The home expert was able to get our surround system working. Our sound bar did not work after turning the tv off. We called twice & hung up on both times. No one ever called us back. I do want to add that our original installer returned my phone call the following week after leaving him a message. My husband & I had already sat down for hours to figure this problem out and surprisinly, we did fix it.

The Home Consultation was as promised. My plans for my home were listened to and my home was checked out in order to recommend the best options. The consultent was very efficient and easy to understand. She was able to provide me with the best options in less than 24 hours, via an e-mail. Prices were also provided for the equipment and installation. I would highly recommend the In-Home Consultation.

Due to a house fire, we purchased a whole house worth of appliances, electronics, furniture, TVs, etc...and we could not of done it with out the expertise, knowledge, support, and professionalism of our consultant Craig Pellegrini. He is by far the best of the best!

Joshua was really helpful in finding the right product for my family and the contractor who handled the installation was cordial and knowledgeable on how to install my product. He was quick and efficient in the installation process.

Super convenient. We wanted help installing a TV mount over a fireplace and wanted to be sure wiring etc was going to work. Everything got measured, looked at ambient and outside light influences, viewing angles etc and we agreed a TV, sound system, and mount from my own house - with Best Buy completing all the installation. Highly recommend

Our Home Expert was very personable and helpful. She insured that the new Bosch dishwasher we wanted would fit, and served our needs. I was happy it was included in our Total Tech contract.

We needed help. Positioning a 55” TV in a renovated bathroom with high angled ceilings in a corner. Austin, the Best Buy tech came out and measured and suggested the space. Fit perfect! No charge.

We had had someone come last year just before the pandemic and thought he was terrific but then the quarantine started and we couldn’t have the installation. We requested the same person, Wasif, and he was just as knowledgeable and helpful as we remembered. We bought everything he recommended as he thought of every detail.

My consultant was on time for the appointment. He listened to my needs and measured my space. He offered products that would work & offered to shop with me. He answered my text messages when I had questions and saved me many trips to the store. Highly recommend the service. I have never bought appliances from Best Buy and this experience will bring me back. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

The in home consultation was extremely easy and valuable. I was interested in 2 new tvs including one home theater setup. I had done a fair bit of research ahead of time, and was very impressed with the consultants knowledge and suggestions. They listened to exactly what I wanted and offered solutions that fit my price range. I highly recommend this service.

this is probably the best idea best buy has had. and it's free. chris was the in home consultant who came to my home. he has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. he answered every question and made me certain about buying a refrigerator. i had actually been holding off the purchase for months as there were many questions i had, ie the water hook up, etc. make use of this service.

Fernando was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us excellent suggestions, which we will follow up on. Natalia at the Chelsea store was great to deal with. She was very pleasant and obliging. She answered our many questions and went out of her way to facilitate setting up the consultation. Based on my experience with Fernando and Natalia, I will recommend Best Buy.

Ashley really helped with fitting my new appliances together and the Ring doorbell I bought. When I texted her she got back to me promptly . She was a huge help for me.

We needed a new oven and range hood. Our consultant, Fernando, was very helpful with everything from placing the order, scheduling the installation and answering all our questions.

I have done business with Best Buy for many years. Every consult has been just what I needed and no overselling. Jim was courteous and recommended what I needed. The installers were courteous and new what they were doing. Jim sent me over to Tampa to their showcase room for higher end systems. Didn't realize you had these capabilities. Thanks for the service. Very capable. Set up all the wifi options, connected my older TV, 1970's turntable and speakers to the new receiver. Gave me instruction. Works perfectly. Very happy!

The Consultant was awesome and we love our new TV. The Consultant also helped with the installation debacle. No one else at Best Buy helped when the installation didn’t happen on the scheduled day nor were we contacted. I reached out to the Consultant and he resolved the major problem. Without his help we would of cancelled the purchase.

We needed help with a church wi-if network. Best Buy sent 2 professionals who talked with me about our needs. They listened very carefully. They felt the product I initially wanted was not sufficient for our needs. We could not afford their recommendations. They were courteous, professional, and informative. Everyone was Covid conscious.

I actually had two In-Home consultations for a security System. The first one was not good. The consultant never got back to us and didn't provide very reliable solutions. The second consultation was much, much better. That individual actually listened to our security needs and made recommendations based on that information.
