The expert who came to my home was very good at analyzing my built in ceiling speakers and very helpful and patient in helping me understand what was needed. She was really helpful in arranging to have the same crew come back to my home each time for additional work. She was always helpful when I called back with questions.

We needed both a sound system and an internet signal upgrade. The consultant provided a variety of alternatives and made recommendations for our particular situation. We ordered the equipment and geek support and both our Sonus and Eero systems are working perfectly.

This was an excellent experience with Travis. He took time to hear my concerns around purchase, installation and the removal of old appliances. My kitchen is a condo style with limited space. Chance was good, very knowledgeable and called me back when I had an issue. My problem with the whole experience is that the home expert didn't confer with Geek Squad to determine what I needed. Thus, a GS e member showed up who could work with electricity, when I needed this expertise. I'm now hiring an electrician and I'm not happy about it.

Our experiences with other TV businesses have generally fallen short of expectations. Our Best Buy Advisor was knowledgeable, very patience with us as we chose the new TV. He walked us through several large TVs explaining differences until we settled on one. He far exceeded our expectations and we will continue to always go to Best Buy when we need replacements .

Kristian provided some great advice in helping us figure out the best solution for mounting our TV and the best connection options. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with - patiently answering all our questions.

Great guidance for updating our the home theater system. Excellent recommendations for television, receiver, power conditioner, harmony remote, and OTA antenna. We love the new theater system. Awesome picture and sound. The HEOS feature on the receiver allows us easily to play music on the back deck while someone is watching a movie in the living room.

Noe was awesome. While I didn't have an in-home consultation, he helped me with 2 issues with my purchase. After meeting with him, I was fully confident about my purchases. I would recommend him to anybody.

I scheduled the home consultation to discuss options for a new TV including sounder options, wall mount, installation, etc. Jacob listened to my concerns and questions and offered his suggestions. We agreed on a plan and I ordered the system. Very professional.

What a great experience. Rose was very pleasant, patient, and attentive. Even when needing to help multiple customers, she didn't make you feel abandoned. Absolutely no pressure but full of ideas and offers reminders about accessories you may need, again without any pressure. A very pleasant purchase.

The salesman came to the house to evaluate my plan to purchase a replacement KitchenAid wall oven. He reviewed the product and told me what needed to be done to make the installation. He was able to provide a lead to someone to make the necessary modifications to my cabinetry required for the new oven installation.
