We needed help in converting or up grading a home theater setup in a church auditorium. Our consultant was excellent and we saved a lot of money going to an 85 inch led smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer. Parishioners are ecstatic.

I was purchasing a washer and dryer and Isaac was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He also heard us talking about TV's and provided great assistance here. After installation, he followed up with a personal call to ask how things went.

The team did a great job. But the remote does not always work the way I think it should work. example-- turn system on watch a game turn system off, but projector does not go off.Another is turn on, select Bluray and the receiver does not switch to Bluray from Media player? Why

The Home Consultant /Expert came onsite to ensure appliances would fit in the spaces, then ordered and scheduled installation. Was very efficient and spent a good amount of time ensuing all questions were addressed.

I first used the consultant to help me choose the right sound bar for my set-up so I knew I needed to have her help me choose my new TV. It was so beneficial to have her see the dimensions of the room, the windows and amount of natural light, etc. She also helped me visualize the sizes of the two TVs I was considering. With her help I made the right choice and I am very happy with my purchase.

Aron and his guys were great. The first unit that was shipped to us was flawed and Aron made appropriate notes that cleared the way for us to get a replacement quickly. He left me contact information and showed up as soon as the unit was available from BB and reinstalled. He and his team are not BB employees, but as contractors, they will keep me going back to BB for appliances.

Adam Salih was very helpful and knowledgeable helping us choose our tv. I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a tv and everything that goes with it.

We visited Best Buy in San Francisco, been greeted by stuff, very nice and pleasant customer service. Marvin took care of me and my husband as we needed help with purchasing washer and dryer as well couple other appliances. Everything was smooth and easy. Would highly recommend this worker and this location.
