i was hesitant on what the in home consultant was explaining to me because i thought my router was fine. little did i know that the router was not providing what i needed and Caleb and i reviewed products that would help tremendously. i was not interested in spending money but i am so glad i did. his recommendations were great and no more complaining about the wifi in my house. and the consultation was free.

The experts helped us install an entire home entertainment system mounted TVs for us and sound bars and connected with our current provider. They did such a great job and we are so impressed with our new equipment. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure we knew how to run everything before they left

We wanted to have our new TV mounted on brick wall and setup ans screen and projector system. The consultant and the designer were both great and knowledgeable and helpful. They went back and schedule for the final work very promptly. They gave very good advice on the projector systems that were very helpful in our decision process to buy one.

Our initial and subsequent meeting with the in home consultant proved to be very helpful in selecting the products we needed. Being senior citizens, the tech world is baffling to put it mildly. Sam walked us thru the product selection of a modem, router, security camera system, and blue tooth adapter device for our "old world" stereo speaker system. I highly recommend the service and the consultant.

Home consultant was very professional when setting up my mesh router system and new smart tv. The router seems to have solved my connectivity problems on upper floors. The only problem was after he left, I discovered my printer needed to be connected to the new WIFI and I tried to get help on-line with Geek Squad twice and was left haging both times!

We really appreciate the customer care coupled with product expertise. Both the 65” and 55” inch Sony TV’s are working out nicely in their respective rooms. Also kudos to both of the Geek Squad installation teams. I would’ve want anyone else to have mounted our TV’s.

In our new home we needed help selecting and installing TVs and making sure the the cable connections worked as expected. Chris did a great job in advising us what to buy and arranging all the details of installation. It has all worked out very well.

Luke was very helpful in making our final decision. We were not sure what size tv we felt was right for our space so he taped the corners to show us visually what the size would be. That was so helpful.

We needed assistance with an existing home theater system. Consultant came out and listened to us describe our problem. The consultant never turned our existing equipment on to evaluate our problem. He then began to describe the $2,500 upgrade equipment we needed. The installers came and hooked up the new equipment and verified it turned on. It didn't work properly with our existing equipment and they said we needed new wires and left us with a system that no longer functioned. Further assistance from our consultant was "I'll check into it and get back with you" This never happened. After researching and consultation with MicroCenter, we needed another $1,200 worth of electronics to make our system function properly. In-home consultation is just a convenient way for a sales pitch to push equipment not solutions. Very disappointed.
