We were looking to get rid of satellite but unfortunately, we don't have any options living in the country. We thought we did, but he reassured us that we are stuck with DISH because antennae's will not work at our address. We can't stream because CenturyLink does NOT provide anything other than 2.5. Harsh reality! But he tried and was most helpful.

Our receiver quit working and we bought a new one with the help and expertise of Best Buy. They were so helpful and patient teaching us how to use it’s interaction to our theater system.

Jay has been a tremendous help in updating our entire home with up to date technology. His knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness made the project understandable and smooth. The entire Best Buy tech team have been a pleasure to work with.

Justin Russell knew exactly what we needed and it has turned out amazing He had a team of Ezra and JaJa. They installed, mounted, synced and took all the trash off for 6 TVs (several with sound systems) I would highly recommend these folks and this company.

Richard couldn't have been more helpful. We felt very supported and informed in making a decision about which TV to get. He made sure to answer every question we had and was helpful with our set up. We were very pleased with the service we got and feel that Richard is an invaluable asset to your store!!

I've been working only with Norma for over 10 years. We all have options to buy from online stores, but the availability to discuss product pluses and minuses and alternatives cannot be offered online. Norma I have found is the best at giving me ideas in an honest and concise manner.

Savanna was my Best Buy consultant. Savanna knew her products and came well prepared for us to specify all the equipment I wanted to replace. I would rate her product knowledge as excellent and her customer service even higher!

I purchased a laundry center…from the Orange, CA location. Ben is an exceptional service/sales consultant! When you’re in the Orange location, request his assistance! He’s excellent with his customer service, which is rare!

We had several consultations with our in home consultant, Andrew Carrier, who advised us on a major upgrade to our home TV and audio systems throughout the house. Andrew was very competent and patient answering all of our questions. When the Geek squad installed all of our new equipment, they arrived on time and were very professional. They did a wonderful job on a complex installment.

I was shopping for a new cooktop and Adrian came to my home to help me. He found a cooktop that I really like, took care of the purchase and also helped me with some security cameras. He is a great consultant and person!

We were wating to put up security cameras on our house. Lorenzo came and evaluated the property and made recommendations on what we might need. He was very thorough and professional.

We were very disappointed with the overall consultation. We were misinformed regarding the gas valve and that the new range would fit without a costly revamping of the inlet gas pipe. We would have moved in a different direction if we had been advised by a more knowledgeable consultant. Bryan was very pleasant and we had faith in his advise.

Clint came to my house as I was interested in surround sound and playing music throughout house. I knew about sound bars but didn't know much. Thought my only options were in ceiling speakers. He told me about different options aside from cutting into my ceiling and different features. Sent a write up with quote later same day. Was an awesome experience!

We were able to do even more than we hoped and stayed within budget. That included furnishing every room with a tv as well as a comprehensive security system. Best Buy offered great prices and magnolia made it very easy to get the project up and running. Kyle from magnolia Im looking at you! James Pacel is the best! He made upgrading our home technology as seamless as it could be, and he stuck with us every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend working with him.

Correction for the survey: I didn’t get anything from Best Buy service or product as of today. I have a tv that I purchased but it’s still due for the delivery. He is the one that assisted me at the store and he seems like a pro and loves what he’s been doing.

The consultant was asked to coordinate Directv, Bose and Apple remotes as they were receiving conflicting messages and made viewing anything impossible. He was patient and listened to my trouble-shooting attempts. He remedied the situation quickly and offered advise on enhancing the Bose sound. Excellent service.

We had just finished remodeling our first level and Brandon came to our house to see what we had and what we might like. It was a great experience talking about the electronics we had and what was available to upgrade. We started with wifi, then TVs and music throughout the house. We now have a exceptional system throughout the house!! Thank you!!

I’m pleased with the components that are here and working. The in home consultation gave me a clear picture of what to expect. Unfortunately several of the items I ordered were on back order and not delivered prior to my scheduled installation. Since then, all items have been received and will be installed soon. I appreciate the efforts of the Best Buy team to get it right!

We had measured the cabinet prior to having the consultant in with the possible intention of installing ourselves; thank goodness we had the consultant come in!...our number were completely off and would have had us cutting the cabinet to accommodate the wall oven unnecessarily; this free service is worth the time it takes to have it done...we highly recommend it...thanks Best Buy!
