Brandon remains responsive and offers a number of options to address our audio-visual needs. He returned and replaced items that I needed to be exchanged without hesitation. I would recommend him without reservation for any Best Buy project!

Hallie was wonderful. She listened to our concerns and gave great insight and guidance on picking products and installation. Hallie was very personable, thoughtful of our budget, and knowledgeable of the products to help us make the right choices for our home. She was just awesome!

Overall the installation was great, team was professional and walked me through all steps as they were setting everything up. Consultation was also good, but unfortunately the information that was provided on the billing was not correct. I reached out multiple times with no response from individual who did the consultation, very disappointed in this aspect of the project.

Aris was patient and thorough. He made sure I could operate the product and even took a phone call a couple of days later to talk me through a problem.

We need help with a home theater and TVs. Johnathan Taylor was very helpful, and we were so glad to have a single person to ask question, every time he is happy to help us.

Erin was not your typical salesmen. I never felt pressured or forced to buy. He showed us a few options and assured me i was making the right decision on what i wanted. He figured out each and every option on how i could finance with alot of patience and was always so polite. He was a pleasure to meet and would recommend best buy with their in home consultation.

Needed help with set up on tv and receiver as we were having trouble with some of it. The tech answered all our questions and made changes to both tv and receiver so that we could get the best of both. He patiently made sure before he left that we understood how to operate both so we could get the most out of our new equipment.

We needed help with selecting/buying a receiver to work with our existing ceiling speakers. The Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He advised us which receiver to purchase. Subsequently, we purchased the receiver, had it installed and we're enjoying the sound!!

We were moving our church offices to a different building on campus, and had several things to consider to upgrade computers and connections. We had to order items as funds were raised, and so their were several different purchases. Angela was super-helpful, made great suggestions, and followed through with us on our all our purchases.

The gentleman who visited my home was knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions and helping me think through my options. I’ve told so many people about this great (and free!) Surpassed my expectations! Chris' knowledge, advice, and recommendations were very helpful in determining the course of action for our home remodel. Completely changed my thoughts of what I was doing and will be a huge improvement in our home. The audio, video, and security combination will be better than I had envisioned.

Excellent in-home advisor and outstanding Geek Squad set-up of my new television and new audio system. The buying experience was made that much more enjoyable because of the care that the personnel extended to me on all occasions. I had little question that the television and receiver would please me, but with each viewing and listening moment, I am gratified that I made the purchase.

He had a great experience from the first visit with the home advisor until the last person left after our big project was completed. There was even a few items we decided during installation that we did not need at this time, and I was not pushed into keeping them. All of the guys were very respectful of my home, and were here all day long until the projeGreat experiencect was complete.

She provided me the everything what we would need to have our party. The installation also went perfect. One small thing which was missed was that the patio speakers would only run on zone 2 if they were connected to the tv, which we were not planning to connect. Good thing that the installation technician had a specific wire and got the job done and saved the day

My consultant took the time to understand my problem and what I was hoping to accomplished. He listened carefully and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He took his time, explained everything clearly and also followed up the next day to see if I had any questions.

I needed help planning my video and audio for my new home and Destinee was great!! She was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of these areas including home security systems. it was wonderful to work with her.
