We needed help with a new refrigerator, and ended up getting that plus a new dishwasher. His recommendations fit our needs and timetable.

He gave me good ideas, but the stick up camera for outside was not good. When the installer came he said that is not a good camera for outside. Then it did not work, but the installer told me to get a spotlight cam. Then I had trouble getting the consultant to get back to me when he finally did a week later he ordered me the spotlight cam and so far everything is fine. The consultant seems to be stretched too thin based on what he was telling me. Not a bad guy just has to travel too far.

Mayela Perez, is wonderful and she has been taking care of all of my electronic needs for nine years. I just had Sonos system and port and sound bar and outside speakers added to my system and it is awesome and the work was professional and timely.

Bryan Herrera was incredible helpful when ordering my appliances. He coordinated inventory and delivery and his professionalism and knowledge was tremendously appreciated.

The employee I spoke with was very informative and explained things in ways that were easy to understand. However, I felt when it came to finding audio equipment, he was offering things that were too expensive. When I told him my budget, he simply told me to buy a couple things and then buy the rest later (that was still not in my budget) instead of finding items that would fit my budget (I know it was possible because I found items that would have fit my budget afterwards).

The experts helped us install an entire home entertainment system mounted TVs for us and sound bars and connected with our current provider. They did such a great job and we are so impressed with our new equipment. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure we knew how to run everything before they left

My in home consultant Kurt Manning keeps me a Best Buy Customer. In a world of faceless online orders I get to have one person take care of.all.of my Best Buy needs. Computers, stereo, Tv and so much more. If I need I just call Kurt and it shows up. No fuss no mess. If a problem occurs I call Kurt and it's taken care of without complaint.

Louis snd Hans were prompt, polite, professional and cleaned up all the boxes, etc. then they explained the features of our new TV and sound box. I couldn't ask for anything more. They are a credit to Best Buy. If given a choice. I would request them for future installations.

The consultation was lovely … but the follow up was not so much. Yes, the consultant frequently emailed to see if I was still gonna buy the sound bar … but never replied when I asked him about the earphones (which is what we really want) he was going to send us a proposal on. So wah!

I needed help with my brand new refrigerator. The Samsung refrigerator was delivered on Friday. Then by Monday afternoon water dispenser had quite working. Rainer and Andrew came and checked it out. Oder the part came back with a new part and fixed it.

Very helpful. After consultation was able to place order and dishwasher arrived in a week. On line chat service was useless. Talking with someone on the was not helpful. Final went to Colma store that was being remodeled and learned about the consultation service

Even though the store is filled with staff, not all staff are willing to help. Adam went out of his way to answer questions and came to our home to evaluate what we would need. His expertise was certainly appreciated. We now have a home theater that looks and sounds awesome! Thank you Adam!
