I was looking for a desk top computer that was not to expensive but also reliable for my wife to do her work notes on. My advisor pointed me in the right directions and gave me a couple to look at. He was very patient with me while I was in the process of picking out which one I wanted. The process after that he made real easy and simple and took care of everything else that needed to be done.

We were replacing an older plasma tv and wanted it to communicate with a remote receiver and dvd player. The consultant was very helpful in selecting the products and also recommended a swivel fireplace mounting that was perfect for our space. System works great!

Ian was on time, had our wishlist and proceeded to verify our choices and measure the spaces. We had 6 appliances to considered and it took less than an hour. Great job.

We had a three way conference call - Best Buy sales rep - Magnolia Audio Expert and me - and I was able to send photos via text of my situation. I received the recommendations for equipment by email. I called my local store and arranged pick-up in the parking lot. All went smoothly. Enjoying great sounds now. Had a follow up call by the Magnolia specialist to assure everything was working fine.

The in home consultation helped me to solve the situation I had with my dryer. The Tech was respectful and arrived in time, with all the personal protecting gear on (gloves, shoe bags and most inportantly mask!!). The scheduling process was not as satisfactory and or quick as I expected (but provided my feedback on it separately to Geek Squad), but the in home consultation was great!

Daniel was very professional. He came out to our house and went through everything that we wanted to get done. He made suggestions and answered every question that we came up with. Told him what we wanted to accomplish and he came up with the plan and then some. If you have an idea on what you want to accomplish but don’t know how to accomplish it. Give Best Buy a try. It worked for us maybe it will work for you.

We needed help purchasing all new appliances for a new house. Linda was very responsive and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly. We reached out again for assistance purchasing multiple TVs and again the customer service and follow up was excellent. Very satisfied with this whole process. Thank you.

Jorge was polite, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our disappointment centered on the Best Buy process currently in place. Jorge should have been our only point of contact...instead we also had to work with another associate to actually buy the TV and set up delivery. Jorge sold us the wall mount and coordinated the installation. Very frustrating dealing with two associates during the purchasing, delivery, and installation phases.....especially when problems arose with scheduled delivery.

Jason has helped me with so much of our remodel from TVs and speakers to laundry and fridges, he was a great help! Not only was Jason super knowledgeable, he shared his honest opinion, helped us get great deals, and was just super helpful with everything! I definitely recommend Jason for future projects!

Having a in home consultation was a great decision. I would have bought the wrong refrigerator. I never gave a counter depth option a thought. With having someone in the house to see the set up I have it was the only way to go. Also I felt confident that the measurements were correct. I will always do this in the future.

Aaron is an extremely knowledgeable tech. He gave us great advice. He explained to us what is available today in terms of in wall speakers. We have a new home with wired in theater room-Evan came and walked us through each room and answered my questions-he helped me decide what equipment I need and where-it is done and we couldn’t be happier-the price was good and the price match on my tv saved us a nice amount of money-our experience was great and I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants stereo and tv equipment-thank you Evan and Best Buy

We require assistance with the installation of a kitchen hood. Tim, the sales representative at Best Buy, was exceedingly helpful. The installation team did an exceptional job of installing the hood, exhibiting great professionalism throughout the process.

Brian was great as far as follow up and answering questions we had. Can't say the same for some of the store personnel but Brian was able to deal with our issues. Would have been excellent if my first TV choice was available and if I had gotten a cord and remote with my open box order but Brian did the best he could and we are very happy overall, The Geek Squad installers were great

Zach,Kyle and Zion were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable in setting up our TV and soundbar. We had some issues with the product and they were able to resolve it for us and get us up and running. Would definitely work with them again at the Riverdale location.

I needed help with a complicated re-installation of my TV. Eric Ocha goes above and beyond. I had been struggling with the interaction of my TV remote and my Spectrum remote. He sat with and explained them both with clarity and unravelled the problem. this Best Buy expert ups the game of what it means to use your knowledge, and have patience with your customer.

Brandon is very knowledgeable and caring, always willing to talk and help when needed. He assisted us in picking the right TV and soundbar- and organizing the installation. And when we had a couple of problems afterwards, he called back promptly and supplied the needed information. He is very personable and easy to talk with...

New computer was ready to go upon arrival, staff was very friendly and helpful. Tech showed me how the new unit operated and offered advise as to get the most out of it, very knowledgeable, I now have it home and up and running. At this point very satisfied. Rhank You

Our advisor had extensive experience with Theater Seating that I had passed over. Upon studying the reviews, it was clear that she was 100% correct. I changed the seating to the model she recommended & received a superior product at a lower cost than I had selected!

I have struggled for years to get my home network working to provide the speed promised by the cable company and uninterrupted service. Jonathan offered me a list of suggestions and together we chose the Luxel system. The install went as planned and I finally got the speed and reliability I needed from the router.
