The two Geek Squad Techs showed up as promised, a real plus. They had the TV wall mounted and functional in about 40 minutes- incredible! They walked us through a demo of all the features and how to sign up for services like Netflix, etc. Outstanding job.

Bill was first rate. The installation of my tv wasn’t as clear cut as expected. He and his helper did an excellent job. Professional, knowledgeable but also engaging and communicative. I am so pleased!
