This is a good service to help you get some ideas about what you want to do in your home theater room. The possibilities are endless and can be confusing. It took about two weeks to get the proposal after my appointment. The sales person who visited me was patient and listened to my needs and helped me with suggestions. There is no pressure to purchase, which was nice. After the proposal , there wasn't any follow-up, which was ok because I wasn't really ready to buy yet.

We had a new tv and sound bar installed by Jose and Jacob who were courteous and careful and did a great job. They explained how to operate system.

I was offered an in-home consultation while shopping in the store for smart home products. It was easy to schedule and the consultant provided updates prior to arriving. Once I met with the consultant, we discuss possible smart home options, he evaluated my internet, and made relevant recommendations. The process was super easy and my consultant was knowledgeable and friendly.

The whole process of buying and having our entertainment center installed was great. Geordy was great with talking with me about the options for the equipment. Jeff and Corinna were great at the install. Knowledgeable, courteous, clean and efficient.

We needed help measuring the opening and picking out the perfect dishwasher. Our consultant was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had our new dishwasher picked out and ordered in no time. Great service.

Thanks to our IHA, we were able to survive the transition of buying a whole house of appliances and home electronics that helped us with security and smart-home enhancements. Patient and beyond and above attitude was the key to this successful visit. If you've never had a consultation, you should get one. The service is outstanding. Thank you.

We purchased a new house and needed help figure out the size, brand and quality of cameras, tvs and other appliances. My in home consultant offer convenient via the phone consultation and helped my processed my orders. Very pleasant experience and will recommend.

Your advisors were quick, efficient and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions and showed me how to do things. Used their expertise to help me decide the best placement for the tv. The only problem was they forgot to take away the old tv. And it's been hard to contact Best Buy to schedule the pick up for it. I even went to the store who told me to call the 1800 number. Still haven't been able to schedule when they can come get it.

Chris guided us through the maze of TV choices, and installation issues and concerns. It was most helpful to have a professional in the home, who could see what equipment would be used in with the tv. We had looked at TVs in other stores, often without any knowledgeable staff, and ended up walking away confused. Installation staff was excellent too!

We needed help installing a Sonos system for music at the house and home theater. The recommended equipment worked out well and we had it ordered and installed quickly.

Our Home Advisor Michael M . was very helpful with our search for Kitchen Appliances in our house . Finding us the best quality and price deals out there . I needed a new microwave, and the manager at the Best Buy in Mountain View, Ca., John Regan, was nice enough to search for a mucrowave that would fit in my small space. Druve it to my house and install it.

The in-home team has been amazing. The first job I used the team for, setting up my home theater and home network, was terrific. Techs were all super smart, neat, and courteous. In fact, I was so pleased I hired the team to come back for two more projects. They have my highest recommendation!

I needed a new refrigerator and the store recommended an in home advisor. We purchased speakers for our home theater receiver and new tv. The team of two were here at the time they said they woud be. A few hours later we have great tv surround sound. I'll definitely recommend Best Buy.
