Staff at Best Buy were very friendly, flexible and helpful. After learning my circumstances, they quickly arranged a home consultation with Michael. Michael is very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He is super efficient and gives good suggestions. I wouldn’t hesitate to take any of his suggestions, and recommend him to others.

What a great experience. Rose was very pleasant, patient, and attentive. Even when needing to help multiple customers, she didn't make you feel abandoned. Absolutely no pressure but full of ideas and offers reminders about accessories you may need, again without any pressure. A very pleasant purchase.

We were moving our church offices to a different building on campus, and had several things to consider to upgrade computers and connections. We had to order items as funds were raised, and so their were several different purchases. Angela was super-helpful, made great suggestions, and followed through with us on our all our purchases.

Brittany has been so helpful! She responds quickly and has come to our home to give expert recommendations. Even when dealing with issues that were not her concern (cabinets that were measured incorrectly) she was the first to come up with alternative solutions. Highly recommended!

It took some iterations and reviews, but most of the choices we made with the In-home consultant and at the Pacific Home in-store advisor were exactly what we were looking for. When an updated option became available we reviewed the cost vs the features and adjusted accordingly.

I worked with Blake M at Best Buy in Central CA. He did a fantastic job, provided an expert consultation and I’m very happy with my home theater. Will plan to work with him again on future projects. Have already referred my friends to him due to their needs for a highly well designed system.

Lorenzo came out to do the in home consultation. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He was on time and VERY informative. Lorenzo went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Best Buy and Thanks Lorenzo

The expert who came to my home was very good at analyzing my built in ceiling speakers and very helpful and patient in helping me understand what was needed. She was really helpful in arranging to have the same crew come back to my home each time for additional work. She was always helpful when I called back with questions.

Requested an in-home consultation on setting up a security system and WIFI network. Representative was sent a proposal from another service provider and gave prompt and honest feedback on what Best Buy could do (price match, service quality, timing). Ultimately used that other provider but I appreciated the straight and upfront response. I will definitely consult Best Buy again.

We were very disappointed with the overall consultation. We were misinformed regarding the gas valve and that the new range would fit without a costly revamping of the inlet gas pipe. We would have moved in a different direction if we had been advised by a more knowledgeable consultant. Bryan was very pleasant and we had faith in his advise.

Rommel Ramirez and his partner, (forgot his name) were very knowledgeable, professional, and diligent in their set up of our 83 inch television and sound system. They also mounted a smaller television in a small bedroom and set up Roku on a couple more.

Hunter had so much good advice; He was able to integrate my ideas into a plan that produced a top notch Home Theater experience. I am so glad I took the time to have a Home Consultation. It kept me from making a number of mistakes. He had experience in the design process that was invaluable and helped me save money while getting incredible sound and video. I was very pleased.

Correction for the survey: I didn’t get anything from Best Buy service or product as of today. I have a tv that I purchased but it’s still due for the delivery. He is the one that assisted me at the store and he seems like a pro and loves what he’s been doing.

Needed help with selecting a new AV system and Brian Bean was a knowledgeable and pleasant expect. Got just what we were looking for and were not recommended something expensive that we did not want.

Todd was very helpful and professional. He was very responsive to all my inquiries via text and email after he left. I never received a survey on the 2 young men that implemented our solution which Todd sold. Brandon and Omar ROCK!!!! NIce young men that were professional and efficient and sensitive to our COVID precautions.

Matt was fantastic to work with and he was very helpful in our decision making process. He was also very knowledgeable and walked us through all of our options for our outdoor TV display. I would highly recommend setting up a consultation with Matt!

Erin was not your typical salesmen. I never felt pressured or forced to buy. He showed us a few options and assured me i was making the right decision on what i wanted. He figured out each and every option on how i could finance with alot of patience and was always so polite. He was a pleasure to meet and would recommend best buy with their in home consultation.

We needed both a sound system and an internet signal upgrade. The consultant provided a variety of alternatives and made recommendations for our particular situation. We ordered the equipment and geek support and both our Sonus and Eero systems are working perfectly.

I needed help with understanding the Ring home security system. The young man was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and had a winning personality! He was patient with me and answered my many questions!
