We needed help with home appliances. The expert was very helpful and was able to suggest the right appliances for our need. We had multiple consultation so it was good to work with single person though out the process.

Alvaro was very pleasant and knowledgeable when discussing different home entertainment systems. He helped me determine what system would provide top performance for our room size and didn’t try to over sell me knowing my budget. Greatly appreciate the time spent educating me on Best Buy options.

In home evaluation was very quick, yet complete, with very affable representative. The solution presented met all of our needs and when put to the test has substantially improved our wireless network. Although AT&T balked and stated it would need a workaround, in fact there was none needed and everything is fully functional. Easy setup, with good support (not great) from the product’s company.

We needed help installing three Ring door bells, as well as chimes, and routers. The Best Buy techs was very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with during the installation. We now feel more secure in our home with the new Ring door bells in place.

When I met my consultant Andrew Olsen, I could tell he would put personal interest into my Home. He has stood by me with updates and schedule changes due to delays in Construction. He had the products in mind what would work in the spaces I needed. Andrew is truly a professional but better yet he has become a friend.

We are looking to cut the cord. Robert was patient & professional to help us with our needs. He discussed & shared some options of electronic accessories needed to accomplish. We would recommend to have this service whenever looking at doing anything for updating in technology or appliances. Thanks Best Buy for providing this service FREE of charge.

Although my advisor was very helpful, I ultimately bought different equipment than was proposed. I made a few changes based upon further discussion with other advisors at Magnolia. However, once I made my decision, I will be making yet a few more changes because of either lack of stock or recent model upgrades that I would have chosen first, had I been made aware at the time. You really have to research if you want to make the best decision!

I wanted to upgrade my TV, computing, sound and WiFi, and get rid of excess cables. The on-site consultation enabled me to do that in a user-friendly way and the follow up was complete. All the staff were professional and friendly, with no sales pressure.

I was directed to Elvis by the General Manager who was my former GM at a high profile retail store, and Elvis was very helpful!

The agent and project coordinator (Joseph) were absolutely incredible. Great customer service and they all had extensive knowledge about the project and as well provided feedback regarding how to have an overall better experience with various upgrades. Everyone was kind, patient and made sure that we were pleased with the end result.

Outstanding - Jess & Jay were a fantastic duo - explained ALOT when we asked questions, tested all around the house and made sure our devices had a strong signal before leaving. Showed me how to use the app. This new mesh system is fantastic, install was efficient.

Advisor chose all of the equipment I needed and scheduled the Geek Squad to install and make sure it was all working. Arnold did a good job in identifying what we needed. Unfortunately, someone decided to ignore his request for who would come from the Geek Squad and they sent a third party that was terrible. Arnold assisted in getting it fixed.

Ashley was patient and kind, answering all kinds of questions we had about our new home theater. I'm over 70 and find tech talk frustrating. But Ashley explained things in a relaxed and personable manner. Very pleased.

Nick’s demeanor was friendly, professional and kind, and efficient. He was a good listener, and gave me good options to meet my needs. The installers were careless with flooring and failed to switch the door to open from the opposite side.

We needed assistance with TV/audio/smart home help for our new home. Charlie was very helpful in helping us select the right products for our home and scheduling the installation. He stayed in constant communication with us throughout the process.

I am not sure which one this was for the tv surround sound system mounting bracket or the issue I had with the open box computer problem. Both were not bad installations, The speaker mounting bracket went in quick. The computer was different what happened was the keyboard and mouse did not match up with the wifi connection piece in the back of the all in one computer it just took time away from what I was working on.

Brandon did a phenomenal job helping my wife and I pick out a new TV and microwave. He legit knew his stuff and expertly guided us through the selection process.

The agent who came out was very knowledgeable. He was able to give me options in improving my wifi internet connection and why he was out I also inquired about outdoor televisions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus I was not charged for the consultation. An absolutely great service! Would use them again!

Our home expert was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us to purchase our Sony - 85" Class BRAVIA XR X95K 4K HDR Mini LED Google TV which we love. I highly recommend having a home expert advice you on a TV purchase. Thank you
