I needed help with my new LG OLED TV where the back-light flickered on and off. I spoke with the representative about my issue; we discussed what my options were for a resolution. The representative laid out several options including picking up the old TV and ship date of the replacement.

Tyler was very knowledgeable but more importantly he was so very kind and considerate in helping me make my final decision. I can’t ever remember anyone else who even comes close to him. Adjectives fail me in describing the entire process with him maybe I would add HONEST…no hype or pressure.

We require assistance with the installation of a kitchen hood. Tim, the sales representative at Best Buy, was exceedingly helpful. The installation team did an exceptional job of installing the hood, exhibiting great professionalism throughout the process.

Excellent service. The Blue Shirt agent was polite and professional. He diagnosed the wi-fi issues in my house and presented me with possible solutions within my budget. I was able to perform the system upgrades he recommended within the same day and got my entire household back online with significantly improved wi-fi services. Loved it.

Bill Guzules was a delight to work with when I needed to select 3 dishwashers and scheduling all the installations. I would recommend working with Bill. He gave great customer service and a balance perspective on appliances.

we needed help with our new equiptment , and he knew just what we needed. we still are having some trouble because everything is so new and complicated for us. we are over 80 years old and new things are hard to understand sometimes.

We needed some expert guidance regarding a panel dishwasher and counter depth refrigerator. The BB kitchen expert was very knowledgeable and helpful. He carefully looked over the specs to make sure the appliance we selected would fit both our space and the style of our kitchen . The result of the consultation was great. Best Buy provided a NPO a long throw projector for a great discounted price. However, while the projector was in stock and we received it quickly, the special lens for it had to be ordered from the manufacturer, Epson, and that took over 5 months. The associate continued follow-up with us though during the wait.

Home expert consultant was extremely informative and helpful. He took his time to look at our current media system and offered significant suggestions to improve our system.

Joe was very helpful with my kitchen upgrade. He is knowledgeable was easily available either by phone or email when I had questions. I appreciate being able to talk to a "real" person who can answer my questions quickly.

I had a limited enclosed space for washer and dryer. I needed to replace them and had Brian from Best Buy come out to measure space and help me to order the appropriate size machines. After he measured the very tight space, I was much more confident ordering the new washer and dryer. They fit perfectly when installed.

The Home Consultant /Expert came onsite to ensure appliances would fit in the spaces, then ordered and scheduled installation. Was very efficient and spent a good amount of time ensuing all questions were addressed.

Nick, worked with us to find the right appliances, for our replacements. Features, surface colors and above all what was available in inventory. We selected our appliances and had them installed in one week, double oven,dishwasher,microwave oven,refrigerator and washer/dryer. Thanks Nick

Alejandra Ors did a great job of providing a total solution for selection of 65” tv and sound system, what mounting would work and how to best add wiring in the wall for maximum aesthetics and performance.

I really enjoyed working with all Best Buy staff. From the moment that I walked into the door. They were all friendly and sent me right to wear I needed to go. I had to wait to talk to a specialist and they were great about acknowledging me and letting me know it would be a minute. I really liked that they didn't try to sell me on a more pricy product.

I needed a replacement receiver and Matthew came to my house, reviewed what I already had and offered several replacement options. I was able to order the option I selected from him and he also scheduled the installation while he was here. It was very convenient and good to know an expert gave me his good advice.
