We just needed a quick replacement for a TV mounted in our guest room. We were expecting a visit over the weekend. Matt came to the rescue. We got our TV replaced inside of one hour. This was exceptional.

I was happy with the expert advice I received in choosing the best TVs for our new home. I never felt pressured on what to purchase and am assured my tech specialist will be available for any future questions or support I may need; in fact, he’s already reached out to check on how we’re enjoying our TV choices.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Flexible with scheduling and extremely personable. Follow up was timely and helpful My problems were from operations! Disorganized and sometimes inefficient. Ordered items were not delivered and could not be found. My advocate became the in home guy who seemed to know how to move things along.

We wanted better internet through our whole house. Sean(?) gave us a quick appointment day, showed up on time, listened to what we needed, walked the house and gave us a few options at different costa. He even made the appointment for the installer to come in a week. All went well and we couldn't be happier!!!
