Tim is a knowledgable quality professional. He knows the products and can explain in details, that you will understand, about the equipment you want. Very important is that he follows up quickly and will have an action plan if you need follow-up attention! He will see your project through to completion.

Advice was helptul, but too few alternatives were discussed before narrowing down selections. And models were not explained enough, causing confusion over what was ordered and what was delivered. Questions I posed after the visit were eventually answered, but it sometimes took back and forth to understand each other, time that could have been avoided with more explanation during the visit. In the end, I'm very happy with the purchases

We needed help figuring out if a new larger dryer would fit in our space. Originally our appointment was made in the store about a week away. Another consultant heard this and called the consultant that covered our area and he was able to come the next day.

i was hesitant on what the in home consultant was explaining to me because i thought my router was fine. little did i know that the router was not providing what i needed and Caleb and i reviewed products that would help tremendously. i was not interested in spending money but i am so glad i did. his recommendations were great and no more complaining about the wifi in my house. and the consultation was free.

Because of space concerns, we had the consultation with both our refrigerator and washer/dryer purchases. In both cases, we were able to erase any anxiety of space issues and accessibility upon delivery. Well worth the time! We picked out what we wanted in the store, and after our in home consultation, the consultant could quickly place the order.

I went to store with issue on my desk top and made an appointment. Associate set it up to be at my convenience. Very courteous and accommodating. Returned two days later at designated time and associate greeted me immediately, took the computer to the repair room and in a mater of minutes had my issue resolved.

Our initial and subsequent meeting with the in home consultant proved to be very helpful in selecting the products we needed. Being senior citizens, the tech world is baffling to put it mildly. Sam walked us thru the product selection of a modem, router, security camera system, and blue tooth adapter device for our "old world" stereo speaker system.
