Can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with Ashley to put together the audio and video needs for our new home in Florida! We were in a Illinois and all the communication took place by phone, text and email. Ashley was very responsive and patient. After installation, she continued to follow up and answered all of our questions.

I wanted to upgrade my TV, computing, sound and WiFi, and get rid of excess cables. The on-site consultation enabled me to do that in a user-friendly way and the follow up was complete. All the staff were professional and friendly, with no sales pressure.

Wide range of considerations for setting up a new home and this was a life saving service for us. Ken listened and was able to put together the best balance of appliances and equipment for each room: kitchen, theater and office. Adding the total tech membership made it an efficient time saver; and at a value too!

I originally wanted a side by side fridge but after showing me pics of new style models and how far out bottom drawers would come out, I became excited with my order. We liked the home consultation so much better than ordering in the store and not being positive of our choice. We’ll definitely go back to Best Buy for future appliances.

Our experiences with other TV businesses have generally fallen short of expectations. Our Best Buy Advisor was knowledgeable, very patience with us as we chose the new TV. He walked us through several large TVs explaining differences until we settled on one. He far exceeded our expectations and we will continue to always go to Best Buy when we need replacements .

Hannah was our in home consultant again, we've worked her before, for a total of three times. She is wonderful and easy to work with. She listens to your wants and needs and is able to make suggestions regarding what would be the best options. She never pressures you, and gives time to make decisions and offer expert advice.

Great guidance for updating our the home theater system. Excellent recommendations for television, receiver, power conditioner, harmony remote, and OTA antenna. We love the new theater system. Awesome picture and sound. The HEOS feature on the receiver allows us easily to play music on the back deck while someone is watching a movie in the living room.

Needed help with selecting fridge, washer and dryer, Lee was awesome and guided me throughout the whole process until installation.

Anthony confirmed I could upgrade from a 55" to a 65" using my same wall mounted bracket. He also recommended going from a Samsung to a LG brand for better picture color quality. I am very pleased with my new LG. Thank you.

Glen, Paul, Jeff, and Sam were all great to work with. All our questions were answered and their suggestions for our home theater proved to give us the result we had hoped for.

George Chacon was the best. He not only listened to our needs but he HEARD us. His explanations were clear and understandable and he went out of his way to accommodate us. Add to that a great personality, super technical knowledge, patience and you have a recipe for a great experience.

I want to acknowledge my sales consultant, Jose Gonzalez. He did a great job talkin TECH with me. I debating the difference between Samsung 85" neo qled 4K or 8K. Thanks to our tech talk, I selected the 8K set. It is fantastic.

Both of the consultants that came out were very professional, they wore masks and shoe covers, they were on time and most of all they were quickly able to assess the nature of the technical problem with the TV while teaching me some things along the way. The end result will lead to me being able to get back to enjoying this great product.

We bought a new house that had speakers all over the house and had no idea what to do with them and our advisor suggested a Denon receiver and that everything would work great together. She also suggested smart lighting and we love everything that we have added to our home due to the suggested things to make our home more comfortable and personal.
