We had been toying around with putting in a home theater in our basement. We already had the wiring to do it and figured we could do it on our own but once we started looking at equipment it was a little overwhelming. So we met with a consultant from Best Buy and he walked us through all of the options from the low end on up to the high. Definitely worth having them come out!

I needed help with a few big purchases since I just closed on a new home. Tim approached me and asked if I needed any assistance and the rest is history. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and listened. I ended up buying a fridge, washer, dryer, and 65 in tv. I highly recommend him.

Zack Goering was incredibly patient and helpful. He made excellent and thoughtful recommendations. He met us in the store the next day to ensure that we found the items we needed. Ivan at Best Buy was very accommodating and professional. However, the date my dishwasher was scheduled for installation I waited as scheduled and nobody called or came as I was told. I rescheduled myself and asked why it wasn’t installed as originally scheduled and they couldn’t give me a reason. I’m very satisfied with my Kitchenaid dishwasher choice.

The home expert program is great and should be continued. I needed to replace all the appliances in my home and having a single point of contact, who knew everything and handled all the details made my life easy. Garson B based in North Charleston did an amazing job.

Trey was very helpful and had good recommendations. I had anticipated that replacing an 11-year old flatscreen television would be more involved than just getting a new one and Trey patiently told me why the other upgrades were necessary as well. In the end I spent a bit more than I anticipated but am confident this system will last for many years.

Brian D. helped me purchase my new TV, coming into my home to make sure the larger screen would fit above my fireplace. He ordered it for me, I paid for it here, and I never needed to go to the Best Buy store. He was very professional and told me I could call him with any concerns and questions...which I have. I like the free in home consultation.

Was adding tv and relocating others. Ambrose did I great job of quoting exactly what I was looking for along with suggesting specific pieces of equipment. Followed up with me thru installation…..excellent job.

Our consultant Elvis was very knowledgeable and set-up our system very quickly. Our installers were very professional and helpful. They cleaned up after and took away all the garbage.

I needed a lot of coaching as I am not technically savvy. The two guys from the Best Buy Consultation Team who came to help were very patient and answered every miniscule question I had.

My wife and I have been very pleased being Total Tech clients. The Geek Squad teams that we have worked with at our new home in Pittsburgh (Garlen, Sean) and our condo in Naples (James, Ramon) have been great. They are very knowledgeable and the installations have been professional and neat.

In home visit with Eddie went well. But, due to no fault of Eddie, things went downhill. Lots of problems with scheduling. Things were lost, things were cancelled. Eddie seemed to do his best to correct the problems, but there were a lot of people involved and I am not sure who was responsible for all of the problems. Purchased frig, dishwasher, range hood and stove. I have installation problems with all. Someone is scheduled to come Monday to correct. We will see if this happens or not.

Christina and the team were great to work with. We are in the process of a full kitchen remodel and have experienced several delays in getting appliances with other retailers. The team was able to think outside the box to help us complete our kitchen remodel in a timely manner. Thank you!!!

They came out to install my mesh system & hook up my cloud device. The tech that came out informed me he was more home theater than networking so after he made sure my mesh system was good, he rescheduled tje networking guys to come out and take care of everything else.

I was initially happy with my in-home consultation - my advisor came up with solutions for updating my tv, sonos and home wifi experience. Unfortunately, after I'd agreed to his proposal, I reviewed my receipt to confirm the items ordered and I noticed that he had ordered a replacement for an item I had approved, without letting me know. When I contacted him, he told me he had substituted it because it was a better product at a lower price (he still should have asked me before ordering it). I reviewed the receipt again and, actually, the price was the same as the initial item. I pointed this out again and he did lower the price (issue a refund), but only after a frustrating conversation about appropriate procedures and protocols. Following this conversation, the installers arrived and did a nice job. The morning of the installation I called my advisor to find out if he knew a smaller window for arrival. I also texted him. He responded to neither my call nor my text. In fact, once the installation was complete he never followed up with me at all, despite his claim that he would be my "one point of contact." Overall, though I was happy with the work done, I would be reluctant to use my consultant again due to his poor communication and follow-up skills.

I had looked at websites and in stores and had what I wanted narrowed down. My advisor did measurements and made sure I any accessories that we needed. She also helped me decide what accent paint colors will work with my appliances. She helped me set up installation and take away. She made the whole process a relaxing and fun experience.
