Matthew Burkett was / is very professional and knowledgeable, and showed up for our appointment on time. (Calling first) Also, he was very nice which was a huge PLUS. He answered all questions with answers we could understand. I highly recommend himand if we have issues or questions I will reach out to him,as he left his phone number with us.

We replaced all of the appliances in a relatively small kitchen. Our home advisor measured each space, made recommendations and gave us great confidence the installation would go well. I would not have had the same level of confidence in an in-store advisor or purchase.

We needed help with installing our new TV using a pedestal stand rather than the legs which came with the TV. The expert figured out a way to install it that was sturdy and worked well. He explained the procedure clearly and offered useful tips in operating the TV. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Were were very pleased with his service.

I have been working with Jonathan for last 5 plus years , he helped me with home theater set up both at new as well as old place . Recently helped me getting a new washing machine . I really like working with him .

I needed a full living room setup from scratch, and the Magnolia people delivered. I told them what I needed and my price point, they put together a complete system for me, did not try to upsell me any crazy expensive stuff, and the delivery and installation was perfect. William came to the house to measure space limitations for the large Refrig, an uexpected service . Mouat is "Our Man" at Best Buy.

Max was professional & knowledgeable. We had "issues" when the installation was cancelled & Max was off. I called Customer Service and was told the TV was NOT in stock and installation wouldn't be for 2 more weeks. I cancelled the order. I had to call Max the next day he was working. Why didn't Max call me? We were able to arrange the install. I learned the expensive network connection was NOT necessary. Also, a $37 power cord was not needed. We felt Over Sold.

Andres was the most knowledgeable and friendly representative I have ever met at Best Buy. He was thorough, detailed and patient. If anyone is shopping for a television or home theatre system, he is the expert you need!

Excellent job by the service team. They arrived within the allotted time window and were able to remove the old tv and place the new one on the existing mount quickly and without damage. They also were able to tuck away all wires and ensure operation of all systems.

Keith Taylor has taken care of my commercial and residential needs for over 4 years and this time was no expectation. We needed help with installation of cameras to monitor the outside of our house. Shamas showed how the blink system works and developed a plan that satisfies our needs and made all arrangements for installation. He answered all our questions. It’s now installed and works
