This is the 3rd time I have scheduled a consultation with Mike Carey. Mike helped me select 2 TVs and recently a washer/dryer set including installation. He helped identify the best options for my needs and budget. I highly recommend this service and Mike, thank you Best Buy!

Victor reviewed the three viewing stations I had planned and made recommendations beyond my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened and was very in tune with my goals. His input greatly increased each station with sound and other options. His follow up also enhanced my confidence in choosing Best Buy. I had heard that consultation was offered but his went far beyond what I had anticipated!

Jay was super professional, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and patient with my questions of which there were many. My setup was unusual and required a creative solution of which Jay presented more than one. The complete package.

We have been extremely happy with all of our Best Buy purchases. All deliveries snd installations have been professional and on time. The team sets everything up for us and follows through. All questions are answered and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure we have what we need.

I needed help with my new LG OLED TV where the back-light flickered on and off. I spoke with the representative about my issue; we discussed what my options were for a resolution. The representative laid out several options including picking up the old TV and ship date of the replacement.

Highly recommended process. When moving or renovating, it takes a lot of pressure off when you can schedule an evaluation, pick off a menu of recommendations from your advisor (Rachel Dousham), schedule your visit, and then stuff and people show up to go to work. They don't leave until the job is done.

Purchased a new TV, sound bar and sub woofer. Steven was very helpful as we made our selections he is knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. We could not be happier with our purchase and the service we received.

My home consultant from Best Buy was George McGill. George is exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to assist me in purchasing the best equipment and associated components for my home set up. He is very personable and professional and is highly recommended.

I was looking for a refrigerator and washer dryer. I am recently widowed so am not sure what worked for my new small home at Best Buy I was walked through various option and guide to the best products in my price range and needs. Very helpful and delivery and installation occurred within 48 hours of purchase

I was glad that we have taken advantage of the in-home-consultation on the black Friday. It was a great experience for us to discuss the details of product we were planning to purchase just at the spot we like to place and use them. At the same time we received all the best black Friday deals without leaving our cozy home and avoided all big lines at the store. I would recommend this everyone, because it worked very well for us !

Consultant Dan Lindemann was wonderful - he came to our house re mounting a new TV over an existing fireplace. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, answered all questions, was very personable and polite. He even offered to take off his shoes before coming inside! Dan is the best - I highly recommend him.

Thomas showed up on time and did a great job with the consultation. He was very patient, knowledgeable and provide great advice on the overall process.

LG fridge - ice cubes keeps clumping up inside the storage container on left door because it's not inside the freezer - seems to start melting together into a block of ice, water OK, design nice, good price. Watch the delivery people, they put a small scratch on the edge of the fridge when they used the box cutter to open the cardboard container and went onto the fridge with the blade, also scratched the walls with markings. Home consultation was a waste of time, since the main guy didn't know what size fridge would fit best into the space. His assistant was more knowledgeable.

Jeff thank for your service, I really appreciated your help. All the set up is just like I was expected and it works. The Geek team did a excellent work. I will recommend Best Buy to all my friends. When the wall is finish I'll send a few pictures.

Best Buy's service of having an expert come to your home is a winner. It provides a much more meaningful buying experience to have the seller see where and how the product will be used. Some things look good in the store but don't meet the needs of the room. In the store they can tell you about hundreds of sound bars but in your home it is possible to demonstrate how the system will be enhanced. Make no mistake, the consultant is a salesperson, not on commission but selling every minute. But, you can always pick what you want or need and say "NO" to the rest

I really enjoyed working with all Best Buy staff. From the moment that I walked into the door. They were all friendly and sent me right to wear I needed to go. I had to wait to talk to a specialist and they were great about acknowledging me and letting me know it would be a minute. I really liked that they didn't try to sell me on a more pricy product.

Jeff was very friendly and went out of his way to solve the installation issues. First time the installers came in, they asked me to changed the water valves. Did not expect that and had to pay $500.00 for a plumber to come in without any notice. Then the second time, the installers came in, they just put in the units and did not even suggest of switching the dryer door to make it easier to use the machines. But Jeff came in and did it himself

Joe was professional, arrived on time and walked us through the whole process. He helped us identify the right system for our home theater and even went of the way to reserve it in a nearby store! Truly amazing!!!!

We needed some expert guidance regarding a panel dishwasher and counter depth refrigerator. The BB kitchen expert was very knowledgeable and helpful. He carefully looked over the specs to make sure the appliance we selected would fit both our space and the style of our kitchen .
