Our consultant, Donna Thompson, was very knowledgeable. She listened to what we were looking for and explained to us the pros and cons of the different technologies. She sent us the options to review within the agreed upon time frame and eventually helped us complete the order once we were ready. Overall, we are very happy with the whole experience.

Dean at the Maple Grove, MN store did a great job helping us with a new refrigerator. The delivery setup was easy and Jose & the team that delivered the fridge did a great job. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you!

Nevell made the process of moving into a new home feel seamless in the tech department. He came out and quoted us for a surround sound security system, TV mounting, ring doorbell and cameras, speakers, etc. He had everything installed during one 1/2 day appointment. We were so happy we referred him to several friends.

We have had networking issues for several years. Unfortunately, we had attempted to get them fixed but to no avail. Heather listened to our problems and then put together a product list that would help us fix our issues once and for all. Now we are able to work throughout our home. We don't have to worry about bandwidth issues or whether or not we can participate in Zoom conference calls.

Our advisor had a lot on his plate when he arrived. He had 4 Arlo cameras to install, plus an Orbi wifi system that entailed hooking up a base with two extensions. Thank goodness he had been allotted the proper time to get all this done! He was very polite and explained what he was doing to us as he went along. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and he tested out everything and made sure we understood before he left.

I needed help in selecting a new appliance. Ashley, our Best Buy senior consultant, not only knew the product line well but came to our house to measure, helped us select the right product for our particular needs, and coordinated the installation from start to finish.

Our home consultant showed up in the appointment time frame and worked with us until we had explored all options and pricing packages that worked for us. He was awesome and would recommend Best Buy home consultation to anyone wanting to save time and have expert consultation in their home.

Tyler was very knowledgeable but more importantly he was so very kind and considerate in helping me make my final decision. I can’t ever remember anyone else who even comes close to him. Adjectives fail me in describing the entire process with him maybe I would add HONEST…no hype or pressure.

We're doing a total kitchen renovation, and Lisa helped us get all of our new appliances. As expected, there have been hiccups along the way because of strained supply chains and such, and she has managed them well. She also helped us navigate the somewhat complicated rewards program, in order to get us the best deal. She has been responsive and professional.

Christian was outstanding. He went over and above to ensure I had the right appliances to meet my needs and they were the proper sizes to fit correctly. He was prompt in returning my calls and very courteous and understanding - will definitely use him in the future as he made my experience flawless - thank you Christian!

Ben was great. He went out of his way to get me cealing speaker rings before sheetrocking. If i ordered them it would have been too late but Ben was able to aquire them from a tech. Thanks to the tech too. Cant wait for Bestbuy techs to hook it all up soon.

Daniel employed a smart and well organized method to show-and-tell the differences in types, styles, and features of all the options on the market. I came away from the exercise understanding that it’s not magic but plenty of bells and whistles, some of which were useful When it came to selecting what was best for us. We purchased a 65” OLED 4K UHD and knew exactly why it was right for us.

I went to the local Best Buy store not quite certain whether to purchase a new smart TV, Apple TV and more. Leban Elmi was amazing. He immediately welcomed me and guided me with his professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring demeanor and advice.

Jaqueline listened to our needs and we had a great 1on1 discussion on the best bundle for our needs. We did quite a bit of research beforehand. The quote she provided was market competitive and contained no hidden costs. She made it easy to understand what Best Buy could tackle and when an electrician was needed. We are installing wireless cameras, updating our router to extend our coverage to the cameras, and smart phone locks.

Hilarie is one the BestBuy advisor in the area. She has vast knowledge appliances technology and always looking for the best price product application.

Anthony is not only personable but his work-related knowledge and expertise strike you as superior. My wife & I quickly felt at ease with Anthony, and we had no issues agreeing with his recommendations!

Nick, worked with us to find the right appliances, for our replacements. Features, surface colors and above all what was available in inventory. We selected our appliances and had them installed in one week, double oven,dishwasher,microwave oven,refrigerator and washer/dryer. Thanks Nick
