Our consultant, Blanca, was a delight to work with! There was no "oversell", she explained what would be best for our needs and arranged for our purchase. She even made our installation appointment. Blanca is one of the reasons we continue to shop Best Buy and subscribe to the Tech Service.

Noah was our assigned Home Design Expert. Very knowledgeable, took accurate measurements of the space in question and made recommendations. The information that he provided was spot on and factored in our decision of the washer/dryer purchase.

Our expert, Michael, goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. He showed up when he said he would, he called several times regarding our order, and then he followed up after the sale and installation.

Advisor was perfect...but I'm very unhappy about the installers who said I needed to charge my batteries, & they would come back the next day. They never showed up!! I had explained I needed the security system right away. Well now due to the pandemic it is still not installed. I couldnt be any more displeased.

Glen did a great job coverall all of my TV mounting options and also gave me a great solution for my music in the split living room so I could listen to DISH stations and SIRIUS as well through my stereo receiver. He is very knowledgeable, exceptionally polite and personable.

Working with Michael was great. He was patient and knowledgeable and I real felt like he had my best interest when discussing options. It was when things went wrong that Michael really stepped up beyond the rest of the folks I was dealing with, he helped me find a solution that worked and was quickly rectified.

Caleb Wilrich did an excellent job, consulting us on the purchase of new kitchen appliances. He was very knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. He was easily accessible via email and text, and quickly stepped in when we had a hiccup during installation. I recommend working with Caleb.

Matthew Burkett was / is very professional and knowledgeable, and showed up for our appointment on time. (Calling first) Also, he was very nice which was a huge PLUS. He answered all questions with answers we could understand. I highly recommend himand if we have issues or questions I will reach out to him,as he left his phone number with us.
