My in home consultant Kurt Manning keeps me a Best Buy Customer. In a world of faceless online orders I get to have one person take care of.all.of my Best Buy needs. Computers, stereo, Tv and so much more. If I need I just call Kurt and it shows up. No fuss no mess. If a problem occurs I call Kurt and it's taken care of without complaint.

Brian D. helped me purchase my new TV, coming into my home to make sure the larger screen would fit above my fireplace. He ordered it for me, I paid for it here, and I never needed to go to the Best Buy store. He was very professional and told me I could call him with any concerns and questions...which I have. I like the free in home consultation.

Trey was very helpful and had good recommendations. I had anticipated that replacing an 11-year old flatscreen television would be more involved than just getting a new one and Trey patiently told me why the other upgrades were necessary as well. In the end I spent a bit more than I anticipated but am confident this system will last for many years.

We purchased a new home and wanted to get a new tv and surround sound , we had Austin come give us an in home consult and we are very pleased with everything , best buy team are prompt and knowledgeable .

We reviewed options for modifying cabinets to replace an older drop in range with a free standing or slide in model. We discussed converting from electric to gas or dual fuel and code requirements. Also reviewed options for a range hood. Rob was insightful and knowledgeable. Jeff at the store was also very helpful. We purchased an LG LSE4613BD at a very good sale price.

Austin was great...super knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He gave us quotes and possibilities for installation...followed up as well. The install couldn't have gone smoother!

Dave was efficient and professional; the consultation was comprehensive. He maintained contact throughout the process and modified my order as my needs/wants unexpectedly changed mid-course. Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the refrigerator just before we were quarantined for the COVID-19 pandemic. It was to be delivered on April 1st. Anna went into detail explaining why they could deliver the refrigerator, but couldn't install it until everyone could be kept safe. I sincerely appreciate the care and concern shown by Anna and Best Buy.

Our Best Buy Consultation was very helpful when moving into our new home. We were able to ask lots of questions from appliances, to TV, to Internet. The only thing is that when you agree to purchase, the process moves so quickly you don't have time to do research on the products you are buying. We ended up buying a very high end TV and soundbar, come to find out there is an audio delay that had I done the research, I would have found. I may not have purchased that brand of TV as a result.

I had no idea where to start so when I was in the store Best Buy recommend to bring someone out to the house. My advisor had a blank room the was unwished so I told him what I want and a price range and he made it happen. The room is not finished yet bet we’re excited to see the finished result. We learned so much with the in home consultation and at the in store consultation.

The home consultant was excellent. I could not have put together my home theater without his assistance. I was assisted with recommendations for the ideal components for my needs and how to best put everything together. It definitely helped having a point person to manage the entire job.
