I needed help with a complicated re-installation of my TV. Eric Ocha goes above and beyond. I had been struggling with the interaction of my TV remote and my Spectrum remote. He sat with and explained them both with clarity and unravelled the problem. this Best Buy expert ups the game of what it means to use your knowledge, and have patience with your customer.

This free home consultation is a wonderful service. The Home Expert, Derek Haygood, was a big help. He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions, and promptly followed up with a couple of options for a new washer and dryer. There was no high pressure, very professional, great experience.

The size of the TVs originally got for the bedrooms were way too large. Christopher helped me get them returned. Help me pick the right size and set up the installation and return of the others. Thank you, Christopher.

We had a vandalism incident at our home and needed to install cameras. Our first attempt with wireless cameras didn’t give us the result we needed. Zach arrived on time for my site consultation. I needed to make certain that my the roof area above my movie room was accessible so two additional in-ceiling speakers could be added. Zach trekked through a hard to navigate attic crawl space full of insulation and obstacles to reach the movie room area. He confirmed access. I can now move forward with my speaker install.

After losing our home and all contents in a wildfire, we needed to replace everything. Dustin and Rodney came to our new home to consult and help us replace what was lost with the latest in appliances and home entertainment. They were extremely helpful in informing us on current technology and the best devices for our needs.

Jacqueline and her teammate came in and connected my router! At times, they had to troubleshoot the issues that arose, but did it with patience and determination! I was quite impressed! She made sure everything was working efficiently before leaving the location. They went above and beyond the call of duty!

We were very happy to have Brian back at our home to review our current set-up and offered some great options for us. He handled our AV needs a couple of years back and we were very pleased with what he proposed and we signed up and finished that project. Very excited to purchase and move forward with his proposal this time.

We have had networking issues for several years. Unfortunately, we had attempted to get them fixed but to no avail. Heather listened to our problems and then put together a product list that would help us fix our issues once and for all. Now we are able to work throughout our home. We don't have to worry about bandwidth issues or whether or not we can participate in Zoom conference calls.

I’m very happy with the in home consultation service,and geek squad installers.Doug was informative,and gave great options to choose from. This was a very big job that I could not do myself,but jarred,and joe did it one day.They answered all of our questions,and showed us how to use the equipment. I have one more project in the house that I know I could do myself,but I’m going to hire the service again,because it was a pleasure dealing with them...thanks

Jaqueline listened to our needs and we had a great 1on1 discussion on the best bundle for our needs. We did quite a bit of research beforehand. The quote she provided was market competitive and contained no hidden costs. She made it easy to understand what Best Buy could tackle and when an electrician was needed. We are installing wireless cameras, updating our router to extend our coverage to the cameras, and smart phone locks.

Destinee Perados knows her stuff and is a delightful personality. Her thoughtful suggestions made decision making much easier than it would have been on our own. The end result is great! It was a pleasure to work with her.

Michelle Lockhart was our IHA and was excellent. She was thorough , helpful, knowledgeable and patient when answering our questions! And she always answered my calls and texts. Even though we love this tv, the Smart part has never worked well! Prime and Netflix don’t work !! The Geek Squad has been great but cannot figure out what is wrong! But they and Michelle are trying everything! I would certainly recommend Michelle....she is great!

when I was shopping for new appliances I voiced my concern about size and fit and the store clerk informed me of they would come out free of charge and would measure and let me know if my choices would fit! Best thing I ever did, Jeff came when the appointment was, put all my doubts to rest and met me at my store location to get my order placed quickly and accurately! So glad Elaine at the corona store let me know of this option
