We had been having trouble with one of our TVs and wanted to upgrade the whole system. Thomas came to our house and listened to us describe what we wanted and was able to design a system to meet our needs.

Everyone’s needs are different. Sometimes it’s price, sometimes it’s quality and sometimes it’s just a unique setting so the the in home consultant must understand the products in order for the client to be happy with their purchase. Shawn has that knowledge and applied it to understand our needs and guide us to the products that met our needs and made us glad we made the purchase. We’re very pleased.

We needed help figuring out the largest screen TV we could fit in our available space. Sam came to our home and gave us all the information we needed and actually ordered the correct TV. The delivery men were kind enough to work with me on the delivery time. They were polite and efficient. Totally a good experience. Love the TV.

This tech visit was to complete the install of our TV/Sound System since some components were delayed for the first install date. The GS Team did a great job. The head person (forgot his name) did a great job of communicating with me to make sure he had all things buttoned up and completed and that I understood how to operate the system properly.

Aris was patient and thorough. He made sure I could operate the product and even took a phone call a couple of days later to talk me through a problem.

Duane helped us sort through the numerous appliance choices. He made recommendations based on our wants and needs. As a result, we were able to purchase our kitchen and laundry appliances with confidence. We are very happy with our choices.

Jacob put a good plan together for me, was knowledgeable about the products and could answer my questions. I put up 3 TVs in my entertainment room and set up Apple TV's with a new Orbi Mesh Router system. Went with Sony OLEDs and they look great. So far so good!

We needed a TV mounted over the den’s hearth. All advice and execution was excellent. Our installation was difficult, but your team found creative solutions and kept trying until it was accomplished.

The best person at Best Buy we have ever come across. Very friendly and helpful. Doesn’t try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary items. Easy to reach with any questions or concerns we might have. Just overall a great person. I recommend him to everyone! Job well done!

Matt, my technician was amazing from start to finish. He walked me thru set up of my wifi, was thorough, informative & didn’t leave a bit of trash behind, in fact he took all old wires & packaging with him. He was professional, conscientious wearing his mask & shoe covers which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend his services

We worked with James Bakeman who was extremely helpful in helping us decide on a refrigerator purchase. After the purchase, he gave us his business card and said we could call with any questions. The installers were both professional and excellent in their delivery set-up!

I was going to remodel my kitchen, I knew the products I wanted and need one POC to ensure my 5 appliance order would be delivered on time and as scheduled. I KNEW Covid had impacted the supply chain for all appliances. My remodeling was not scheduled to start until February 2021. I met with the consultant in November 2020 to ensure my appliances would be in the warehouse to be delivered when contractor was ready. The process was great and easy.

Brandon did a fabulous job helping me decide what I wanted and needed. He was thorough, kind and patient. I so appreciate all the time he took trying to find the right TV package for me. I'm impressed with him. If he spends this much time with all his clients, he must bring in lots of contracts for Best Buy! He's a keeper.

We had a Best Buy rep come into our house to evaluate what would need to be done to get better Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. We were prepared to spend $300 to install a mesh system, but he found that if we used a better modem, that should be able to help and it did! We were able to spend under $100 to get the modem and it provides the coverage we need. I would recommend this service over and over again!

We needed a new oven and range hood. Our consultant, Fernando, was very helpful with everything from placing the order, scheduling the installation and answering all our questions.

My consultation with Alec Meneses was just what I needed. I wanted to make my new home “no cable service”. After 25 years of paying for cable, I had no desire to continue that route. Alec understood my needs and researched for those items that I needed to purchase. He was very responsive to my questions and even answered my text messages on his day off.

We were checking out new washers since our broke down suddenly. We met with an associate (Liam/leon ??) who suggested we use the in-house visit to make sure what size unit would fit in our laundry room which has a recessed area for the washer and dryer. Jaycie came to house within a day to measure and make suggestions. We were able to find a Whirlpool washer that would fit. Jaycie and Liam/Leon (?) were great to work with,

We had a number of issues relating to the use of technology in our home. Our advisor made recommendations to resolve these issues, and we have implemented all of them. Our advisor was extremely pleasant and very carefully explained all of his suggestions in a way that was easy for us to understand even though we have limited knowledge about technology. We are extremely satisfied with this service!
