We had been considering to upgrade our entire AV system, including TV, AVR, speakers, BD player, etc., in phases for a while. The consultant was able to carefully evaluate the options and suggest a step-by-step plan for us that meets our budget. She is a good listener who understands the customer's needs before planning a roadmap for us, and she is very knowledgeable for doing her job as a consultant.

my need was a economic chair for my computer. This I know isn't tech, but as a senior very important and as I'm not able to be out this was perfect. Best Buy offers other things besides TV and computers.

The in home visit was conducted in a very professional manner and helped me to have a better understanding of how to adjust and better utilize my home theater equipment. On a previous visit Chris was extremely helpful helping me pick out the TV and audio components that best complemented the equipment that I already had. I am extremely pleased with the support I received.

I’m very happy with the in home consultation service,and geek squad installers.Doug was informative,and gave great options to choose from. This was a very big job that I could not do myself,but jarred,and joe did it one day.They answered all of our questions,and showed us how to use the equipment. I have one more project in the house that I know I could do myself,but I’m going to hire the service again,because it was a pleasure dealing with them...thanks

We needed advice on the best best steps to follow and what equipment needed the cut the TV cord with Comcast(Xfinity). Bear was knowledgeable, outlined steps to follow, and identified what equipment we needed. He also pointed out some shortfalls when making the switch. He was a tremendous help! We are now able to make an informed decision so we get it right.

We needed help with a home theater and TVs. Cindy Dodson was very helpful, and we were so glad to have a single person as our home advisor going forward. It was so nice to have a person that really listened to us and figured out how to address our needs.

Christian was the best sales representative for Tustin location. When their was certain situation before my orders was deliver and install, his team and customer service was beyond on point. Hands down, I used him again that it made me buy another TV for my employee. Using him from now on for all my electronic sales.

when I was shopping for new appliances I voiced my concern about size and fit and the store clerk informed me of they would come out free of charge and would measure and let me know if my choices would fit! Best thing I ever did, Jeff came when the appointment was, put all my doubts to rest and met me at my store location to get my order placed quickly and accurately! So glad Elaine at the corona store let me know of this option

We need an installation for outdoor speakers. Doug was extremely helpful throughout the process in selecting the right configuration. And Steve installed everything very professionally and impeccably. Great service

We came looking for a Kitchen Aid fridge and CJ & co. were able locate not only a fridge but also an accompanying stove. We were very happy with the professionalism in which this was processed. Very friendly and willing to take care of you, it was very refreshing. Thanks to the guys at BB.

I needed to update tne theatre room in the home I bought last year. The consultant came over and made several recommendations. I ended up choosing a plan I could afford. The installation technicians were on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. They also had suggestions on what I could do to decorate. I enjoyed the entire process ABC's am enjoying my new theatre room even more.

I purchased a new home and wasn't sure what I would need to make it feel like home. I needed a tv, and sound throughout the house. Malissa came through big time and has been helping me piece my home together since. She is great and I will continue to enjoy her service as long as she is available!

Michelle Lockhart was our IHA and was excellent. She was thorough , helpful, knowledgeable and patient when answering our questions! And she always answered my calls and texts. Even though we love this tv, the Smart part has never worked well! Prime and Netflix don’t work !! The Geek Squad has been great but cannot figure out what is wrong! But they and Michelle are trying everything! I would certainly recommend Michelle....she is great!

It was a huge positive experience having Josh come into our home and evaluate our space to ensure that we were going to purchase the right TV and entertainment sound bar! He came, talked us through all the TVs that are currently on the market and suggested the correct type, confirmed how big we should get, etc. I did a bunch of research but it was so helpful having someone come in and confirm our thought process! Josh was incredible!!!

After receiving the product it did not have some features that were needed and with after one call the expert helped with the changes needed making the process easy.

As is usual for my family we spend about 5K plus in the Anchorage BestBuy, I depend on the expertise of Mr. Pollard and would not buy from any other person. He's expertly versed in Audio\Video and the NO push approach is what I like the best. D

Our In-Home Consultant was very professional.The Consultant asked about our needs and lifestyles. She explained new technologies in a manner that was understandable and answered all of our questions. After the consultation, we were able to make informed decisions. The consultation was not about what she could sell us, but we we needed to rebuild our home (after Hurricane Florence) in a a smart, secure and energy efficient manner.
