Ian was on time, had our wishlist and proceeded to verify our choices and measure the spaces. We had 6 appliances to considered and it took less than an hour. Great job.

Noah was our assigned Home Design Expert. Very knowledgeable, took accurate measurements of the space in question and made recommendations. The information that he provided was spot on and factored in our decision of the washer/dryer purchase.

Alex came and measured for all of my appliances, and helped me pick out the ones with the best deal. Setting up delivery and installation was easy. I recommend doing an in-home appointment before buying any appliances to ensure that they fit.

I needed to get a new dishwasher and decided to use your in-home consultation via chat. Tony Barrie Jr. answered the chat and guided me through the choices, helped me select and then complete the purchase of a beautiful new Samsung dishwasher. Tony also helped get the installation figured out. I really appreciated Tony's advice and guidance!

Gigi and her associate were punctual for our appointment and very friendly to deal with. Unfortunately they missed some key things in the consultation, like how our gas valve wouldn't be able to be hooked up to the dryer we purchased. When we got the dryer they wouldn't hook it up, we had to get a new valve and do the installation ourselves because of that. They also didn't measure to make sure the fridge we ordered would fit in our unit, or let us know that the microwave we were purchasing had a plug that is meant to go above the unit where we didn't have an outlet. To top it off, she assured me I'd be able to deal with her for any questions or needs that came up, then went on vacation for 10 days immediately after the consultation without telling me or leaving me another contact, leading to scramble like crazy when there were problems with delivery. Funnily enough, there were so many delays with delivery and installation that I still needed her help when she returned, and she was able to facilitate some of that with the store.

We needed assistance with purchase of TV and sound system. We were also assisted with the purchase of a modem/router. Destinee made herself available for us to call her and she always promptly assisted us.

Excellent job by the service team. They arrived within the allotted time window and were able to remove the old tv and place the new one on the existing mount quickly and without damage. They also were able to tuck away all wires and ensure operation of all systems.

We were having issues with getting Internet throughout our home. We decided to have a Best Buy consultant come into our home to help us. To have a consultant come into our home was no cost to us. The consultant gave us recommendations as to what he thought would work for us and also where we should put the product(s). There was no pressure to buy at all. I highly recommend this free service.

We were looking for help with potentially cutting the cable and streaming service options. Our adviser was very helpful with general questions, but was not able to provide much detailed help with trade-offs for the different service options. She certainly was helpful, but since I clearly specified up front I was looking specifically for streaming help, I expected someone with more expertise in that specific area. Overall, it was a good experience, our adviser was very nice, communicated well, was on time, etc.

Our in-home consultant was terrific. He gave us ideas that we had never considered and tips on how to make better use of our streaming service. I would recommend him in a minute to anyone needing honest, helpful recommendations for making the most of equipment and getting knowledgeable information regarding purchase options.

Hilarie was knowledgable, patient, and extremely helpful. She was able to assess what we needed to finish the work of the home builder who left the theater space pre-wired but not finished. She made great suggestions to make our space the home theater that we've always wanted! She was fantastic at communicating with us, was timely in her visit, and very friendly in our interactions.

I had a great experience with Caleb. He came to my home, explained all of my options and even encouraged me to see if I qualified for Best Buy credit, in order to meet all of my appliance needs, which I did. Thank you, Caleb!

We have been changing our current QEI security system which we have been totally unhappy with to the Ring security system. Andrew from the Geek Squad was amazing! He was very kind and helpful. Would definately recommend Andrew.

Worked with Arthur to order my new Epson LS12000 projector. Took a while to come in due to challenges with supply chain but Arthur was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Installed the LS12000 in my home theatre myself and it is mind blowingly awesome.

I wanted to set some outdoor cameras, but did not know which ones to choose and where to locate them. I made an appointment, and the BB consultant came over to give me suggestions on several cameras, and he went through with the best areas where the cameras could be located. The consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. He even provided me with his email for follow up questions.

We needed help upgrading our home theater system in a large den area. The Best Buy home consultation was very helpful in that the home expert was able to see the area and suggest several options to give us a better surround sound experience. We decided on a Definitive Technology soundbar w/wireless woofer and have been very pleased with our purchase.

Best Buy installed our home entertainment system (TV, receiver, speakers inside and out). They identified a receiver problem and followed up with another visit. Excellent service and quality of installation.

Brandon did a great job coming to my place and advising me of the choices and selections I had. I was looking for a top of the line TV and sound system. When your spending for a high end system, you need to have some confidence and assurance it’s going to all work. Brandon advised me on how to get the most for my money. Well worth the consultation.
