Everything about the process of buying our new 4K TV was exceptional, from the experience in the store, to the visit from our consultant Aaron, to the professional installation. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. We were very happy with the entire process!

Nevell made the process of moving into a new home feel seamless in the tech department. He came out and quoted us for a surround sound security system, TV mounting, ring doorbell and cameras, speakers, etc. He had everything installed during one 1/2 day appointment. We were so happy we referred him to several friends.

David K was amazing. He was very patient and helpful especially in the early process. He is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us his honest opinion about certain products. He has been very responsive during the process of waiting for the product.

We had Matt O. for our ring set up. He did an incredible job from start to finish. He was very thorough and helpful. Answered all my questions and gave me tips that I wasn’t aware of. He was also very patient and very good with communication. I highly recommend him to help with any installed in your home.

LG fridge - ice cubes keeps clumping up inside the storage container on left door because it's not inside the freezer - seems to start melting together into a block of ice, water OK, design nice, good price. Watch the delivery people, they put a small scratch on the edge of the fridge when they used the box cutter to open the cardboard container and went onto the fridge with the blade, also scratched the walls with markings. Home consultation was a waste of time, since the main guy didn't know what size fridge would fit best into the space. His assistant was more knowledgeable.

Drew came to our home, determined what sound enhancements worked for our area and wants. He was able to order those devices, sound bars, sub woofers and earphones,along with TV mounts and arranged for installation. Such a seamless experience! Great customer service!

I was glad that we have taken advantage of the in-home-consultation on the black Friday. It was a great experience for us to discuss the details of product we were planning to purchase just at the spot we like to place and use them. At the same time we received all the best black Friday deals without leaving our cozy home and avoided all big lines at the store. I would recommend this everyone, because it worked very well for us !

Best Buy's service of having an expert come to your home is a winner. It provides a much more meaningful buying experience to have the seller see where and how the product will be used. Some things look good in the store but don't meet the needs of the room. In the store they can tell you about hundreds of sound bars but in your home it is possible to demonstrate how the system will be enhanced. Make no mistake, the consultant is a salesperson, not on commission but selling every minute. But, you can always pick what you want or need and say "NO" to the rest

Christian was outstanding. He went over and above to ensure I had the right appliances to meet my needs and they were the proper sizes to fit correctly. He was prompt in returning my calls and very courteous and understanding - will definitely use him in the future as he made my experience flawless - thank you Christian!

Left the store thinking I was done wirh BB. Decided to give it one more try. Destinee came to our house and provided plain talk in simple terms. Ended up spending almost a grand but feel good about the experience. Thank you Destinee.

Victor reviewed the three viewing stations I had planned and made recommendations beyond my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened and was very in tune with my goals. He consistently got back to me regarding any of my inquiries, was dependable, and professional. We purchased a kitchen appliance package through him as well as a few other home gadgets with the Best Buy points that we accumulated.
