We wanted to purchase a new tv. Caroline walked us through what was available and how the new technology would work. She presented us with options. We couldn't be more pleased.

We purchased the proposed Sony OLED 65". We are Sony TV fans for the last 20 years. We started with a 46" Bravia then we purchased a Bravia XBR 52 inches with a complete home theatre system and now an 65" OLED Sony. We love the picture quality. However, our old Bravia XBR is good too, it has the depth, the 3D image and the quality. The OLED has vivid colors and depth. Love it!

Kyle has extensive product knowledge which makes him super great to work with, and he’s fun too! Honestly - Kyle’s knowledge was extremely helpful in making the purchase decision.

Surpassed my expectations! Chris' knowledge, advice, and recommendations were very helpful in determining the course of action for our home remodel. Completely changed my thoughts of what I was doing and will be a huge improvement in our home. The audio, video, and security combination will be better than I had envisioned.

Needed help with set up on tv and receiver as we were having trouble with some of it. The tech answered all our questions and made changes to both tv and receiver so that we could get the best of both. He patiently made sure before he left that we understood how to operate both so we could get the most out of our new equipment.

We had a Best Buy consultant visit concerning our interest in a Sony 55" OLED to replace our older 55" Samsung flat screen housed in a custom built cabinet on a wall bracket. We purchased the Sony through the consultant and arranged for Best Buy to deliver & install. One item overlooked was that our custom wall mount would not work with the TV we purchased … so now our new TV sits at the bottom of our custom cabinet, not centered as designed. A bit of a disappointment that no one brought up a need to find a new bracket.

We needed help buying a new oven and Kristen was so knowledgeable and helpful. She steered us in the right direction and now I’m the excited owner of an induction oven. Kristen was great! I highly recommend having Kristen in your corner when looking at appliances at Best Buy Iwilei.

Lou Loki did an outstanding job in advising on the technical aspects for our home tv and audio system. He is an expert technician and exceptionally good communicator. His intelligence, dedication and commitment were all above and beyond expectations. He is highly recommended.

When installer came w TV, oops - did not fit. Went back to store to get different kind of stand which we had to pay for. The way the legs fit is hard to determine exactly where they come out to sides of tv. Install went well. When we bought second TV we went ahead & purchased stand as did not want legs marring table where it would sit. Other than first glitch, home advisor was excellent, found the second TV and accessories as the model was going out of stock quickly. I would have him again.

We bought all new kitchen appliances and needed some TV advice and installations. It was a huge job and somewhat difficult due to some cabinet sizes. The Best Buy advisors did a really great job of figuring out what would work and installing these items. We are very great full for their good work and availability when needed. An overall enjoyable experience.

Justin Russell knew exactly what we needed and it has turned out amazing He had a team of Ezra and JaJa. They installed, mounted, synced and took all the trash off for 6 TVs (several with sound systems) I would highly recommend these folks and this company.

Best Buy made the job of replacing a range hood easy. From the selection of one that would fit in the space, to the installation. When there was a problem, Best Buy quickly resolved it. For some projects, it is nice to be able to connect with real people, not digital assistants....

We needed help measuring the opening and picking out the perfect dishwasher. Our consultant was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had our new dishwasher picked out and ordered in no time. Great service.

I needed a new microwave, and the manager at the Best Buy in Mountain View, Ca., John Regan, was nice enough to search for a mucrowave that would fit in my small space. Druve it to my house and install it.
