Brandon did a great job coming to my place and advising me of the choices and selections I had. I was looking for a top of the line TV and sound system. When your spending for a high end system, you need to have some confidence and assurance it’s going to all work. Brandon advised me on how to get the most for my money. Well worth the consultation.

We needed help upgrading our home theater system in a large den area. The Best Buy home consultation was very helpful in that the home expert was able to see the area and suggest several options to give us a better surround sound experience. We decided on a Definitive Technology soundbar w/wireless woofer and have been very pleased with our purchase.

The Geek Squad guys that came out April 6th listened to our concerns regarding our TV and home theater, and reprogrammed everything so we can totally understand the dialog while watching TV shows, and still have a more subtle surround sound. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

The two men who came to the house were professional and friendly and left me with a TV that I love. They were not able to get the OTA antenna to work, but I was able to remedy that situation myself. The men wore masks during their time there, which is very much appreciated. Overall, a most satisfying experience that I will not hesitate to do again.

I can not say enough praise for my recent Magnolia 4k televison and receiver purchase and install led by consultant Jeremy Stetller. I have been a home theater enthusiast for decades, buying my equipment from “high end” AV speciality stores and in that context I must say that my experience with Jeremey was and is outstanding . He is the hardest working man driven to satisfy his customer and Best Buy is fortunate to have him.
