In this day and age were there is so few "old fashion" just I am here to help Chris came through with helping us with everything. Given the job shortage he did not take his job for granted as some techs can as they know you don't have anybody else. He was a professional.

We needed help with a new TV, remote, receiver & subwoofer. Andy is ALWAYS fantastic to work with: very knowledgeable about products, services, so very patient & pleasant to work with and goes above & beyond for his customers

The most helpful part of the visit was the discovery that the WiFi was running much slower than it should have been. After a call to the isp, we were able to fix that. Beyond that, we got ideas about soundbars and TVs from which we might choose. AV receivers and speakers were also a part of our discussion. We feel like we have choices that we can explore and build a system we will enjoy.

Elvis assisted previously when we purchase 3 TV’s for our home. Based on his excellent professionalism and knowledge we contacted him again to purchase appliances for our kitchen. He is easy to work with and very attentive. We highly recommend working with Elvis.

Brandon remains responsive and offers a number of options to address our audio-visual needs. He returned and replaced items that I needed to be exchanged without hesitation. I would recommend him without reservation for any Best Buy project!

The Geek Squad came out to my home to install surround sound system and upgrade my internet modem. They were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and installation was very quick. They left everything like how they found it, not mess left behind. They took the time to show my how to operate the system. Very satisfied with this service. Will use them again for any future needs.

I moved and wanted a smart home exactly like my old home. But on the advice of my advisor was able to get my smart home even better. Plus the advise she had for my home network was great. Doing it all from home was an amazing experience. Making my decisions with help and no pressure made me feel like I made the right decisions. No returns needed, which is my normal routine.

So helpful to have a consultant provide recommendations based on our kitchen layout. Billy was professional and helpful in helping us make the right choice for our appliances.

We needed help getting new equipment bought and installed in a new house, and Alex did a great job of leading the effort. He helped with recommendations on what to buy, and managed the installation.

Our consultant Jack was very helpful in working with us to design solutions for our home, Jacob and the installation team were prompt, very mindful, and accommodating of our desires and concerns. We are very happy with the service and experience.

The home expert was able to get our surround system working. Our sound bar did not work after turning the tv off. We called twice & hung up on both times. No one ever called us back. I do want to add that our original installer returned my phone call the following week after leaving him a message. My husband & I had already sat down for hours to figure this problem out and surprisinly, we did fix it.

We needed a consultation on our home appliances. Our consultant was very informative and helped us find the appliances that met our needs. He wasn’t pushy and was patient while we made decisions. Then we started talking about a new laptop and he helped with that also and is going to let us know when it goes on sale before we buy.

We had an idea of what we wanted, but having a knowledge person to guide us was invaluable. Electronics change so much that having an honest assessment of our wants and needs helped us decide on what we ended up purchasing.

This is a review of the home consultation for the best place to get the best reception for my WiFi router. I had the impression when I made the appointment was for a phone consultation and not a home visit. I received a call from one of Best Buy professionals and was told that he was in the area. Even though I didn't allow for home visit due to the covid-19. I received great advice where and how to relocate my router over the phone. Thank!

I purchased a new smart TV and sound bar for wall mount. This was beyond my technical skills. From advice on what to purchase from Steve Kimak to previsit from Todd to confirm size and recommend Verizon equipment to actual install by Doug, the process was seamless. Only hitch was back order of some of the equipment during pandemic.
