I had Delroy Vasser come to my condo to measure for a new washer and dryer. He helped me pick out what was good for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Said I could call him anytime if I needed anything.

Drew listened to my internet/wifi situation and recommended a solid solution. He followed up repeatedly and confirmed I could stay in touch should I have any issues with the mesh wifi solution. He also recommended some home entertainment solutions I am considering.

Excellent consultation service provided by Best Buy rep Geordy Greene. Geordy came in person to look at the property and gave excellent advice on where to install security cameras and motion detectors to protect/ secure our house best.

Excellent service. The Blue Shirt agent was polite and professional. He diagnosed the wi-fi issues in my house and presented me with possible solutions within my budget. I was able to perform the system upgrades he recommended within the same day and got my entire household back online with significantly improved wi-fi services. Loved it.

We needed help selecting the right tv and equipment Jason was very personable and professional and we are very happy with our selections Jason took care of the purchase and installation all went smooth we are recommending him to our friends and family

Rebecca did a great job hooking up my WIFI system. Everything works well and the coverage is exceptional. She was not able to hook up the wired system, but the Project Manager Michael took care of that part for me and now I have a wired connection to each room. Michael also suggested the WIFI and network equipment I purchased and it was a great recommendation! I will continue working with Michael as we build the entertainment system into our new home.

we needed to mount a new larger TV over an enclosure that had held our old 36" TV. The consultant provided very helpful advice on constructing a frame that would hold the new TV, including where the support boards should go to get the right height. He also provided excellent suggestions on the most appropriate mount.

We needed help with replacing our ancient surround system and they sent us Austin. He solved our problem in less than an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We would recommend Austin to anyone. I’m sure we’ll use Austin in the future.

I needed a new dishwasher for a rental unit and Marvin Cabrera did a great job explaining the differences between models. He went the extra mile calling me after his work hours to follow up on delivery schedule. Very well informed and helpful!

We purchased 5 appliances. Ivan called and checked upon the progress of our order multiple times. He was always polite and kept us informed. After installation he called again to see if we were satisfied. It was a delight to work with him

Brittany did exactly what I needed! I had a host of challenges for her in 2 separate homes and she handled them all like a champ! She helped us install door and driveway cameras, cut the cable , buy firesticks, install Sonos speakers and replace/add several T.V.'s. She was very patient with my cluelessness!

Christian and the installation team of Alex were great! They were very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating as they setup our new home with several TV installation, full Wi-Fi coverage installation with eeros routers, etc. Highly recommend.

Best Buy installed our home entertainment system (TV, receiver, speakers inside and out). They identified a receiver problem and followed up with another visit. Excellent service and quality of installation.

Norma was amazing to work with. She was cordial and knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in. She was also very responsive and accommodating on the times I needed to speak. There were a lot of bumps in the road on my order, but Norma was always there to help out.

Dan is an expert in all things home electronic. He really helped us pick the items that both met our needs and we within our budget, He also followed up to make sure things were OK. We liked him so much that we asked him back for a second appointment to help us with some additional asks. Highly recommended.

We hadn't done anything with TV or speakers in years. We were doing a remodel and Best Buy was very eager to come up and make recommendations. The guy that they sent was awesome. Not only did he know the equipment very well, he conveyed it well and has followed up many times. We have not purchased yet because the remodel has taken longer than I expected. But because of Chris, we will definitely buy from Best Buy when we do.

Vernon was excellent..very knowledgeable and was interested in knowing what we were looking to watch with our TVs. He was a good listener. He also talked about the glare in both rooms the new TVs would go in so make purchase recommendations based on this.

The installers were excellent. Unfortunately it took over two weeks to get the proper installers scheduled. But they were excellent. The salesman was helpful in keeping me updated. Again the team of installers were superb.

The technicians were most helpful that day in wiring and programing our entertainment system. Their knowledge, suggestions, and courtesy made our experience and pleasant one as well as what we saved. We will certainly call again for future investments or upgrades.

Calvin Young was very knowledgeable and helped with planning on for the best appliances and the best price. He was always reachable fot a y questions and also helped with price adjustments promptly on any price change prior to the delivery.
