Alex was the ideal consultant for us. We were building a house and needed advice on building a technology system from the ground up (although we didn’t realize that at the time many of the add ons were excellent and within budget) Now that we have figured out how to operate and have added to the technology from Best Buy, Alex was the best.

Drew came to our home, determined what sound enhancements worked for our area and wants. He was able to order those devices, sound bars, sub woofers and earphones,along with TV mounts and arranged for installation. Such a seamless experience! Great customer service!

They were extremely helpful in informing us on current technology and the best devices for our needs.

The Best Buy representative came to our home, analyzed the existing system, asked appropriate questions about price range/quality, returned to the store and called me that afternoon with a couple possible solutions for a new receiver - one of which was on sale. He is a trusted source for all our tech purchases. He quickly understood our shopping style so he readily provides comparisons and alternatives before we even ask. Rob was great to work with. He drove 2 hours to see our new home and assisted us to build a solution to meet our needs and budget. It was also great having a point person to contact with follow-up questions and issues.

I can't rave enough just how great sounding the LS 50 wireless speakers are. I am also able to stream Tidal, Spotify and my Roon collection through the speakers. Very impressed so far...

I have a 3 unit apartment building converting to Airbnb. Calvin came out and was able to lead me in the proper tv placement, size and mounting needed. The install team did an amaizing job bringing it all together.

From designing the sound system, to solving both old and new issues with my home, I now have the dream sound system, tying in with a collection of CDs, phono and streaming music. I'm thrilled with Alex's final results!

This was our first time ever with anyone to have an in home consultation. We were having problems finding the right double oven/microwave to fit our space. The in home team members did an awesome job helping us pick out the best one for our needs and setup the purchase and then we set up the installation. Will use again if the need arises. I had a project to install an outdoor TV and sound system. Also a Mesh system and a land switch. The consultant explained what we needed and we ended up doing the project
