They installed our surround sound and new TV. They were on time, There went they said they would be and let us know in advance when they were coming. Personable and friendly. Great service

The home consultant was excellent. I could not have put together my home theater without his assistance. I was assisted with recommendations for the ideal components for my needs and how to best put everything together. It definitely helped having a point person to manage the entire job.

Needed to update Universal remote, replace sub woofer and add in cabinet fan. Expert put the package together for us

There was a couple hiccups in the installation which one of the first installers cutting a hole for the speaker in the sheetrock. He was very professional and called in a claim with your insurance company. He is not very knowledgeable with older TVs but II installer came out and was able to fix it I ordered a part from Amazon per the first installers request and did not need it though. I am not happy with Sedgwick your insurance company they are not very approachable.

We had a wonderful experience with our in home consultation with Jeff Trinka. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. We were very comfortable with his recommendation. We weren’t ready to buy the first time he came as we needed time to think about it but we purchased on his second visit.

I was overwhelmed with ideas and questions about the potential layout of a new sound and visual system in a new home. Alexandra came in and helped me resolve my concerns and advised me of the best media products. I highly recommend Alexandra when designing your next home entertainment experience.

I had checked out a 4K TV years ago and finally decided to purchase one. The advisors/technicians came out to our house and installed the TV in no time at all and explained everything very well. They also made great suggestions for my entertainment room and answered all of my questions.

Yvette was very knowledgeable and understanding of our media needs. She was very responsive when we had questions and was more than willing to meet with us in the store to demonstrate the items we were considering buying. In the midst of our dealing with the media room redo, we found we needed an additional security camera. She took care of that too!!!

I appreciate their work and am glad I chose Best Buy as the provider. The movers were very efficient and did a great job. The left the washer dryer completely level and left the washer running empty to clean out any residual oils, as reccimendes in instructions. They had no problem taking out the old washer dryer from our narrow basement.

Jacob was prompt and very knowledgeable and helped us out on deciding what computer and equipment we would need to replace our old computer. The consultation was in our home with no charge to us. He was able to order everything we needed for the new computer for us.
