I needed to purchase TVs for three bedrooms and a living room, as well as a sound system for the entire house, and install them all on wall mounts. The consultant guided me in all decisions and the installation was perfect. I love the results!

The home I purchased in Aug came with surround sound speakers and had previously had the TV mounted. I was uncertain how to utilize the speakers and what size TV would best fit the room. All those question were answered by my consultant. The plan he developed not only for the room but also my budget. I absolutely love my entertainment system.

Linsey was wonderful and helped me pin down a lot of the big items on my list to get. I couldn't have done it without her and wi continue to use her knowledge and expertise in the future!

Had sone anxiety about having to purchase a new refrigerator- we were fortunate enough to meet Perry who helpednus with the selection after listening to our needs and doing some research of the inventory- he helped make the process stress free

Anthony confirmed I could upgrade from a 55" to a 65" using my same wall mounted bracket. He also recommended going from a Samsung to a LG brand for better picture color quality. I am very pleased with my new LG. Thank you.

The gentleman who came to provide advice on a replacement microwave for our 12-year-old GE Profile Advantium 120 was very helpful and not at all pushy. I decided on another GE with fewer features than our old one (since we didn’t take advantage of several features very often). We’re very happy with the replacement one which was delivered this week (on time). Thanks!!

James was extremely helpful. My wife and I had many purchases and he assisted us with all the complimentary tech to ensure our experience was optimal. He also scheduled our magnolia install and the installation tech was fantastic!

I want to acknowledge my sales consultant, Jose Gonzalez. He did a great job talkin TECH with me. I debating the difference between Samsung 85" neo qled 4K or 8K. Thanks to our tech talk, I selected the 8K set. It is fantastic.

Brian called and asked if it was more convenient for an earlier appointment which accommodated my schedule. His insight was helpful by answering my questions fully and I did not feel rushed. About 15 minutes upon leaving, I received an itemization of the items I needed to fulfill my request.

I needed help with a few things, a refrigerator for our daughter, a new cooktop, and a new TV. He was extremely helpful, went and took measurements, saved us time shopping, and followed up to make sure the delivery was smooth.l

We had no idea that this was a resource with shopping with Best Buy! David was incredibly helpful with planning and ideas, and sourcing the best choices available. Scheduling coordination, also. An absolute pleasure to work with. Very mindful of our budget needs, too.

I arranged for a consultation because I was worried I would measure wrong for a new refrigerator. Henry measured precisely and then found the only 4 side by side refrigerators that would fit in my space. It fits perfectly, with only 1/8" to spare on each side.

Shaun Jones, our in-home consultant, gave great advice on two Sony TVs, their on-wall installation, and concealment of the wiring. But what really impressed was how he went beyond the call of duty. We had an appointment to meet him at the store one day when my garage door wouldn't open and I couldn't get the car out, Shaun offered to come to the house and helped fix it. Now that's service!

The gentlemen that conducted the work in my home were excellent. They did a great job installing ceiling speakers and replacing my receiver. Also made sure the equipment was properly working before they departed.

We needed help with 2 new tv systems with sound systems in den and master bedroom. Several options were reviewed within our budget but when we asked for them to be written out so we could see the line item charges everything stopped. We ended up ordering everything online from your website and making multiple trips to your store to get the work done. We did purchase an 8k TV instead of the less expensive ones that the advisors suggested...that was $7,600 (way more than double). We did contact one of the advisors and asked if his crew was going to install our order (paid the additional $199 installation fee). We were very disappointed when he said no...you didn't purchase through me. We thought that he was part of the store (employee) and for the $8,196 we spent on the den system (still the master bedroom to go) that he was part of the purchase. Hopefully other customers don't have this same issue/misunderstanding. I was hoping to have a 100% professional installation in my new home, instead it has been 2 geek squad men, me (I'm old) and my neighbor...trying our best. We are close...ordered hanging system from TV to sound bar (due in this week(from you)). Thanks for reading this...

Needed help with selecting a new AV system and Brian Bean was a knowledgeable and pleasant expect. Got just what we were looking for and were not recommended something expensive that we did not want.
