The whole process of replacing my oven was seamless. The onsite appointment was quick and delivery went well. I'm definitely recommending Best Buy to my friends and family!

Our advisor listened to what we were looking for to replace our 19 year old sound system. After several different ways to improve our surround sound, we decided to on a two stage approach. He did let us know that the Sonos sound bar would probably take a couple of weeks to come in, and it was about a week more,which was not his fault. Overall a very good experience.

BestBuy offers a nice consulting service when you have specific questions about your tech project. Brandon helped me pick the right projector and screen for my garage project. He was knowledgable and he was willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to make sure my transaction was smooth.

We needed help with home theater as we had changed our remote and some other things and out system no longer worked as efficiently for us. Best Buy/Magnolia to the rescue. Now wea re in working order. Love Best Buy, Magnolia, and Geek Squad - -couldn't live without them!

We moved to a new house and needed advice on possible surround sound, mounting, and sound bars. Alise, our in-home consultant, was very professional and knowledgeable. She made two visits and was only a phone call away, which I used. She even made a follow-up call after everything was installed. She is an excellent representative for Best Buy.

I had problems with my internet connectivity. Originally it was thought that an eero system would be helpful--but it turns out that the problem was actually a bad modem from Xfinity. When the second technician came out, we discovered the problem and it turned out that I did not really need all the new equipment. I was able to remove another modem/router from the system.

For the past 3 or 4 months, I have been working with Joe Stack and various Geek Squad staff to upgrade network and sound system. The experience has been supper great. Joe and rest of the staff have been very responsive, prompt and courteous. I recommend Greek Squad to others!

Our Home Expert was very personable and helpful. She insured that the new Bosch dishwasher we wanted would fit, and served our needs. I was happy it was included in our Total Tech contract.

Shay Brown was very professional and very knowledgable at evaluating my home and my needs for having adequate wifi capabilities throughout my home. She recommended the best way to achieve it, as well as recommended different things for the future. It was a pleasure having someone such as Shay help me with a solution for my wifi needs. I highly recommend her! It was amazing that there was no charge for her expertise!

Our in-home consultant was terrific. He gave us ideas that we had never considered and tips on how to make better use of our streaming service. I would recommend him in a minute to anyone needing honest, helpful recommendations for making the most of equipment and getting knowledgeable information regarding purchase options.

Bruce went out of his way to assist us. We ordered the wrong sized TV and he caught it right away. He worked to correct the “system’s” error is dropping us from the delivery schedule. He was knowledgeable and explained the products very well. He’s an asset to Best Buy.

Had a good experience from store to delivery. I looked at several refridgerators in the store, but I had a very tight spot for it at home. They sent out kristin for free to take measurements and she found the right fridge for me. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful, and got the job done

Kelly and the geek squad were amazing! They helped us with all our questions and even changed our order, when we decided to get a bigger tv. Highly recommend working with Kelly and having a larger tv professionally installed. We purchased the G2 LG 83 inch.

Cameron was excellent. He listened to what I needed and wanted and came up with a good sound system design. He stayed within my budget. Also when I needed to make some subsequent changes he was very accomodating.

A system designer/architect visited our home to advise upon the equipment necessary to complete our theater room. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and clear. The information he provided was valuable, and he was not pushy - he listened to our needs, and advised accordingly. We were happy with his proposal, and are eager to finish the room. We recommend this service to anyone who is considering a major technology installation.

super happy with our purchase, Caleb was super helpful, he gave us the right recommendations for our washer and dryer and also made some suggestions for future plans we have in the house! hands down the best home expert to work with!
