Wide range of considerations for setting up a new home and this was a life saving service for us. My stove was dead. Wasif and his associate came up, assessed my needs, recommended the perfect stove, filed all the necessary paperwork for delivery with our building staff, made sure the delivery was scheduled on time. In other words, everything done efficiently, and with patient kindness. Can't think of anything they could have done better. Bravo!

Shannon arrived on time, and was professional yet friendly. She didn't talk "over my head" and explained everything so I could understand her recommendations. Unfortunately, we've had to put our purchase on-hold due to financial limitations as a result of the coronavirus situation. We will revisit Shannon's suggestions after we return to "normal".

Alvin was an excellent sales agent making sure all my needs were met. He went above and beyond and I was able to purchase everything for my home that I didn’t know that Best Buy carried. Truly exceptional service all the way around.

The two installers did a thorough job of moving and setting up our 3 TVs. Most importantly they were able yo show me how to operate which remotes to operate which systems. I certainly would not been able todo this on my own.

Updated equipment from current cable/internet provider for a streaming only service. Reduced overall costs by eliminating cable tv and phone landline package. Improved internet connections throughout the house.

We added an extension on the house and wanted to install ceiling speakers for two rooms and outside patio. The consultant was very informative and friendly. We got a nice detail email of the equipment with cost and have already followed up on some items. The only thing that needed improvement was that the consult and follow up email was a bit too technical. Some alternatives with different price points would be helpful.

Extremely knowledgeable, a problem solver and friendly provided excellent recommendations and always available for questions. The Geek Squad team went the extra mile and stayed late to ensure a professionally finished install of 4 TV’s, game consoles, sound bars and hue lighting.
