I admit I was a little skeptical going into this, figured Best Buy would be an order taker type of operation. I was very impressed with my sales person Ryan, he was very knowledgeable and created a unique set up for me. I also appreciated them letting me do this in phases. I was able to get my original installer for phase 2 and it turned out great. Loving college football on new big screen TV!

Jordan was very thorough. He answered all of our questions and we did not feel pressured. We live in an older home and he took precise measurements to assure our appliances would fit. The in home consultation gave us confidence there would be no installation glitches.

We purchased speakers for our home theater receiver and new tv. The team of two were here at the time they said they woud be. A few hours later we have great tv surround sound. I'll definitely recommend Best Buy.

The salesman came to the house to evaluate my plan to purchase a replacement KitchenAid wall oven. He reviewed the product and told me what needed to be done to make the installation. He was able to provide a lead to someone to make the necessary modifications to my cabinetry required for the new oven installation.

My consultant took the time to understand my problem and what I was hoping to accomplished. He listened carefully and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He took his time, explained everything clearly and also followed up the next day to see if I had any questions.

Nick’s demeanor was friendly, professional and kind, and efficient. He was a good listener, and gave me good options to meet my needs. The installers were careless with flooring and failed to switch the door to open from the opposite side.

I purchased a complete system including Sony Mini LED TV, Sony blue ray player, Sony surround system and subwoofer. The techs were very helpful in getting it mounted, wired, configured and showing me how to optimize and use it.

She provided me the everything what we would need to have our party. The installation also went perfect. One small thing which was missed was that the patio speakers would only run on zone 2 if they were connected to the tv, which we were not planning to connect. Good thing that the installation technician had a specific wire and got the job done and saved the day

I've been working only with Norma for over 10 years. We all have options to buy from online stores, but the availability to discuss product pluses and minuses and alternatives cannot be offered online. Norma I have found is the best at giving me ideas in an honest and concise manner.

We needed help installing three Ring door bells, as well as chimes, and routers. The Best Buy techs was very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with during the installation. We now feel more secure in our home with the new Ring door bells in place.

The gentlemen that conducted the work in my home were excellent. They did a great job installing ceiling speakers and replacing my receiver. Also made sure the equipment was properly working before they departed.

Excellent in-home advisor and outstanding Geek Squad set-up of my new television and new audio system. The buying experience was made that much more enjoyable because of the care that the personnel extended to me on all occasions. I had little question that the television and receiver would please me, but with each viewing and listening moment, I am gratified that I made the purchase.
