Apple TV, Bose Soundbar, etc. were delivered by a member of the Geek Squad. He was very courteous and patient. As a senior citizen with minimal tech knowledge, he installed them where I wanted them placed. He made it work with my existing TV, Blu-Ray and VHS. He explained how to use the equipment, programmed the remotes; and answered all my questions. He stayed until I felt knowledgeable, comfortable and happy about my spending spree.

We were impress with the knowledge our technician knew about the wi fi towers we purchased. The product works great and have not have any issues with it. Love the product and Luis Delgado with the help that was provided to us.

Staffen was a pleasure to work with. He was highly professional in every way. On time, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, responsive and always available for questions. I'm hard pressed to imagine anyone better at their job than Steffan.

Each phase of the process was enjoyable and the people were great to work with. Especially Louie, our installer. He was very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and got it all done quickly and professionally.

I needed help with an outdoor theater and my consultant was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He had an exceptional knowledge of what a I need to give me the items and theatre experience I was looking for. He also took care of the mistakes that the other consultant fails to inform me about. Chris was outstanding!

Zach arrived on time for my site consultation. I needed to make certain that my the roof area above my movie room was accessible so two additional in-ceiling speakers could be added. Zach trekked through a hard to navigate attic crawl space full of insulation and obstacles to reach the movie room area. He confirmed access. I can now move forward with my speaker install.

OLED is an awesome tv, had an 11 year old Samsung 55” 1080p which was great but was beginning to have problems. Also got nest thermostat & video doorbell very happy with all the products as well as professional install all easy to use I’m retired and not really a techie so having geek squad install was great. In house technology expert who reviewed all of this was a excellent way to go. Very knowledgeable and helpful w/o being pushy.

We needed to update our rather old and complicated system. Our TV went out, and the old sound bar wasn't clear for my husband with his hearing loss.

We needed help in wall oven and microwave and PS5. Ismael helped a lot in placing order and then changing order. Even he helped us on a call as well. He also helped us to get rewards and then using rewards towards PS5 purchase. He updated us about progress of our order as well

Kyle, John and Mat were absolutely awesome to deal with. They were courteous and professional the entire time of my shopping and installation of a very large order. They walked me through the options that were best and configured the entire system to work harmoniously, and then patiently walked me through the operating of everything. And , most importantly they returned my phone calls regarding questions that came up afterwords. THANK YOU!

Brian and his team at Best Buy are excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave us some good advice on keeping costs in line with our budget.

Ashey referred me to Saul to work on my issues with the MC 275. It took almost 4 hours for me and Saul to come up with solutions. I commend him for his dedication and patience on helping me out as he went beyond what other trouble shooters will do. However, I'm giving the consultation 4 Stars instead of 5 as the problem with the amps were not fully resolved. It's showing the same issues (giving me headache) the following day.

Jason Araujo was knowledgeable and very helpful with our recent purchases of a new television and microwave. We look forward to his consultations in the future.

The result of the consultation was great. Best Buy provided a NPO a long throw projector for a great discounted price. However, while the projector was in stock and we received it quickly, the special lens for it had to be ordered from the manufacturer, Epson, and that took over 5 months. The associate continued follow-up with us though during the wait.

The individual came in listened to all my thoughts and gave me wonderful feedback. Within a few hours they had created a proposal for me to review. Then with in 24 hours called to see if I wanted to go ahead with everything. They didn’t push for increasing my ticket price and stayed 100% within my budget. Great service and knowledgeable home expert!

I needed new tv and dvd/cd player but also needed to move around (and remove and recycle) a lot of equipment. Not only did I get great service, but when one item ordered did not work, the Geek Squad came back a couple of days later to put in the item that DID work! He carefully explained all the features on my new items and tested them out and adjusted settings.

Jacqueline and her teammate came in and connected my router! At times, they had to troubleshoot the issues that arose, but did it with patience and determination! I was quite impressed! She made sure everything was working efficiently before leaving the location. They went above and beyond the call of duty!
