Needed some tech advise and help to make switch from cable tv. E are very pleased with the whole process - the switch from cable tv went well. We are very happy with our new tech setup.

I needed a new TV. Ended up with a new sound bar and subwoofer. I've had a bumpy start, but the guys that come here are getting me straightened out. Everyone has been so patient. Once I get use to all this new stuff, I'll be alright. Then my next adventure.

Our advisor was fantastic. He took the time to survey the key issues and helped explain why we’re having the intermittent internet issues. In addition, he helped us reprogram existing network adaptors that we previously purchased in order to maximize our coverage area. Thank you for your expertise and guidance!

Took care to install using as little space accessories for a clean look. Will need to call him back for assistance in using new components since they don't come with much instructions. Highly recommended

I felt the recommendations given to my fiancé made sense. But when it came to the day of the installation, nothing made sense as what was discussed during the consultation. We wanted the TV mounted over the fire place. Because of the how deep the mount would be in, the mount provided didn't fit and it would be a doable installation, but if any upgrades ever came, it would be tough to bring down. Great installation and it still looks great where it's at. From I original plans, nothing stuck.

We needed help with home appliances. The expert was very helpful and was able to suggest the right appliances for our need. We had multiple consultation so it was good to work with single person though out the process.

Experts were on time, in fact...early. Called in AM to make sure we would be available. Helped greatly with adding Sonos app to I-Phone, and were patient through the process. They expected a return visit, and instead were completed with the entire installation within 2 hours. Highly recommend this service and these experts!

In the midst of a home remodel, and our consultant Eddie was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for our audio and tv setup in our newly remodeled home. Advised us on the advantages of wireless speakers and wired, to give us the best sound throughout. He even checked out a system for the hearing impaired, of which I am. Hats off to Eddie and Best buy for their help.

Easiest way to get your ideas understood and order what is needed. Build a relationship to make future orders and needs easier. After original Installation I just contacted my Bestbuy representative to arrange purchase and intall of Ring Doorbells. Im kinda hook on the simplicity of process now. Unless your a handy person and enjoy diy projects, review bestbuy programs for discount Installation and geek squad coverage. Just spend the extra $50-$100 and have it done for you the right way the first time..

This was the second time in 9 years that Best Buy has done consultations at my home. Both times they provided excellent services. They were both knowledgeable, COVID 19 safety conscious and polite. The best part was they were available to answer questions about installing and set up the following day when called. Thanks so much.

We bought a whole new system from Best Buy and Chase helped us with what we actually needed. We appreciated his input and it put at ease with the selection. We are not techy by any means and we trusted his input. Great guy?

I had just purchased a 75" TV and wanted a great sound system to enhance the viewing experience. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish, explained some products and made a recommendation.
