Antonio was outstanding! Not sales guy, true consulting expert. We originally had our thoughts set on a projector style entertainment. He provided insight to our current setting and options available. Ultimately we moved away from the projector and installed an awesome 86 inch tv and great sounbar.

Rommel Ramirez and his partner, (forgot his name) were very knowledgeable, professional, and diligent in their set up of our 83 inch television and sound system. They also mounted a smaller television in a small bedroom and set up Roku on a couple more.

Billy was our in-home consultant who came out, took a look at what we had, what we wanted to keep, and listened to what we wanted overall and put together a package that we are beyond pleased with. Scott, our installer, exceeded our expectations with a stellar install and customization of our system to complete the deal. We were very happy with the entire process. Thanks, guys!

Considered several products but did not know if home could support. The in-home consultant had the technical background to review the the house ethernet cabling and wifi/modem to advise sufficiency to support products we were considering. Also appreciated the in-home consultant's product knowledge to help us decide on products to purchase and where to locate them.

The Bestbuy consultant was able to come by the house earlier than expected which worked out great. The amount of knowledge and experience he had in Home Theater Systems was excellent! It was so easy and hassle free, I got a ton of great ideas and reviews on products. I would recommend this service to anyone looking into personalized electronics or rooms. I will definitely use them again!

Diego helped me with a microwave and warming drawer for a kitchen remodel. And this week assisted with a TV and installation. He is professional and follows up as promised. Diego really knows his products and helps solve customer issues. I keep his contact information and any future purchases i will consider Best Buy first because of Diego!

WE needed a faster internet speed and were having to get assistance and a system to do so. Mark and Trudy were so helpful in getting us set up and connected, There were no delays on their end, just on ours but now we are so much better. We are set up in order to increase our home security, Thank you guys!!

Michael C was excellent with the home consultation as was his team that installed the TV and Sonos soundbar. I will recommend Best Buy to everyone who talks to me about buying a new TV system. Promote Michael and pls thank him from me.

George Chacon was the best. He not only listened to our needs but he HEARD us. His explanations were clear and understandable and he went out of his way to accommodate us. Add to that a great personality, super technical knowledge, patience and you have a recipe for a great experience.

Jordan helped design a solution for TVs, audio, and Significantly Improved WIFI, within the budget constraints I had. Aaron led the Geek Squad installs and did a Superior job (including coming back with parts to finalize and review). These two BB employees Made the magic happen and I’m Very Appreciative - Thank You!

We ordered a cook top that didn't fit in the existing counter hole when delivered, and weren't able to get our questions answered at our store. Jason Arauco was very helpful in researching a new brand that fit with little modification, and we're very happy with his advice.

I was in the process of cutting the cord from Comcast, but needed help to get the most efficient setup with the new (to me) wi-fi technology. Brandon Gehman came to my house, evaluated the wi-fi signal at four television locations, then recommended some streaming devices and replacement my old modem/router combo with separate units. My new system works great thanks to In-Home Consultation.

Our old Sony TV died after 10 years. We wanted to replace it but also wanted to know what our options were for getting a smart TV vs keeping our cable. Our advisor showed us what our options were based on the answers we gave him and we selected the perfect set up we needed to use our current receiver and game system and upgraded other components.

My area rep was fantastic! He was very helpful in assessing my home and my needs and answering all of my questions throughly. He was also very good about following up with me to see when installation was convenient and to see if I had any additional needs. I have used Best Buy in the past and I will continue to use their service as long as they continue to provide quality service.

We needed help in measuring and choosing a dishwasher and microwave that would fit. Our consultant was super helpful and we ordered and received both items. I definitely recommend this service !
