I had no clue as to how to approach tackling the sound system and audio project. James was outstanding on helping me to understand how everything was connected and installed. And the installation team of Tyler and Alexis were just as outstanding!

My wifi was acting up and I had someone come in to take a look to see what was best for me. I didn't want to buy anything if possible. I picked the service guys brain as he shared his knowledge and made me understand how my router, WiFi, and modem all work. In the end, I found a solution to my problem that improved my wifi connection and speed. I am grateful for this service as it is a key differentiator which makes me loyal to best buy!

Jen did a spectacular job helping us figure out an appropriate size tv and the type of soundbar we would want for our livingroom layout. Our installers were terrific and very knowledgeable. They were speedy and neat and easy to communicate with.

Worked with Arthur to order my new Epson LS12000 projector. Took a while to come in due to challenges with supply chain but Arthur was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Installed the LS12000 in my home theatre myself and it is mind blowingly awesome.

I had a couple of TVs and sound bars installed in my basement. Geek Squad people were professional, meticulous in their job and the end result was very nice. While there I discussed a wifi problem I was having. They suggested a Eero device that created a wifi "mesh" and solved the problem. Special mention of Charles Paisie who did the installation, and even came back a week later to fix an issue I was having. Highly recommended!!

Consultation was outstanding and took the extra effort to answer all my questions. I am in the market for home theater furniture and the outstanding service received convinced me Best Buy is the way to go. They back the product and are there to answer any questions. I am still making up my mind on exactly which ones to get but the consult helped make this decision much easier.

We just moved into a new home & needed help with a TV, sound system & video doorbell & a couple security cams for outside. Our consultant helped us get a to not only get a great deal, but to get all the things we’d need to get things set up right from the start. There was never any sales pressure, she just helped us find the right products for us!

I wanted to "cut the cable cord" and switch to streaming using Amazon firestick(s) on 2 TVs. My advisor recommended a good wireless internet company and a mesh network system that is working well for us. He also recommended installing a good indoor/outdoor OTA antenna in the attic for receiving free local channels. We're happy we made the changes that he suggested.

Needed a stacked washer/dryer is a tight space. Our consultant, Paul Sereno, made sure that the appliance we chose would fit perfectly. He also answered questions and offered suggestions on some of the other appliances in our home. He is very knowledgeable and truly helpful

A significant amount of time was spent helping us select the appropriate TVs, audio system, and WiFi for our house. We did not feel pressured to buy at that moment. The advisor followed up after giving us a few days to think about our decision on the systems. We made several adjustments to our original options and the advisor was very patient with us. I would highly recommend this process to anyone.

This was my first time working with a Geek Squad consultant. This consultation was for multiple projects at my place of employment. I was impressed by his communication prior to our consultation, his promptness, precautions utilized related to COVID-19, product knowledge and recommendations, and follow-up after the job was completed. I would recommend this service.

My big complaint was the installer didn't follow consultants recommendations and had me return some hardware. Found that the new network was not working properly and I requested someone come out and re-evaluate which delayed full usage for another week. Second installer indicated that what I returned was needed. I therefore went out and bought hardware and setup myself.
