    I'm extremely pleased with the quality care received, from the purchase to the installment. The gentlemen who came to my home were thoughtful about the environment, considerate to my needs and knowledgeable of the product.

    Thomas has been a godsend for all of our recent purchases. I would have bought online 2-75” Sony TVs and the receiver that I just bought if it weren’t for Thomas! His diligent effort in supporting us and giving us good information produced over $3500 in purchases that would have been online w a competitor!!!

    Michael did a great job of setting up our universal remote control even though I was not home at the time. I tested the remote when I got home and it works great without even needing personal instructions at the time of the install. Thank you Michael!

    What a great experience.It was refreshing to work with someone that only wanted to make the customer happy and work hard to make your budget and dream become a reality without sacrificing one for the other, Explained everything completely and was very professional. If you want the best experience ask for this guy.

    We needed advice for components that suit our TV room. Brandon did a great job. I questioned the necessity of Sonos amp and port, but went for it and its the first time I’ve been able to use my speakers with ease. Thank you Brandon!

    Mixed bag, could just be my experience

    We underwent a full kitchen remodel. As such we put in 6 appliances. Due to the times I selected and purchased them months in advance so that we would have them when the time arrive. The advantage of a Home Expert is supposed to be a dedicated contact that you can rely on for changes. Part way through mine left with no notice whatsoever. I then had to "sign up" again and get the new guy up to speed. While it is nice having a person to contact, when I ran into problems (not the Home Experts Fault), it seems like they were MIA. I only truly found support in reaching out on FB where a guy actually took ownership and pushed things through. It wasn't like I was trying to get anything for free, or discounts, just that when they tell me the appliance will be here from 12-8, that it actually comes...and not be lost in limbo with no one contacting me to tell me why no one ever came, and when it will be resolved. So while having the one contact for a large purchase was great, I felt that after the initial selection, when problems started happening they were not there.

    Made it fast, accurate and easy

    We needed a new combo wall oven - Microwave plus Convection Oven. But... our current one has smallish measurements, compared to today's new ones. The Best Buy in-home consultant (Rodney) came out, measured the current one, reassured and wrote a guarantee that the ones we were looking at would fit, and even placed the order and scheduled install while in our kitchen! And the install worked perfectly also. He was right.

    My Best Buy Consultant recommended the Samsung Smart TV for the entire house (living room and three bedrooms). The TV's were ordered and paid for in the comfort of my home. Within s week they were delivered and installed. I never had to leave the house. I'm happy with my purchase. The TV's were a good value (Black Friday sale), The picture quality is great and the sound is very good. They are the best TV's I've ever owned.

    Luke was very helpful in making our final decision. We were not sure what size tv we felt was right for our space so he taped the corners to show us visually what the size would be. That was so helpful.

    New Age in home TV subscription passed us by… we checked out Best Buy service and the response has been phenomenal. Both the in-home consultation and the home visit by installer were wonderful. We have been able to navigate through our new systems easily and comfortably thanks to the in-home installer.

    We needed a whole new stereo/tv/sound system installed in our den to replace an older system. Kelsey put together an awesome package based on the space, our budget, and our needs. Super easy to work with and communicate with. A seamless process. We would definitely look to Kelsey again for any future needs.

    The adviser was a great help for what I was looking for in a new wi-fi router. Basically told him what I wanted and he asked me questions about security, gaming, and other things that effect w-fi reception. The thing about the whole consult was he ordered it while at my home and then gave me his business card for anything I would need in the future and best of all it was free!!! Can't beat that!! :)

    Thanks to Jessie Ballard (in home services) who recommended and arranged installation of an Erro 6 wifi mesh system to eliminate dead spots and boost internet speeds throught our entire house. This system is amazing. Couldn't be more satisfied.

    The gentleman in appliances was awesome to work with. We didn’t really know what we wanted in features and he was able to give us the pros and cons of everything, even options we didn’t know existed. We would definitely recommend anyone to purchase their appliances at Best Buy!

    The team learned that I had changed some of the plan and had other items that needed to be done and they worked with me to address them all. They were careful and diligent in all of the various items. Further, they came back twice as my printer and my PetCube needed to be reconnected with the new system. Appreciated the honesty and care!     We needed help finalizing a home theatre for the basement of our home and Joe was extremely helpful! His knowledge and expertise are what helped us make several key decisions about this important project. Joe is helpful, kind and fun to work with.     We needed to update our entertainment center. We ended up buying an 85” Samsung Q80C TV and a Yamaha A8A Receiver. Also updated a Harmony 650 remote control. It all works great. Thanks for the advice.
