Daniel is so knowledgeable and helpful and understanding. I must’ve contacted him 6 times and he just kept up his “ no problem” demeanor the whole time! He IS Mr Best Buy. He knows the product lines very well, and is able to make recommendations that are the perfect solution! I’m glad Best Buy has this type of service and Daniel is the rep!

From Mariusz at the store, Elvis at the home visit, the deliveries and installments, I really felt taken care of. Elvis was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and readily available when I needed him. It was one the most pain free and efficient process I’ve seen from any retailer.

A lightning strike took out a lot of our electronics, including our home theater receiver. Joe determined our problem and got us scheduled with product and installation in less than a week. Great service.

I loved working Geordy & his team for my home remodel and picking out appliances. He was able to get me a loaner while my range delivery was delayed due to shipping delays. It was good to have a point of contact in such a big company who was always giving me status updates & worked with my remodel schedule.

I bought a computer and a washing machine from Best Buy and the people there were very helpful and understood what i wanted. They were not pushy about making a sale.

We needed our TV mounted in the living room. They were very thorough in locating the best spot three anchor the wall mount. The closely checked out the TV in the modem and determined that the modem from spectrum was not the right one for the RF remote.

We needed help in picking out a range and microwave. Our cabinet as built did not appear to have enough vertical space to allow for separate microwave and range. He agreed with that assessment. We then had to find a range/microwave appliance that is one unit. Our consultant help us find a GE appliance that would fit and we had it installed. Great job.

This is my second experience with In-Home Consultation. I was most impressed with the consultant’s knowledge overall and of Best Buy products in particular. He guided my choices, answered all my questions, assured me of the decision I was making. He gave me the confidence I needed to move forward and also customized the proposal, bill of material, and worked with my on pricing. It was a very positive experience.

We were in the market to replace the 32" TV in a corner cabinet with something larger but needed help with placement and size, and we jumped at the chance to have a rep come to help make the decision. Amanda was very professional and patient answering our many questions.

We have been changing our current QEI security system which we have been totally unhappy with to the Ring security system. Andrew from the Geek Squad was amazing! He was very kind and helpful. Would definately recommend Andrew.

The technicians that came were awesome! Ran into problem after problem, but they stuck with it, making multiple phone calls to Xfinity support, Eero support, and just showed incredible. Determined to not leave us without internet. We were probably one of the hardest jobs the techs have encountered, but I never saw them getting frustrated. Would highly recommend!

We engaged the consultant because we wanted to guarantee that the new range, refrigerator, and microwave would all fit into the existing kitchen cabinetry. The consultant was on time and very personable and all went well except for the refrigerator, which the consultant measured incorrectly and upon delivery we discovered that it wouldn't fit. We had to order a 2nd smaller refrigerator from the same manufacturer which cost an extra $416 and took an additional 6 weeks to deliver. What should have been a pleasant experience turned out to be anxiety filled and expensive; for which neither Best Buy nor the consultant apologized or offered any compensation. Communications were also often garbled between BestBuy, the consultant and ourselves.

I generally knew what appliances that I wanted but had some questions about size, fit and features. Beau Sterling answered all of my questions and provided his knowledge about specific Whirlpool appliances. He measured the space for the refrigerator, range, range hood, microwave oven and dishwasher. I very much appreciate his knowledge and expertise about what was needed. All of the appliances came in promptly and were expertly installed.

The BB Home Expert, Evvon Boxill, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and resolved the issue we needed help with. In addition, Evvon made numerous suggestions and recommendations for improving our home media and technology. I recommend getting the BB Home Expert consultation to help in home media and technology enhancement and management.

needed answers to questions on the specifications and features for an OLED TV I was considering buying. Home expert found the answers to all my questions and arranged for the purchase and installation.

The installers were excellent. Polite and professional, very friendly. They answered all my questions and explained why they were running a cycle in both appliances. And how to report an issue. They were both clean in appearance and wore masks. Great guys. They gentlemen, Dave, who sold me the appliances was great. Very thorough and professional. Nice guy.

Josh was amazing, I would have given him 10 stars if it was available! Awesome experience. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he was able to accommodate my needs. Delighted with the wonderful service provided with an in-home consultation! Took all the stress out of purchasing a new suite of kitchen appliances.

Alex came and measured for all of my appliances, and helped me pick out the ones with the best deal. Setting up delivery and installation was easy. I recommend doing an in-home appointment before buying any appliances to ensure that they fit.
