We had many questions about advances in internet, wi-fi, in home audio as well as a plan for upcoming construction. Our consultant discussed our needs, devised a plan and offered a list of equipment that would work well with our plan. Since our construction plans were on hold, he offered to revisit when we were ready and upgrade his list at that time. It doesn't get much better than that, especially since it was a free service!

As a result of Geek Squad coming to our home for an evaluation, we had Sonos speakers installed in each room of our home and love the consistent sound from room to room. We also upgraded our internet by having 3 ports, and added AppleTV boxes at each TV therein saving monthly charges over our former Spectrum cable TV. While it took time for us to make the adjustments to the changes, we love it!

We were very happy to hear of this service provided by Best Buy as we were overwhelmed by all the choices available and the support equipment needed. Myra was right on time. She was thorough and never made us feel rushed. She wrote down every single thing that we needed for a complete job and explained why. She was patient and professional at our home and in the store. When the installation team arrived we were prepared and they were able to complete the job in one visit.

I asked for a consultation to replace old speakers and improve the sound from our TV. Thomas listened to our needs and budget, and provided clear choices with his opinion based on experience and knowledge of different speakers. We were impressed with his knowledge of sound systems and appreciate that he has been available to answer questions. He arranged for timely installation by the Geek Squad.

Kyle was superb. I have been a sales and management consultant for many years. He is one of the best. Did what every GREAT sales person does ……… He listened to us and helped solve our problems and fulfill our needs.

The two service staff came between 3 - 7 pm. They changed the swing doors from right to left within 30 minutes. Both did a good job. My refrigerator is working. I have a complaint about your dispatcher for not informing me prior to the service call to: a. empty contents of the refrigerator b. no parts needed to change the swing door. c. by not informing the service staff on the purpose of the service, it was tense for a few minutes before they figured out what to do. This is unnecessary.

Santiago is outstanding! If you have a problem with an item he is the man that will figure it out! Extremely helpful, easy to contact, and you can tell he enjoys helping others. I will continue to go back to Best Buy just to receive his quality customer service!

Norma is simply the best. Attentive, thoughtful, detail oriented and takes the time to make sure the client gets everything they want and need and makes an otherwise confusing process simple. Buying our new kitchen was a pleasure and Norma made it the best. Chris is also fantastic, I would recommend going to them for any purchases!

Since we both enjoy cooking, we chose the LG oven because of its many features. We have put it through its paces and are completely satisfied with our choice. The delivery and instillation went without any difficulty. Most pleased with the whole process.

Ethan became involved in our selection of a TV, even though he works out of a different store. His insights on the various TVs and receivers were invaluable, and he volunteered his contact information for follow up.

Bianca was very helpful in my selection of a smart tv to fit into an existing built-in space. She gave me several choices and explained the differences between them. She also explained what the advantages were with getting a geek squad membership. However, when the technician installed my new tv, he couldn’t haul away the huge, heavy old one. He helped arrange for a two man team to come a few days later. It all worked out in the end.

Without a doubt this was one of my best experiences with the purchase of my Home Theater equipment. Josh was very enthusiastic and experienced with showing me all the options available to me while keeping my house diagram in mind. His knowledge on system components is very impressive!!!

Michel was extremely responsive and helpful. He knew exactly what my home needed and directed me to the right purchases. We look forward to installation of our in-home theater and sound system soon! Absolutely will recommend him and the TotalTech membership to friends and family. 5/5 stars!!

he was great and was able to order an electric range for us but I wish it had been energy efficient. Also because of shortage, it won't come till next month. I wanted to order a refrigerator but the store wouldn't let him order one. I did order and receive a soundbar for my upstairs tv. Hopefully, he did price matching for me on both items - I have no way of knowing.

Billy provided a realistic theater and stereo assessment so that I could best choose what works for me. He didn’t attempt to fluff anything up so that I wanted to buy a more expensive system, rather he told me exactly what would best suited my situation and needs. Great guy! Kind and a great listener.

We replaced an electric cooktop with an induction cooktop. Everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout the process - from providing options, scheduling a time to come out and get measurements to confirm fit to the actual installation. The process was quick, easy and I would happily work with them again.

Wasn't quite sure if my new tv would be compatible with the components used with my older tv that i was replacing. Nicholas was very helpful in checking units and cables before I ordered my tv. He was also able to set up order and delivery in home, making it extremely easy for my convenience, as well as taking away my old tv.

My experience with Best Buy’s home consulting was outstanding. All suggestions were within my budget and in my cases below. They focused my energy on the most important parts of my project and i am extremely satisfied with the completed project. All around, from consulting, to knowledge, to pricing to final installation the experience was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Alejandra Ors did a great job of providing a total solution for selection of 65” tv and sound system, what mounting would work and how to best add wiring in the wall for maximum aesthetics and performance.

We renovated our home and upgraded TVs and sound systems. We worked with Rob, the entertainment consultant, to select the right equipment for our needs and spaces. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with! The systems we purchased are a perfect fit for our home. We would definitely use these services again and recommend it to others.
