I needed to update my dryer and was confused as to which one would better match my washing machine. Ashley listened to what I needed and wanted and gave me several suggestions. She made the process of deciding which appliance better suited my needs. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was easy to talk to and extremely polite and professional

I was so excited to meet Adam and have him assist us with our home consultation. His recommendations, suggestions and knowledge helped us to get exactly what we wanted for our home— new televisions, sound bar, router/modem and more. I highly recommend Adam and this Best Buy service.

Requested an in-home consultation on setting up a security system and WIFI network. Representative was sent a proposal from another service provider and gave prompt and honest feedback on what Best Buy could do (price match, service quality, timing). Ultimately used that other provider but I appreciated the straight and upfront response. I will definitely consult Best Buy again.

Ring door bell and camera system requested especially while we are absent during the winter and we had no idea what the options were. Luc did and excellent job giving us pros and cons for a system

We bought all new kitchen appliances and needed some TV advice and installations. It was a huge job and somewhat difficult due to some cabinet sizes. The Best Buy advisors did a really great job of figuring out what would work and installing these items. We are very great full for their good work and availability when needed. An overall enjoyable experience.

Shane was very helpful in determining not only our television needs but also sound system needs. He was very knowledgeable and took our wants into consideration when suggesting solutions. Also was very personable and not pushy.

I admit I was a little skeptical going into this, figured Best Buy would be an order taker type of operation. I was very impressed with my sales person Ryan, he was very knowledgeable and created a unique set up for me. I also appreciated them letting me do this in phases. I was able to get my original installer for phase 2 and it turned out great. Loving college football on new big screen TV!

Hunter had so much good advice; He was able to integrate my ideas into a plan that produced a top notch Home Theater experience. I am so glad I took the time to have a Home Consultation. It kept me from making a number of mistakes. He had experience in the design process that was invaluable and helped me save money while getting incredible sound and video. I was very pleased.

We needed help with appliances and audio equipment. Jacob came to our house and gave us great recommendations. We ordered new appliances and Sonos equipment during the visit. Very convenient. Delivery and installation were also smooth. Highly recommend!

Staff at Best Buy were very friendly, flexible and helpful. After learning my circumstances, they quickly arranged a home consultation with Michael. Michael is very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He is super efficient and gives good suggestions. I wouldn’t hesitate to take any of his suggestions, and recommend him to others.

This was the second time in 9 years that Best Buy has done consultations at my home. Both times they provided excellent services. They were both knowledgeable, COVID 19 safety conscious and polite. The best part was they were available to answer questions about installing and set up the following day when called. Thanks so much.

I wanted to cable and go with streaming. Your representative set up my technical equipment and TV's to all talk as one. He was informative, excellent communicator and professional.

Experts were on time, in fact...early. Called in AM to make sure we would be available. Helped greatly with adding Sonos app to I-Phone, and were patient through the process. They expected a return visit, and instead were completed with the entire installation within 2 hours. Highly recommend this service and these experts!

Our advisor was fantastic. He took the time to survey the key issues and helped explain why we’re having the intermittent internet issues. In addition, he helped us reprogram existing network adaptors that we previously purchased in order to maximize our coverage area. Thank you for your expertise and guidance!

My consultant Ben Abert was EXTREMLY helpful & knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. I felt he bent over backwards to help me in getting what I wanted. I also was left with a feeling of him having my back in the future.. It doesn't get better than Ben !!

It took some iterations and reviews, but most of the choices we made with the In-home consultant and at the Pacific Home in-store advisor were exactly what we were looking for. When an updated option became available we reviewed the cost vs the features and adjusted accordingly.

Was adding tv and relocating others. Ambrose did I great job of quoting exactly what I was looking for along with suggesting specific pieces of equipment. Followed up with me thru installation…..excellent job.

We needed an update to our network router. Our consultant was on time and finished his work in a timely manner. He was proficient and courteous. Our new router improved our network and now we don't experience pauses during our streaming and our security camera system works with our phones.

Carmine was outstanding. He possesses a tremendous amount of knowledge and pairs it with a positive, customer focused personality. We will definitely seek his advice in the future!
