Superb service! Both the gents that mounted the TV and installed the power extension were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Also, James the In Home Advisor that assisted me with making the purchase to begin with was fantastic too. The entire experience was delightful start to finish. I'll be back for future purchases! Home consultant was very professional when setting up my mesh router system and new smart tv. The router seems to have solved my connectivity problems on upper floors. The only problem was after he left, I discovered my printer needed to be connected to the new WIFI and I tried to get help on-line with Geek Squad twice and was left haging both times!

Hilarie was knowledgable, patient, and extremely helpful. She was able to assess what we needed to finish the work of the home builder who left the theater space pre-wired but not finished. She made great suggestions to make our space the home theater that we've always wanted! She was fantastic at communicating with us, was timely in her visit, and very friendly in our interactions.

We were looking for help with potentially cutting the cable and streaming service options. Our adviser was very helpful with general questions, but was not able to provide much detailed help with trade-offs for the different service options. She certainly was helpful, but since I clearly specified up front I was looking specifically for streaming help, I expected someone with more expertise in that specific area. Overall, it was a good experience, our adviser was very nice, communicated well, was on time, etc.

We were having issues with getting Internet throughout our home. We decided to have a Best Buy consultant come into our home to help us. To have a consultant come into our home was no cost to us. The consultant gave us recommendations as to what he thought would work for us and also where we should put the product(s). There was no pressure to buy at all. I highly recommend this free service.

I really appreciate this service Matthew Nelson has been very good to me all I do is call him and he puts in my order.If I have any issues he takes care of it . I recommend this to my family and friends it really works for me I don’t have to make a trip to the store.

I was setting up a home theater and was prepared to buy a projector off of the shelf. During the consultation, I learned that the projector I planned to purchase would not have worked in the space I had. Another projector was recommended and works perfectly.

James did an absolutely exceptional job in updating electronics in my home! He has been very helpful and accessible with my follow up questions I’ve had as well. I would, and have, definitely use again and refer to family and friends!

We really appreciate the customer care coupled with product expertise. Both the 65” and 55” inch Sony TV’s are working out nicely in their respective rooms. Also kudos to both of the Geek Squad installation teams. I would’ve want anyone else to have mounted our TV’s.

I wanted to set some outdoor cameras, but did not know which ones to choose and where to locate them. I made an appointment, and the BB consultant came over to give me suggestions on several cameras, and he went through with the best areas where the cameras could be located. The consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. He even provided me with his email for follow up questions.
