All the equipment purchased helped smooth out my TV, Computer and new printer. The Geeks were great. I am glad to have 90 days to ask questions. Calls were returned in a timely manner. I did have to return and exchange a few items, and the store experience was mixed. I went too soon apparently (same day) and the system wasn't ready for returns. Sales person took care of it though.

Nikolas Igo did a great job looking at our needs and offering suggestions on how to fix our problem. He was curious and very accommodating to all our needs. With his suggestions, we have no issues with our Internet Service now. We cant thank him enough for his support.

The In -Home Consultant came all the way to my other address and was on time and communicated that he was on his way. With regards to the security consultation, he was very thorough in his advice with regards to incorporating my areas of concern for protection as well as making suggestions to maximize adequate security.

Grant was my in home consultant. I am finishing my basement and wanted some insights for a possible home theater set up. Grant had several suggestions and gave advice for the placement of a TV and speakers. I was at the electrical stage so I got speaker wire from Best Buy and placed following Grant's recommendation. Looking forward to finishing the area up in the fall or winter.

The installation crew were great. They were on time and phoned ahead to let me know they would be arriving in 30 minutes. Were verry professional and did an excellent job setting up the tv and going over the new product.

There was some confusion with the scheduling system. The online schedule let me book an appointment but the live scheduler said it wasn’t available. Long story short, Donnie was very accommodating and did a video consultation for me without hesitation and everything fell into place after that. Thank you Donnie, I’m loving my new TV in my kitchen area.

We received a new set of washing machine and dryer. The crew arrive right on time, they installed the equipment and demonstrate how to use it. They did a clean job and were very friendly. It was a great experience.

It has been at least 10 years since we had purchased a tv. So much has changed and my husband and I are tech challenged, but we still try. We had questions, they were all answered. We had picked our tv out in July, and time got away from us. The process was so easy, and our consultant Jarrett Bowdren was excellent.

The Home Advisor I met with was very personable and listened well when it came to understanding my needs and expectations for a new entertainment system for our basement. He discussed options and answered all my questions. We are enjoying the products we got as a result of our consultation. The only exception was that he recommended using a Roku to improve signal reception. This caused voice syncing problems with the TV. I ended up returning it for a full refund and now the system works perfectly!

Recently had the Google Home WiFi 3-pack set-up by Best Buy's Geek Squad division after doing an in-home consultation on how to improve my wifi signal in my entire 3-level home. So far so good I'm enjoying my consistent wifi signal all throughout my home. Google Home WiFi also has an app that you can download to control your wifi capabilities at or away from home. I love this ability!!!

They were nice and knew most of what they were doing but did not notice I had all of the extended wires. Luckily I can return them but I have to make a special trip. Also, I thought they would be involved in the installation and when they were not, it was left to me to detail to the installers who were not briefed on what was going on. I thought that could have been handled better. Also, as an upsell, they never asked me about updating my computer? The computer tech who came out informed me my computer will need to be rebuilt or replaced by 10/2025, your guy didn't even ask to look?
