We wanted to have our new TV mounted on brick wall and setup ans screen and projector system. The consultant and the designer were both great and knowledgeable and helpful. They went back and schedule for the final work very promptly. They gave very good advice on the projector systems that were very helpful in our decision process to buy one.

Brandon was terrific to deal with. Worked through all of our questions and we were able to develop a working draft of options that we will work with him on in the next two weeks. Very pleased that we took the opportunity to do the consultation and equally pleased that Brandon was our consultant. Thank you!!

Due to a house fire, we purchased a whole house worth of appliances, electronics, furniture, TVs, etc...and we could not of done it with out the expertise, knowledge, support, and professionalism of our consultant Craig Pellegrini. He is by far the best of the best!

Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the refrigerator just before we were quarantined for the COVID-19 pandemic. It was to be delivered on April 1st. Anna went into detail explaining why they could deliver the refrigerator, but couldn't install it until everyone could be kept safe. I sincerely appreciate the care and concern shown by Anna and Best Buy.

Bryan helped us a great deal when we purchased our new tv and refrigerator! I called him a few weeks later and he made arrangements to buy and deliver another tv!! So professional.

We reviewed options for modifying cabinets to replace an older drop in range with a free standing or slide in model. We discussed converting from electric to gas or dual fuel and code requirements. Also reviewed options for a range hood. Rob was insightful and knowledgeable. Jeff at the store was also very helpful. We purchased an LG LSE4613BD at a very good sale price.

I needed help deciding on a new tv. Consultation scheduled for three weeks after my request. I did online research and had made a decision on what to buy before the consult. I purchased the TV from Best Buy and had it all set up and running weeks before the consult. Consult was good because it basically backed up my decision.

We had a new tv and sound bar installed by Jose and Jacob who were courteous and careful and did a great job. They explained how to operate system.

I needed help planning my video and audio for my new home and Destinee was great!! She was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of these areas including home security systems. it was wonderful to work with her.

Soooo having cool things is great. Having somebody who actually knows everything about cool things is even better. Do yourself a favor, do a consultation with Julian, he knows his stuff, and is the best thing Best Buy has going for it.

Shane was very helpful in determining not only our television needs but also sound system needs. He was very knowledgeable and took our wants into consideration when suggesting solutions. Also was very personable and not pushy.

Had a very tight space to have a stacked washer/dryer unit installed. After looking the area over Michael assured us Best Buy installers would be able to handle it - and they did! Very pleased with the consultation and the installation.

Our Best Buy Consultation was very helpful when moving into our new home. We were able to ask lots of questions from appliances, to TV, to Internet. The only thing is that when you agree to purchase, the process moves so quickly you don't have time to do research on the products you are buying. We ended up buying a very high end TV and soundbar, come to find out there is an audio delay that had I done the research, I would have found. I may not have purchased that brand of TV as a result.

I had no idea where to start so when I was in the store Best Buy recommend to bring someone out to the house. My advisor had a blank room the was unwished so I told him what I want and a price range and he made it happen. The room is not finished yet bet we’re excited to see the finished result. We learned so much with the in home consultation and at the in store consultation.

We were moving to a new home in a new city, and we needed lots of help in choosing various tech items. Austin Eads was great to work with. He was very good at explaining things, answering our questions, and offering options and recommendations.

Service was good and ended up with quality products and installation. Price for the installation was a little more than you would expect and consultation was only based on conversation.

Hands down the best service I could ever ask for. We manage close to 1000 homes as well as remodel hundreds a year. and John has been there at any and every time that I’ve needed him with white glove service. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

Jeff, Chris and a trainee were all great. Jeff was careful to explain everything to us as they went along, and at the end he was excellent at showing us how to use the remotes and to make everything work as we wanted it to. We would definitely recommend their services with no hesitation.

Blake was prompt and professional. He was able to put together exactly what we would need for our home theater simply by walking into the room. Blake immediately drafted up a proposal following his concise visit. Given his 12 years of experience, I would highly recommend Blake and his expertise.
