    Correct TV set up for us

    We needed advice for components that suit our TV room. Brandon did a great job. I questioned the necessity of Sonos amp and port, but went for it and its the first time I’ve been able to use my speakers with ease. Thank you Brandon!

    Great experience! The consultation and installation team are professional and very knowledgeable. I took their recommendations and totally enjoy my new TV,stereo and xbox set up. Great job.

    The employee I spoke with was very informative and explained things in ways that were easy to understand. However, I felt when it came to finding audio equipment, he was offering things that were too expensive. When I told him my budget, he simply told me to buy a couple things and then buy the rest later (that was still not in my budget) instead of finding items that would fit my budget (I know it was possible because I found items that would have fit my budget afterwards).

    I have been working with Jonathan for last 5 plus years , he helped me with home theater set up both at new as well as old place . Recently helped me getting a new washing machine . I really like working with him .

    Andres was the most knowledgeable and friendly representative I have ever met at Best Buy. He was thorough, detailed and patient. If anyone is shopping for a television or home theatre system, he is the expert you need!

    We had been toying around with putting in a home theater in our basement. We already had the wiring to do it and figured we could do it on our own but once we started looking at equipment it was a little overwhelming. So we met with a consultant from Best Buy and he walked us through all of the options from the low end on up to the high. Definitely worth having them come out!

    Bruce went out of his way to assist us. We ordered the wrong sized TV and he caught it right away. He worked to correct the “system’s” error is dropping us from the delivery schedule. He was knowledgeable and explained the products very well. He’s an asset to Best Buy.

    Both of the tech people were great. They set up my home theatre and were careful with the installation. I was given good instruction on how to use my equipment effectively. I couldn't have asked for a better set up. I would recommend this service, particularly if it's a geek squad like the one that came to my house.

    The Geek Squad guys that came out April 6th listened to our concerns regarding our TV and home theater, and reprogrammed everything so we can totally understand the dialog while watching TV shows, and still have a more subtle surround sound. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

    We needed to update our rather old and complicated system. Our TV went out, and the old sound bar wasn't clear for my husband with his hearing loss.

    Everything went well on our in home visir.

    In home visit with Eddie went well. But, due to no fault of Eddie, things went downhill. Lots of problems with scheduling. Things were lost, things were cancelled. Eddie seemed to do his best to correct the problems, but there were a lot of people involved and I am not sure who was responsible for all of the problems. Purchased frig, dishwasher, range hood and stove. I have installation problems with all. Someone is scheduled to come Monday to correct. We will see if this happens or not.

    I had looked at websites and in stores and had what I wanted narrowed down. My advisor did measurements and made sure I any accessories that we needed. She also helped me decide what accent paint colors will work with my appliances. She helped me set up installation and take away. She made the whole process a relaxing and fun experience. Thank you for having in home consultants.

    Sean & Kevin came over to my home and were on time and extremely professional. I was amazed of there knowledge of home theater and in overall electronics.     Michael and the guys were great, our time frame started at 9am and they were there exactly at 9am. They were able to set up in a quick and in an efficient time frame. They were able to get us a couple of missing items that we didn’t have, and everything was great!

    I have been a loyal Elite customer with Buy Geek / Geek Squad for over 13 years, purchasing both personal and business items. Throughout my time as a customer, I have appreciated the high level of service and support that initially drew me to your company. However, I have noticed that recently years the service and support have not met my expectations, especially regarding customer service and technical support via chat & phone. For example, during my last three attempts to reach someone through online chat or phone, I experienced significant delays in response and was eventually disconnected each time without receiving assistance. This has led to considerable frustration and lost time and money, as I was unable to resolve my issues or follow up effectively. Additionally, I am finding it increasingly difficult to understand the benefits of purchasing Best Buy Tech Support, as the terms, warranty coverage, and what is included seem to change frequently. I value the relationship I have built with Buy Geek / Geek Squad over the years and have had many positive experiences in the past. I would appreciate it if you could clarify what benefits I should expect as an Elite customer or be a loyal best Buy customer, including current details on warranty coverage and technical support options. I hope we can work together to resolve these concerns. I look forward to your response and a resolution that reflects the long-standing partnership we have had.
