The first installer, James?, came to install the window a.c. and discovered the wrong size had been sent. He corrected the order. The second installer,Hector, did a fabulous job. Carlos, sales, helped to obtain the correct unit and fix any problem wonderful crew.

The advisor was friendly, listened to all of my thoughts regarding where things should go and what product would be best for the specifications I needed. I had been thinking about installing a home projector for some time but wasn’t sure about dimensions of the room and size of the screen. I also had questions regarding Apple HomePod compatibility and he was able to confirm the answers I needed.

Joe was very helpful with my kitchen upgrade. He is knowledgeable was easily available either by phone or email when I had questions. I appreciate being able to talk to a "real" person who can answer my questions quickly.

I had my old microwave removed and a new one installed . Bob and Bobby of Executive Installation were great! It was fine in no time at all and perfectly!!! Best Buy needs to clarify their instructions for microwave installation to specifically request the cabinet above the microwave be emptied out. That was not in the instructions.

I'm very pleased with my new security set up. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Best Buy put a lot of planning and thought into the right system for me, and gave me a great price and excellent installation and support.

Had Best Buy install my new LG Oled and sound bar. The two installers couldn’t have been more organized, professional and quick! You can tell they do this every day, so why should you! Even moved my old TV to the bedroom for a nominal fee on the spot, which was awesome.

Advisor confirmed that a wall mount installation for a new 65" TV ,in the location I wanted, was feasible. He then proceeded to place an order for the exact TV I wanted and scheduled an installation date. He saved me a trip to the Best Buy store. I was extremely pleased with his ability to service my needs. P.S. The installation was a success and I love our new Samsung Q90 LED TV. Picture quality is outstanding.

Kurt Karth did a fabulous job for us. We were literally clueless as to which microwave and range to select. He walked us through the process and we could ask any and all questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. This is a super service that Best Buy offers. We couldn't be more grateful.

My home expert Warren was absolutely amazing. She went above a beyond in assisting me with making selections on my kitchen appliance package, washer & dryer and a tv and sound bar combo. Highly recommend

Consultant arrived early with great communication ahead of time. Reviewed our outdated technology (10+) years, and schooled us- per our request- on technical issues. Professional, personable, honest and friendly. No geek, just great.

We needed consultation after years of trying to improve the quality of our audio equipment by reading specs printed on the outside of a box. Our in-home consultant listened to our thoughts, suggested an affordable solution, invited us to test it out in the store and arrange for installation. We couldn't be more satisfied.

David K was amazing. He was very patient and helpful especially in the early process. He is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us his honest opinion about certain products. He has been very responsive during the process of waiting for the product.

Marcus was Great !! He was able to get to us a little early which worked well for us. He was very helpful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Our experiences with Best Buy staff like Marcus give us a good reason to keep coming back to Best Buy for our electronics purchases.

we needed help with our new equiptment , and he knew just what we needed. we still are having some trouble because everything is so new and complicated for us. we are over 80 years old and new things are hard to understand sometimes.

The gentleman was very respectful coming into our home. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because I never really got the support I needed to purchase a home sound/theater system. Call backs were not made as/when promised and I didn’t really understand the reason for the different proposals. I’d like to try again and see if I can have my questions answered so I can move forward.

We had a vandalism incident at our home and needed to install cameras. Our first attempt with wireless cameras didn’t give us the result we needed. Our consultant, Ambrose offered the best solution and worked to bring the plan to fruition. The plan was thorough and I appreciated that he walked us through the details.

I needed a new microwave with installation. As always, I have been pleased with their work. Joe one of the two men who installed my microwave was very nice. Both men were exceptionally nice but I didn't get both names. They were on time and did a wonderful job. Thank you Best Buy for having great people on your team. My microwave looks good and I am enjoying it!

C J Zendejas was terrific. The Geek Squad that installed my Thermador cook-top and down draft vent, not so great. They had to cut the marble countertop to able to fit the new appliances and got dust over the entire kitchen. Installed a gas line that was too long and I will have to replace myself.

Demetrius Turner was my consultant for my wife and I when we was looking for a new TV for our new house. I called him Mr. Clutch because he came through when we needed him the most.
