Eryn Sieber was great to work with. He listened to what my needs and wants were and recommended a system that I am happy with. Every aspect of what he designed looks and sounds great. I also felt Eryn gave clear instructions to the installers of my expectations and they had no problems completing the job.

Each phase of the process was enjoyable and the people were great to work with. Especially Louie, our installer. He was very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and got it all done quickly and professionally.

Working with Michael was great. He was patient and knowledgeable and I real felt like he had my best interest when discussing options. It was when things went wrong that Michael really stepped up beyond the rest of the folks I was dealing with, he helped me find a solution that worked and was quickly rectified.

Dean at the Maple Grove, MN store did a great job helping us with a new refrigerator. The delivery setup was easy and Jose & the team that delivered the fridge did a great job. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you!

We were checking out new washers since our broke down suddenly. We met with an associate (Liam/leon ??) who suggested we use the in-house visit to make sure what size unit would fit in our laundry room which has a recessed area for the washer and dryer. Jaycie came to house within a day to measure and make suggestions. We were able to find a Whirlpool washer that would fit. Jaycie and Liam/Leon (?) were great to work with,

We needed help finalizing a home theatre for the basement of our home and Joe was extremely helpful! His knowledge and expertise are what helped us make several key decisions about this important project. Joe is helpful, kind and fun to work with. Andy and Josh from the Geek squad helped do the work and they were excellent to work with. Go Team Best Buy :)!

Erin was instrumental in marketing and coordinating with the project manager. He was always available, competent and expert.

We had a Best Buy rep come into our house to evaluate what would need to be done to get better Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. We were prepared to spend $300 to install a mesh system, but he found that if we used a better modem, that should be able to help and it did! We were able to spend under $100 to get the modem and it provides the coverage we need. I would recommend this service over and over again!

From Mariusz at the store, Elvis at the home visit, the deliveries and installments, I really felt taken care of. Elvis was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and readily available when I needed him. It was one the most pain free and efficient process I’ve seen from any retailer.

Our consultant, Blanca, was a delight to work with! There was no "oversell", she explained what would be best for our needs and arranged for our purchase. She even made our installation appointment. Blanca is one of the reasons we continue to shop Best Buy and subscribe to the Tech Service.

The technicians were most helpful that day in wiring and programing our entertainment system. Their knowledge, suggestions, and courtesy made our experience and pleasant one as well as what we saved. We will certainly call again for future investments or upgrades.

We bought Samsung's Refrig, Range,Microwave,and Dishwasher in a package deal. Extremely happy with the products.---Extremely happy with the service provided by Best Buy's rep, William Mouat. William came to the house to measure space limitations for the large Refrig, an uexpected service . Mouat is "Our Man" at Best Buy.

The gentleman in appliances was awesome to work with. We didn’t really know what we wanted in features and he was able to give us the pros and cons of everything, even options we didn’t know existed. We would definitely recommend anyone to purchase their appliances at Best Buy!

I wanted to "cut the cable cord" and switch to streaming using Amazon firestick(s) on 2 TVs. My advisor recommended a good wireless internet company and a mesh network system that is working well for us. He also recommended installing a good indoor/outdoor OTA antenna in the attic for receiving free local channels. We're happy we made the changes that he suggested.

We needed help selecting the right tv and equipment Jason was very personable and professional and we are very happy with our selections Jason took care of the purchase and installation all went smooth we are recommending him to our friends and family

My big complaint was the installer didn't follow consultants recommendations and had me return some hardware. Found that the new network was not working properly and I requested someone come out and re-evaluate which delayed full usage for another week. Second installer indicated that what I returned was needed. I therefore went out and bought hardware and setup myself.

This was my first time working with a Geek Squad consultant. This consultation was for multiple projects at my place of employment. I was impressed by his communication prior to our consultation, his promptness, precautions utilized related to COVID-19, product knowledge and recommendations, and follow-up after the job was completed. I would recommend this service.

We needed help with replacing our ancient surround system and they sent us Austin. He solved our problem in less than an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We would recommend Austin to anyone. I’m sure we’ll use Austin in the future.
