We needed help in replacing our washer and dryer due to flood damage. Marco was able to find like product replacements and at a great sale price. Wife was very happy. Happy wife- happy life.

The Consultant was awesome and we love our new TV. The Consultant also helped with the installation debacle. No one else at Best Buy helped when the installation didn’t happen on the scheduled day nor were we contacted. I reached out to the Consultant and he resolved the major problem. Without his help we would of cancelled the purchase.

Philip has always been helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He is always willing to help or answer any questions and is a great asset to Best Buy.

The in home consultation was extremely easy and valuable. I was interested in 2 new tvs including one home theater setup. I had done a fair bit of research ahead of time, and was very impressed with the consultants knowledge and suggestions. They listened to exactly what I wanted and offered solutions that fit my price range. I highly recommend this service.

I was shopping for a new cooktop and Adrian came to my home to help me. He found a cooktop that I really like, took care of the purchase and also helped me with some security cameras. He is a great consultant and person!

We needed help with a church wi-if network. Best Buy sent 2 professionals who talked with me about our needs. They listened very carefully. They felt the product I initially wanted was not sufficient for our needs. We could not afford their recommendations. They were courteous, professional, and informative. Everyone was Covid conscious.

Kayla came to my house to take a look at my situation, living in a river valley, wanting to stream, needing new tv etc... Let me just say that she was Fantastic!! I was immediately secure in her knowledge and professionalism plus she was just really kind. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and couldn’t be happy with the end result. I signed on for everything she suggested. I’m happy with all of it!

Despite having a 100Mbps internet plan the signal across the house was not good, with some rooms not getting good enough signal even to stream Netflix. The in-house consultant suggested replacing the router with a Google WiFi Mesh ... problem solved! Now we can get signal at high quality everywhere. The consultant provided several options with different price ranges and features.

We just needed a quick replacement for a TV mounted in our guest room. We were expecting a visit over the weekend. Matt came to the rescue. We got our TV replaced inside of one hour. This was exceptional.

Anthony came to our house and did an assessment of our needs to set up an outdoor projection system, including upgrading our wi-fi, selecting the projector, the screen, streaming device and speakers. He answered our questions and recommended a system that works great. He was accessible, responsive and professional throughout. It was a tremendous help to us and we would do it again without hesitation.

Chance was good, very knowledgeable and called me back when I had an issue. My problem with the whole experience is that the home expert didn't confer with Geek Squad to determine what I needed. Thus, a GS e member showed up who could work with electricity, when I needed this expertise. I'm now hiring an electrician and I'm not happy about it.

Our Geek Squad representatives, Scott and DJ, definitely knew what they were doing while installing our T.V. and Ring system. They answered all our questions during and after the installation. Very professional individuals. We felt safe while they were here.
