We needed our TV mounted in the living room. They were very thorough in locating the best spot three anchor the wall mount. The closely checked out the TV in the modem and determined that the modem from spectrum was not the right one for the RF remote.

Raymond was wonderful! He evaluated our needs, made suggested and reviewed. At no time did I feel our questions were too basic. .We are senior citizens with limited technology knowledge - Raymond treated us like royalty!

New Age in home TV subscription passed us by… we checked out Best Buy service and the response has been phenomenal. Both the in-home consultation and the home visit by installer were wonderful. We have been able to navigate through our new systems easily and comfortably thanks to the in-home installer.

We were extremely pleased with our home consultation. The Home Expert was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. With the plans we have for our new home, we wanted to get started with excellent connectivity. Mission accomplished. He also helped us select an excellent TV and wall mount.

Matt, my technician was amazing from start to finish. He walked me thru set up of my wifi, was thorough, informative & didn’t leave a bit of trash behind, in fact he took all old wires & packaging with him. He was professional, conscientious wearing his mask & shoe covers which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend his services

We replaced all of the appliances in a relatively small kitchen. Our home advisor measured each space, made recommendations and gave us great confidence the installation would go well. I would not have had the same level of confidence in an in-store advisor or purchase.

We moved to a new house and needed advice on possible surround sound, mounting, and sound bars. Alise, our in-home consultant, was very professional and knowledgeable. She made two visits and was only a phone call away, which I used. She even made a follow-up call after everything was installed. She is an excellent representative for Best Buy.

my need was a economic chair for my computer. This I know isn't tech, but as a senior very important and as I'm not able to be out this was perfect. Best Buy offers other things besides TV and computers.

We underwent a full kitchen remodel. As such we put in 6 appliances. Due to the times I selected and purchased them months in advance so that we would have them when the time arrive. The advantage of a Home Expert is supposed to be a dedicated contact that you can rely on for changes. Part way through mine left with no notice whatsoever. I then had to "sign up" again and get the new guy up to speed. While it is nice having a person to contact, when I ran into problems (not the Home Experts Fault), it seems like they were MIA. I only truly found support in reaching out on FB where a guy actually took ownership and pushed things through. It wasn't like I was trying to get anything for free, or discounts, just that when they tell me the appliance will be here from 12-8, that it actually comes...and not be lost in limbo with no one contacting me to tell me why no one ever came, and when it will be resolved. So while having the one contact for a large purchase was great, I felt that after the initial selection, when problems started happening they were not there.

My advisor was very knowledgeable & professional. He prevented me from making expensive purchasing mistakes that I would have made by myself if I had not used his expert help. My new smart TV's, ultra HD Blu-ray players, soundbar, home theater, & universal remotes are giving me more viewing & listening pleasure than I could have imagined. I would not have achieved this without his help.

I can not say enough praise for my recent Magnolia 4k televison and receiver purchase and install led by consultant Jeremy Stetller. I have been a home theater enthusiast for decades, buying my equipment from “high end” AV speciality stores and in that context I must say that my experience with Jeremey was and is outstanding . He is the hardest working man driven to satisfy his customer and Best Buy is fortunate to have him.

Brandon did a fabulous job helping me decide what I wanted and needed. He was thorough, kind and patient. I so appreciate all the time he took trying to find the right TV package for me. I'm impressed with him. If he spends this much time with all his clients, he must bring in lots of contracts for Best Buy! He's a keeper.

Our biggest concern was sound quality in our new Great Room TV setup. Geordy helped us select the Sony over the similar LG because of Sony's superior built in speakers. He thought we could hook up an existing wired subwoofer to the new Sony, but when it turned out we couldn't, he gave us a very fair deal on a Sony soundbar which we can use when deep base is important.

The installers were excellent. Unfortunately it took over two weeks to get the proper installers scheduled. But they were excellent. The salesman was helpful in keeping me updated. Again the team of installers were superb.

Anthony is not only personable but his work-related knowledge and expertise strike you as superior. My wife & I quickly felt at ease with Anthony, and we had no issues agreeing with his recommendations!

I had a project to install an outdoor TV and sound system. Also a Mesh system and a land switch. The consultant explained what we needed and we ended up doing the project

We needed help with installation of cameras to monitor the outside of our house. Shamas showed how the blink system works and developed a plan that satisfies our needs and made all arrangements for installation. He answered all our questions. It’s now installed and works
