to others.

We were wanting outdoor security cameras for our home, and our needs were met exactly after an in-home consultstion. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but we needed expert suggestions and advice to create the exact security system for us. Everything was explained to us clearly, from placing the cameras at precise locations around our house to understanding the app on our phone, and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely purchase again!

We used Geek Squad to provide recommendations and equipment for our new home. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. The consultant did a fabulous job offering great solutions within our budget and was able to handle issues regarding equipment pricing and availability along the way. The install team was first rate - super knowledgeable, capable and friendly.

We were planning to install an outdoor TV and had several questions on how we should proceed. It was recommended on an in store visit to do an In Home Consultation. We had a great experience. All our questions were answered and some good recommendations were made. We were also able to purchase everything we needed right in the comfort of our own home. Highly recommend getting an In Home Consultation if you have unique situations or not that you might be dealing with.

I needed to install a stackable washer dryer combo and a stove to my new apartment. I live on the second floor and there are some narrow stairs you need to bring equipment in for. Toni helped to ensure the equipment I planned on ordering could fit into the apartment..She did an amazing job.

We have been looking at TVs for several months and although we knew which TV we wanted, due to the cost, we weren’t sure of it was our best choice. Our advisor sat down with us, answered all of our questions/concerns and provided us with the information we needed to make our decision. We never felt rushed or pushed in one direction or another. Provided great recommendations for a WiFi mesh system that is a drastic improvement over what I previously rented from my cable supplier. Only complaint was that the consultant did not know what systems Buckeye Cable supported. Tried two Modems before I had to buy an inferior product off Buckeye’s approved list. Consultant stopped communicating with me once I tried the second modem through Best Buy rather than try to understand Buckeye limitations for the next customer.

Both of our consultants were on time, professional, patient and thorough. We had an amazing experience and our sales process continues today and our purchases will be made. Will absolutely refer this team to friends and family
