Very helpful. After consultation was able to place order and dishwasher arrived in a week. On line chat service was useless. Talking with someone on the was not helpful. Final went to Colma store that was being remodeled and learned about the consultation service

Blake was prompt and professional. He was able to put together exactly what we would need for our home theater simply by walking into the room. Blake immediately drafted up a proposal following his concise visit. Given his 12 years of experience, I would highly recommend Blake and his expertise.

I went to store with issue on my desk top and made an appointment. Associate set it up to be at my convenience. Very courteous and accommodating. Returned two days later at designated time and associate greeted me immediately, took the computer to the repair room and in a mater of minutes had my issue resolved.

My in home consultant Jonathan was fantastic. He measure the area for the products we intended to buy. Gave us recommendations on models based on our requirements, and even guided us to the stores locally that had the products on the floor. Once we made our decision, we called Jonathan back, and ordered the Refrigerator right on the phone with him. It was a simple, no hassel experience.

We needed to have our home theatre replaced. The Geek Squad cam and and not only replaced our home theatre system they got us hooked up with wireless speakers, allowed us to play our phonograph(yes, we still have vinyl)--all on the same system. Reprogrammed our remote and even got us hooked up to Alexa(which they taught us hoe to call "computer").

I purchased a new smart TV and sound bar for wall mount. This was beyond my technical skills. From advice on what to purchase from Steve Kimak to previsit from Todd to confirm size and recommend Verizon equipment to actual install by Doug, the process was seamless. Only hitch was back order of some of the equipment during pandemic.

Kayla came to my house to take a look at my situation, living in a river valley, wanting to stream, needing new tv etc... Let me just say that she was Fantastic!! I was immediately secure in her knowledge and professionalism plus she was just really kind. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and couldn’t be happy with the end result. Anthony came to our house and did an assessment of our needs to set up an outdoor projection system, including upgrading our wi-fi, selecting the projector, the screen, streaming device and speakers. He answered our questions and recommended a system that works great. He was accessible, responsive and professional throughout. It was a tremendous help to us and we would do it again without hesitation.

I'd like to thank Mikie Linyard for diagnosing a TV reception problem related to wifi in my home & coming up with a solution that solved the issue. He was very professional, courteous and is a outstanding representative of the Best Buy team.

They came out to install my mesh system & hook up my cloud device. The tech that came out informed me he was more home theater than networking so after he made sure my mesh system was good, he rescheduled tje networking guys to come out and take care of everything else.

Jeff, Chris and a trainee were all great. Jeff was careful to explain everything to us as they went along, and at the end he was excellent at showing us how to use the remotes and to make everything work as we wanted it to. We would definitely recommend their services with no hesitation.

We needed help with putting our TV over the Fire place and hooking up to existing speaker system, plus improving our network coverage throughout the home. Nishant came over and put together a package that did it all. We did make a change later in the process but he worked with us and everything ended up great. Very happy with the results.

I needed help with my brand new refrigerator. The Samsung refrigerator was delivered on Friday. Then by Monday afternoon water dispenser had quite working. Rainer and Andrew came and checked it out. Oder the part came back with a new part and fixed it.

I really enjoyed the in-home consultation for the purchase of my surround sound system. Jay made sure that he included everything necessary in my proposal / installation. I did not have to be the subject matter expert.

Mayela Perez, is wonderful and she has been taking care of all of my electronic needs for nine years. I just had Sonos system and port and sound bar and outside speakers added to my system and it is awesome and the work was professional and timely.

Despite having a 100Mbps internet plan the signal across the house was not good, with some rooms not getting good enough signal even to stream Netflix. The in-house consultant suggested replacing the router with a Google WiFi Mesh ... problem solved! Now we can get signal at high quality everywhere. The consultant provided several options with different price ranges and features.

My advisor was excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly and patient. All of his suggestions are working out. I will be going back for more suggestions/products. I recognized our consultant from going into the same store for many years. I am happy to see the same faces at a retail store and then knowing they also support the community with good consulting. I love Best Buy.
