I needed to get a new dishwasher and decided to use your in-home consultation via chat. Tony Barrie Jr. answered the chat and guided me through the choices, helped me select and then complete the purchase of a beautiful new Samsung dishwasher. Tony also helped get the installation figured out. I really appreciated Tony's advice and guidance!

Robert was great! He came by to measure for a new slide-in range and we ensure the exact size needed. While there we discussed replacing the other kitchen appliances which we had already thought of doing to match the new range. He gave his input and we decided to move forward with all four.

Michael and the guys were great, our time frame started at 9am and they were there exactly at 9am. They were able to set up in a quick and in an efficient time frame. They were able to get us a couple of missing items that we didn’t have, and everything was great!

We updated our theater room with in-ceiling surround sound, large tv mount, and smart remote connection to all components. We also had a poorly connected multifunction printer updated to connect to ALL of our devices-including phones and tablets. The Geek Squad provided superior service with helpful onsite recommendations AND rapid follow up assistance! They were friendly and fast. I will definitely use them in the future.

Sam was very helpful in helping us finding the fridge that would work for us. Gave us different options and explained the differences, pros and cons for each one to help us make our decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure the item we liked was delivered and installed in a timely manner

Josh was very helpful and picked exactly what we needed and it was all delivered and set up perfectly. We love the universal remote :) Josh also took some info on a few of other appliances which we will be needing in the near future (due to their age) to make it easier when we have a failure :)

We we delightfully surprised at the technical knowledge and product knowledge of our in-home Geek Squad consultant. He listened to our needs. He identified several options, and scheduled the work for soon after the appointment. The installation expert was just as good. What a relief to now use alll our wireless devices, phones, iPads, printers, even c., a total of 12 additional at a remarkably competitive price

Our biggest concern was sound quality in our new Great Room TV setup. Geordy helped us select the Sony over the similar LG because of Sony's superior built in speakers. He thought we could hook up an existing wired subwoofer to the new Sony, but when it turned out we couldn't, he gave us a very fair deal on a Sony soundbar which we can use when deep base is important.

We needed help. Positioning a 55” TV in a renovated bathroom with high angled ceilings in a corner. Austin, the Best Buy tech came out and measured and suggested the space. Fit perfect! No charge.

Having an expert come to my home to measure the space helped me feel confident in my purchase. I also feel that I got the best product for me at the best price.

We had lived in our home since 1998 and really don't know what took us so long to add outdoor speakers!! Working outside now is a joy. The speakers sound wonderful and will truly enhance our summer backyard activities. Thank you so much!!

I needed my basement area to be measured for new washer and dryer. Amanda was prompt and polite. Answered my questions. Also helped decide on the new appliances and placed that order in my home. I didn't have to go back to the store.

This was a new 53” tv possibly using an existing surround sound or adding a sound bar. He gave great opinions for this installation. He assured us that the size would fit in our entertainment system and options for the sound. Couldn’t have done it without him.

Great customer spport and very meticulous on the setup. They asked questions and made sure that it wss going to setup the way I wanted. Tested and walked through instructions on how to use the whole home theater system. Tested with different items and verified outside 2 channel system was working properly. Highly recommend it.

Installation of previous AV set up including Kaleidascape system, install of new speakers, and programming. System installers were knowledgeable and efficient and cleaned up after.

Tarek did a great job planing and coordinating our entire job. We upgraded 4 TVs plus other components. Would strongly recommend Tarek and the Geek Squad to anyone!
