The most helpful part of the visit was the discovery that the WiFi was running much slower than it should have been. After a call to the isp, we were able to fix that. Beyond that, we got ideas about soundbars and TVs from which we might choose. AV receivers and speakers were also a part of our discussion. We feel like we have choices that we can explore and build a system we will enjoy.

Zack Goering was incredibly patient and helpful. He made excellent and thoughtful recommendations. He met us in the store the next day to ensure that we found the items we needed. My in home consultation was very well worth it. I was able to get the right fit TV to go on my bedroom wall. He answered & my questions & got my installation scheduled with the Geek Squad in just a couple of days, everything was ordered in the privacy of my own home. The Geek Squad crew did an outstanding job with the wall installation of my 55” LG TV. Thank you Best Buy.

We needed to update our entertainment center. We ended up buying an 85” Samsung Q80C TV and a Yamaha A8A Receiver. Also updated a Harmony 650 remote control. It all works great. Thanks for the advice.

Billy came by my house to help me purchase the right equipment and services for a basic 5 channel audio set up in my living room. He did a great job of going over different recommendations and I didn’t feeling like he was trying to up sell me at all. Just offering good value for what would meet the needs of my space. I needed help deciding on a new tv. Consultation scheduled for three weeks after my request. I did online research and had made a decision on what to buy before the consult. I purchased the TV from Best Buy and had it all set up and running weeks before the consult. Consult was good because it basically backed up my decision.

I was setting up a home theater and was prepared to buy a projector off of the shelf. During the consultation, I learned that the projector I planned to purchase would not have worked in the space I had. Another projector was recommended and works perfectly.

Zak listened to our needs and desires and gave us the perfect suggestions. Zak did not try to sell us something we did not want and we appreciated not feeling pressured to purchase something we did not want. I bought a computer and a washing machine from Best Buy and the people there were very helpful and understood what i wanted. They were not pushy about making a sale.

The Geek Squad came out to my home to install surround sound system and upgrade my internet modem. They were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and installation was very quick. They left everything like how they found it, not mess left behind. They took the time to show my how to operate the system. Very satisfied with this service. Will use them again for any future needs.
