Our advisor had extensive experience with Theater Seating that I had passed over. Upon studying the reviews, it was clear that she was 100% correct. I changed the seating to the model she recommended & received a superior product at a lower cost than I had selected!

Destiny was an Immense help getting the right tv and sound system for my needs. And she comes to the house! I was very happy and satisfied with all her help and expertise.

Billy provided a realistic theater and stereo assessment so that I could best choose what works for me. He didn’t attempt to fluff anything up so that I wanted to buy a more expensive system, rather he told me exactly what would best suited my situation and needs. Great guy! Kind and a great listener.

We had questions with our hone TV system, computer, wireless printer, and router/modem. Matt came to our home gave us a proposal on what he recommended based on our needs. It was a great experience he was able to make his suggestions based on our current set up., We also can upgrade the equipment as needed.

Jorge was polite, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our disappointment centered on the Best Buy process currently in place. Jorge should have been our only point of contact...instead we also had to work with another associate to actually buy the TV and set up delivery. Jorge sold us the wall mount and coordinated the installation. Very frustrating dealing with two associates during the purchasing, delivery, and installation phases.....especially when problems arose with scheduled delivery.

I have struggled for years to get my home network working to provide the speed promised by the cable company and uninterrupted service. Jonathan offered me a list of suggestions and together we chose the Luxel system. The install went as planned and I finally got the speed and reliability I needed from the router. Jonathan checked on me several times to ensure I was happy with the service.

I needed to replace an older refrigerator but needed to make sure the dimensions were compatible with the space in my kitchen. Nick discussed the options and reviewed, with me, the possible choices . It was a very professional and pleasant experience.

Daniel saved us a bunch of money. He helped us navigate the different choices and brands we were considering until we found the perfect fit for all new appliances in the kitchen. You won't go wrong with Daniel.

Alex was the ideal consultant for us. We were building a house and needed advice on building a technology system from the ground up (although we didn’t realize that at the time many of the add ons were excellent and within budget) Now that we have figured out how to operate and have added to the technology from Best Buy, Alex was the best.

Jesse knows his stuff. He led my wife and I through all of our choices for a home entertainment center and he recommendations proved to be spot on. He made some recommendations that I hadn't thought about and these turned out to be excellent ideas too.

We received advice on many options - many of which we didn't know, and we also received detailed information on features and cost. We visited Best Buy in San Francisco, been greeted by stuff, very nice and pleasant customer service. Marvin took care of me and my husband as we needed help with purchasing washer and dryer as well couple other appliances. Everything was smooth and easy. Would highly recommend this worker and this location.

All went well with the process for my purchases. It was helpful to have 1 person to go to for detailed information about the products I was interested in & having an expert come to my home & measure the spaces before the final decision & purchases were made. Thank you!

We needed consultation after years of trying to improve the quality of our audio equipment by reading specs printed on the outside of a box. Our in-home consultant listened to our thoughts, suggested an affordable solution, invited us to test it out in the store and arrange for installation. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Our home expert Jack was knowledgeable and courteous. There was no hard sell which goes a long way with me. We did buy the TV and sound system that he recommended. Look forward to having him back out to look at a few more things for us.

Trey was great. He listens to what you are saying. He considers your needs and wants and price goals. He is not pushy but tells you have to make your system perform the best in your price range.

Our advisor had a lot on his plate when he arrived. He had 4 Arlo cameras to install, plus an Orbi wifi system that entailed hooking up a base with two extensions. Thank goodness he had been allotted the proper time to get all this done! He was very polite and explained what he was doing to us as he went along. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and he tested out everything and made sure we understood before he left.

Without a doubt this was one of my best experiences with the purchase of my Home Theater equipment. Josh was very enthusiastic and experienced with showing me all the options available to me while keeping my house diagram in mind. His knowledge on system components is very impressive!!!
