    Michael was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with us when he explained what we had and how it could work with new tech. As a senior, tech education is really appreciated. We were able to use most of our old tech and only needed a couple things to link the new tech. Thanks Michael!

    Our home theater amplifier was having audio issue. The tech, Kelsey, examined the unit and showed us options to upgrade the system and cure the problem! It just gets better = he researched online replacement unit, we purchased it and he scheduled for installation that week!

    With the help of Joshua Shears we were able to get Bowers Wilkins ceiling speakers installed. It was excellent working working with Joshua Shears as part of this project.

    They were nice and knew most of what they were doing but did not notice I had all of the extended wires. Luckily I can return them but I have to make a special trip. Also, I thought they would be involved in the installation and when they were not, it was left to me to detail to the installers who were not briefed on what was going on. I thought that could have been handled better. Also, as an upsell, they never asked me about updating my computer? The computer tech who came out informed me my computer will need to be rebuilt or replaced by 10/2025, your guy didn't even ask to look?

    Did a great job of helping me decide which (2) LG 's to buy. Helped me with size and models. We live in Indigo East and explained the different types of TV service we can get here. I have confidence in all his recommendations. Thanks Jacob

    Dave Rose helped us immensely! We can't recommend him enough. He was patient in and explained not only the features of the television, but visited our home twice, once before the purchase to scope out what was suitable, and after the purchase to demonstrate the features of the "smart tv."

    We bought a 65" TV. The salesperson Adam described different models in a thorough and professional manner. He set up the delivery and installation, no glitches. The technician (Ernest) arrived on time and installed the TV and soundbar. He was courteous and professional.

    Tyler Heelan sets the gold standard for customer care. I experienced some hiccups along the way on the installation side of things, which frustrated immensely; Tyler's care and understanding was greatly appreciated. Once we finally navigated through the hiccups, everything pretty much went smoothly. Kudos to not only Tyler, but the install team as well!

    Updated equipment from current cable/internet provider for a streaming only service. Reduced overall costs by eliminating cable tv and phone landline package. Improved internet connections throughout the house.

    The two techs that installed our 2 TVs; moved 1; and set up all of the needed APPs and streaming sites were great! They explained things and offered a few suggestions to make our life easier and things better understood

    As a builder, I often need full appliance packages and details on the latest and greatest. Tracy Agboke is my go to rep and she is amazing! Highly recommend asking for her when visiting the Richmond location.

    My In-Home Consultation resulted in orders of a Samsung Harmon-Kardon 3.1 Sound bar, Two Yale automated door locks, Honeywell thermometer, and Amazon's Echo Home 8. The Echo Home 8 is successfully interfacing the my Ring Doorbell and Security Systems as well as the Yale door locks and the Honeywell thermometer, Between purchase and installation, two credits were granted when as I discovered better prices in a Best Buy store. Really? The problems I encountered related to the installation process. The sound bar was installed properly and operates without issues as was the Echo Home 8. The thermometer was not sized properly and the software install missed a key step that required a re-install by my air conditioning contractor. The door locks notwithstanding assurances require two different back up keys. Finally, the endcap of my floor board was broken during the installation process. The fixes will cost less than $100.00 Overall, I am satisfied with the products I have. The small hole in the wall and the floorboard can be fixed for less than $100.00. I was less than satisfied with the response to my issues from Best Buy In Home Consultation Group who constantly reassured me, but then did nothing. The Consultant assigned to me was responsive, particularly on the price match credits. I recommend In Home Consultation with the caveat that you need to keep on top of your orders for price matches and the installation.

    Santiago reviewed my request. Suggested a solution. Advised on the purchase, followed up on the purchase and then assisted in setting up my SONOS system AFTER the SONOS rep was unable to do so. Santiago is a SUPERB ASSET to BEST BUY and should be rewarded for his professional demeanor, attendance to customer requirements and helpful solution to complex systems & problems.

    We were having difficulty with in home Wifi signal strength. After purchasing the eero Pro 6E, and having it instlled by a mmeber of the BestBuy Geek Squad, all is working great now and Wifi signal hac been greatly enhanced.

    We needed to have our home theatre replaced. The Geek Squad cam and and not only replaced our home theatre system they got us hooked up with wireless speakers, allowed us to play our phonograph(yes, we still have vinyl)--all on the same system. Reprogrammed our remote and even got us hooked up to Alexa(which they taught us hoe to call "computer").

    We needed help with putting our TV over the Fire place and hooking up to existing speaker system, plus improving our network coverage throughout the home. Nishant came over and put together a package that did it all. We did make a change later in the process but he worked with us and everything ended up great. Very happy with the results.

    We had had someone come last year just before the pandemic and thought he was terrific but then the quarantine started and we couldn’t have the installation. We requested the same person, Wasif, and he was just as knowledgeable and helpful as we remembered. We bought everything he recommended as he thought of every detail.

    we had questions that needed to be answered and we made an appointment with Joshua. He was extremely helpful by making my wife comfortable with making decisions. He recommended all the stuff we needed in addition to the tv and sound bar.
