Joe was professional, arrived on time and walked us through the whole process. He helped us identify the right system for our home theater and even went of the way to reserve it in a nearby store! Truly amazing!!!!

I built a new house and needed assistance with getting TV's and Sound setup for the whole house. Grayson was great to work with as he had some good ideas and even helped me to save some money. The install guys were great and super knowledgeable and had some great ideas for me to consider during the setup. It was an excellent experience all around.

Everything I requested was provided, and extra. Randy, Nathan, Carreone, and Rudy went above and beyond, consistently asking if my needs were being met and providing additional options for my consideration. I appreciate their work and am glad I chose Best Buy as the provider. They even checked on me a day later and two days later to make sure all was working smoothly and to see if I needed help in learning the technology.

Needed a stacked washer/dryer is a tight space. Our consultant, Paul Sereno, made sure that the appliance we chose would fit perfectly. He also answered questions and offered suggestions on some of the other appliances in our home. He is very knowledgeable and truly helpful

Best Buy has been great to work with, and has been a huge help in setting up our new home. We've gotten so much help from Best Buy - with appliance selection, installation, TV purchase, and TV mounting, I'm not even sure which one I'm reviewing right now. Regardless, our experience has been great, and we will continue to use BB in the future.

Brian and his team at Best Buy are excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave us some good advice on keeping costs in line with our budget.

The two men who came to the house were professional and friendly and left me with a TV that I love. They were not able to get the OTA antenna to work, but I was able to remedy that situation myself. The men wore masks during their time there, which is very much appreciated. Overall, a most satisfying experience that I will not hesitate to do again.

Michael did a great job of setting up our universal remote control even though I was not home at the time. I tested the remote when I got home and it works great without even needing personal instructions at the time of the install. Thank you Michael!

Great customer spport and very meticulous on the setup. They asked questions and made sure that it wss going to setup the way I wanted. Tested and walked through instructions on how to use the whole home theater system. Tested with different items and verified outside 2 channel system was working properly. Highly recommend it.

Superb service! Both the gents that mounted the TV and installed the power extension were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Also, James the In Home Advisor that assisted me with making the purchase to begin with was fantastic too. The entire experience was delightful start to finish. I'll be back for future purchases! Had a good experience from store to delivery. I looked at several refridgerators in the store, but I had a very tight spot for it at home. They sent out kristin for free to take measurements and she found the right fridge for me. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful, and got the job done

There was a couple hiccups in the installation which one of the first installers cutting a hole for the speaker in the sheetrock. He was very professional and called in a claim with your insurance company. He is not very knowledgeable with older TVs but II installer came out and was able to fix it I ordered a part from Amazon per the first installers request and did not need it though. I am not happy with Sedgwick your insurance company they are not very approachable.

We worked with James Bakeman who was extremely helpful in helping us decide on a refrigerator purchase. After the purchase, he gave us his business card and said we could call with any questions. The installers were both professional and excellent in their delivery set-up!

Sam was very helpful in helping us finding the fridge that would work for us. Gave us different options and explained the differences, pros and cons for each one to help us make our decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure the item we liked was delivered and installed in a timely manner

I had problems with my internet connectivity. Originally it was thought that an eero system would be helpful--but it turns out that the problem was actually a bad modem from Xfinity. When the second technician came out, we discovered the problem and it turned out that I did not really need all the new equipment. I was able to remove another modem/router from the system.

A lightning strike took out a lot of our electronics, including our home theater receiver. Joe determined our problem and got us scheduled with product and installation in less than a week. Great service.

The best person at Best Buy we have ever come across. Very friendly and helpful. Doesn’t try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary items. Easy to reach with any questions or concerns we might have. Just overall a great person. I recommend him to everyone! Job well done!

Josh was very helpful and picked exactly what we needed and it was all delivered and set up perfectly. We love the universal remote :) Josh also took some info on a few of other appliances which we will be needing in the near future (due to their age) to make it easier when we have a failure :)

Thanks to Jessie Ballard (in home services) who recommended and arranged installation of an Erro 6 wifi mesh system to eliminate dead spots and boost internet speeds throught our entire house. This system is amazing. Couldn't be more satisfied.
