We needed help with stereo sound from TV, along with WiFi connectivity. The consultant listened to what I needed and then offered a possible solution. I made selections based on her advice and the order was placed. After installation the WiFi lost connectivity so I called consultant. She had nothing to offer and told me to call geek squad. I had already don’t that and had an appt. they came and fixed the problem. Agent Andrew was great! We also have a delay in audio from TV to sound bar, he could not fix that issue but did try even though he is not trained for that, least he offered help, even helped me to connect ring doorbell, great experience. Consultant called to check on service and when I told her I still had audio delay her exact response, “adjust to it or try other equipment, it will probably still be there. I was totally upset and told her I did not make that big purchase to ha e so Etching that did not exist and would not accept. She said just try or schedule to return equipment for something g else, even suggested using TV speaker. I found this insane to be coming from person assigned to solve my problem. Thank you!

We needed help in measuring and choosing a dishwasher and microwave that would fit. Our consultant was super helpful and we ordered and received both items. I definitely recommend this service !

We needed help installing a Sonos system for music at the house and home theater. The recommended equipment worked out well and we had it ordered and installed quickly.

Tech measured for a wall oven I ordered, He thought there might be some cabinet modifications necessary but that the installers could handle that, Installers came and installed the oven without any modification to our cabinets. They did add some small pieces of wood that they provided at no charge to ensure there was no gap around the oven. Great oven, great consult, and a great install. Thanks Best Buy!

tom, our Best Buy In-House consultant, came and provided great advice/recommendations for us to address our network issues in a four story home. We purchased the Orbi network system and it works great. He also provided input in terms of recommended products for us cutting the chord, we no longer have cable TV and am very happy/satisfied. this Best Buy service was well worth the wait, happy customers!

Rodney did a great job helping us buy our dishwasher. He was persistent in asking the people who schedule the installations when we could get ours done. He gave us his cell phone number and answered it. He explained our options clearly. I can't think of how this purchase could have gone better.

My consultant Ben Abert was EXTREMLY helpful & knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. I felt he bent over backwards to help me in getting what I wanted. I also was left with a feeling of him having my back in the future.. It doesn't get better than Ben !!

We liked the advisor's suggestions, but it was a bit pricey, but we still went with it. Unfortunately, he missed the fact that our router had a phone line for Comcast, so he sold us the wrong router. So when the installer came out, he was not able to install the router because of the error. He had to return the first one and purchase another one, which added on another $150.00. All in, we were out about $1000 to get wifi throughout the house, which we felt was very pricey.

Super convenient. We wanted help installing a TV mount over a fireplace and wanted to be sure wiring etc was going to work. Everything got measured, looked at ambient and outside light influences, viewing angles etc and we agreed a TV, sound system, and mount from my own house - with Best Buy completing all the installation. Highly recommend

I received expert help at Hartsdale Best Buy while shopping for a new TV. Although I had done my own research I was impressed with the salesman Carl’s expertise on each brand in the Magnolia section of the store. His demeanor as well his ability to explain details thoroughly was the I reason why I made my purchase.

Appreciate all the services coming along with the total tech membership. There are excellent savings if you are buying appliances and other home needs together. The home consultation is very helpful to understand and customize our ideas.

I actually had two In-Home consultations for a security System. The first one was not good. The consultant never got back to us and didn't provide very reliable solutions. The second consultation was much, much better. That individual actually listened to our security needs and made recommendations based on that information.

We ordered a cook top that didn't fit in the existing counter hole when delivered, and weren't able to get our questions answered at our store. Jason Arauco was very helpful in researching a new brand that fit with little modification, and we're very happy with his advice.

The two installers did a thorough job of moving and setting up our 3 TVs. Most importantly they were able yo show me how to operate which remotes to operate which systems. I certainly would not been able todo this on my own.

My in home consultant Jonathan was fantastic. He measure the area for the products we intended to buy. Gave us recommendations on models based on our requirements, and even guided us to the stores locally that had the products on the floor. Once we made our decision, we called Jonathan back, and ordered the Refrigerator right on the phone with him. It was a simple, no hassel experience.

We bought a lot of stufff. We are setting up a home theater with Denon receiver, our own speakers for the bookshelf, turntable, cd player, dvd player and we bought a Polk center speaker. An installation crew came today (as per our appiontment) and was not able to complete the Installation. Imagine our disappointment when they had no speaker wire available to install the audio portion. Could have been better.
