Our Geek Squad representatives, Scott and DJ, definitely knew what they were doing while installing our T.V. and Ring system. They answered all our questions during and after the installation. Very professional individuals. We felt safe while they were here.

Overall the installation was great, team was professional and walked me through all steps as they were setting everything up. Consultation was also good, but unfortunately the information that was provided on the billing was not correct. I reached out multiple times with no response from individual who did the consultation, very disappointed in this aspect of the project.

We needed an update to our network router. Our consultant was on time and finished his work in a timely manner. He was proficient and courteous. Our new router improved our network and now we don't experience pauses during our streaming and our security camera system works with our phones.

Had sone anxiety about having to purchase a new refrigerator- we were fortunate enough to meet Perry who helpednus with the selection after listening to our needs and doing some research of the inventory- he helped make the process stress free

Savanna was my Best Buy consultant. Savanna knew her products and came well prepared for us to specify all the equipment I wanted to replace. I would rate her product knowledge as excellent and her customer service even higher!

We needed help with selecting/buying a receiver to work with our existing ceiling speakers. The Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He advised us which receiver to purchase. Subsequently, we purchased the receiver, had it installed and we're enjoying the sound!!

Fernando was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us excellent suggestions, which we will follow up on. Natalia at the Chelsea store was great to deal with. She was very pleasant and obliging. She answered our many questions and went out of her way to facilitate setting up the consultation. Based on my experience with Fernando and Natalia, I will recommend Best Buy.

I scheduled the home consultation to discuss options for a new TV including sounder options, wall mount, installation, etc. Jacob listened to my concerns and questions and offered his suggestions. We agreed on a plan and I ordered the system. Very professional.

I have done business with Best Buy for many years. Every consult has been just what I needed and no overselling. Jim was courteous and recommended what I needed. The installers were courteous and new what they were doing. Jim sent me over to Tampa to their showcase room for higher end systems. Didn't realize you had these capabilities. Thanks for the service. We were having a problem with the routers we had purchased last year from Best Buy and Dennison brought 2 that worked fir a while but we then kept getting cut off so Sam came out and made out and made a suggestion and 2 weeks later they were installed and all is well! Well contact Dan again soon as we're wanting a 65" Smart TV!

The Home Consultation was as promised. My plans for my home were listened to and my home was checked out in order to recommend the best options. The consultent was very efficient and easy to understand. She was able to provide me with the best options in less than 24 hours, via an e-mail. Prices were also provided for the equipment and installation. I would highly recommend the In-Home Consultation.

this is probably the best idea best buy has had. and it's free. chris was the in home consultant who came to my home. he has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. he answered every question and made me certain about buying a refrigerator. i had actually been holding off the purchase for months as there were many questions i had, ie the water hook up, etc. make use of this service.

We recently purchased a home in NC and needed help with weak internet service in parts of our home which we also use for business purposes. James reviewed our situation and made recommendations on solving the problem. He also gave us proposals on a few other IT upgrades for our new home. James was very knowledgeable and courteous.
