Aran was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. She listened CAREFULLY to what my husband and I were interested in. She made great, professional eye contact with both of us. Her knowledge level is EXTREMELY high. Not only is her knowledge extensive, but she can explain concepts clearly when the concept is outside our digital knowledge. She has a gift for clarity, grasping the clients' needs/wishes, and matching those with products and services.

We needed assistance with purchase of TV and sound system. We were also assisted with the purchase of a modem/router. Destinee made herself available for us to call her and she always promptly assisted us.

We were very impressed by the 2 techs that installed our tv and sound bar. We were considering finding an alternative to our current cable provider or ways to reduce the costs of the programs we had. Your consultant shared the various options with us in a clear manner. He gives us suggestions that we investigated. Ultimately, we decided not to make any changes at this time. We have saved his card and should we want to make additional tech purchases in the future, we will certainly contact him.

We are looking for kitchen & laundyr appliances for our new home. Michael listened to our ideas and brought up some things we hadn't considered. He was knowlegable and helpful in making choices. He prepared ideas we can share with our architect and builder.

Bill was very nice and answered all of my questions. He took the time to shop two different systems for me and put the plan together so I not only get the right alarm system, but the right amount of sensors and equipment for the order. He also did a follow up after the meeting and prior to the order to see if I had any other questions and then helped to place the order for me. Great associate.

Terry did an excellent job looking at my outdoor space and helping me achieve what I wanted to accomplish with sound system and optimizing my Internet as well!

I had a limited enclosed space for washer and dryer. I needed to replace them and had Brian from Best Buy come out to measure space and help me to order the appropriate size machines. After he measured the very tight space, I was much more confident ordering the new washer and dryer. They fit perfectly when installed.

Such a great service the Best Buy offers! Keith T. helped us and I’ll definitely be consulting him for any of my home appliance needs. He consistently got back to me regarding any of my inquiries, was dependable, and professional. We purchased a kitchen appliance package through him as well as a few other home gadgets with the Best Buy points that we accumulated.

We needed help on the best options for installing Ring cameras in our home. We were pleasantly surprised that the representative came out on a holiday. He was listened to what we needed and very thorough in presenting suggestions for the type of cameras needed and where to install them. He set up the install date for the following week.

In addition to being very knowledgable, the advisor was easy to work with. Although I felt like his emphasis was trying to sell me as much as he could, I expected that and when I made my decision to buy less than he suggested and downgraded a couple of items, he was very professional and pulled everything together quickly.
