We needed help in replacing our washer and dryer due to flood damage. Marco was able to find like product replacements and at a great sale price. Wife was very happy. Happy wife- happy life.

Krissy was great great for our in home assessment. However the guys that came iut to install it could’ve find the studs & sine we live in a mobile home said it could not be done. Our friend who is a handyman & has worked on mobile homes know exactly what to do & did a great job of installing it along with the swing for the TV.

The expert came to my house, evaluated the need, recommended the Mesh Network and after having it installed, I couldn't be more satisfied! It works great! I haven't had one device drop since the installation. Highly recommend Best Buy and their products! Rick

Took care to install using as little space accessories for a clean look. Will need to call him back for assistance in using new components since they don't come with much instructions. Highly recommended

We wanted to upgrade our 12 year old system and gave Paul the ideas we had beforehand so when he arrived he was prepared to dig right in and gave outstanding advice and suggestions. We were very confident with our decisions based on his advice. He checked inwithus by phone twice after the new setup was installed just to make sure all was going well; which it is.

Michelle, made us feel very comfortable and glad happy that she came to our home to see our needs for a New DACOR Range and Oven. So she placed the order at our home and gave us the delivery date which was much, much shorter than any other Appliance stores had given us.

I wanted to cut the cord and set up a mesh network in my home. I got great advice from my Best Buy consultant and also was able to tie in a new security system. Best Buy did the installation and so far I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Best Buy for this and will leverage their services in the future.

Mohammed Kabir was our consultant. He is professional, knowledgeable and patiently explained solutions and products to fix our WiFi issues. Orbi was the recommended solution and it works great! Mohammed is the person we will consult for all our technology needs. He is an asset to the BestBuy corporation. In-Home Consultation service is a fantastic service offered through BestBuy.

With the help of Joshua Shears we were able to get Bowers Wilkins ceiling speakers installed. It was excellent working working with Joshua Shears as part of this project.

Andy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting my security system set up in my house. We ran into a few glitches along the way with the system itself but he stepped in and made everything work out seamlessly. He went out of his way to and all my questions, take care of all the details and make the whole experience an enjoyable one. Thank you!!

top notch install of 2 new TVs and removal of 2 old ones. Martin and a partner came out and did a great job. the old tvs included a 50" plasma that might have weighed a ton. heavy, 2-man lift, and they did it. The other one was a new 50 replacing a 32 in the garage, which was/is mounted high in a corner. Well done!

I purchased a complete system including Sony Mini LED TV, Sony blue ray player, Sony surround system and subwoofer. The techs were very helpful in getting it mounted, wired, configured and showing me how to optimize and use it.

My in-home advisor helped me sort through the overwhelming choices in technology and find a plan to make my home "smart" in a way that made sense for me--for what my skills (and my budget) could handle. He even provided me proposals in phases, and has been there ever since for all my questions and concerns (without making me feel silly for asking). More than I ever hoped for!
