We wanted to purchase a new tv. Caroline walked us through what was available and how the new technology would work. She presented us with options. We couldn't be more pleased.

Dalton was my in home advisor and answered my questions and gave me some great insight and ideas on what I could do with my sound system and network. Very friendly, no pressure and overall am extremely satisfied with my consultation and would recommend Dalton and his staff to anyone thinking of a new home theatre system and internet solutions with your home network.

Devon was very knowledgeable. Best Buy installers really messed up and Devon took it on his own to fix the problems and secure my 100% satisfaction. Best Buy was able to keep me as recurrent Customer, thanks only to Devon

A refrigerator dying just before the holidays is a nightmare. Zach was a blessing. He came to our home and measured the area, gave us the options and we were done. He stayed with us through the delivery. We will definitely use him again.

Derik did what I asked, I'm still getting accoustomed to the changes. This is the second time he was here asI needed to purchase a new remote for my Samsun TV because I did not have a universal remote. He explained alot about streaming channels etc.

WORKERS WERE GREAT, BUT SCHEDULING SUCKED!! E MAIL STATED TODAY'S ARRIVAL TIME RANGE WAS 7 AM TO 12:00. WORKERS SAID THEY NEVER SHOW UP TO WORK AT 7!!?????? Luke was very patient and helpful. The issue stems from a third party device. Luke advised what needs to be done and made it easy to follow up with him once the other main issue is resolved. He did all he could to resolve the issue.

We needed a sound box and net system. As Julian reviewed our home and its complete Sony speaker system ( abandoned in its first year because of lack of support), we learned all the speakers can now be used again with Sonos. Unimaginable to us for almost 23 years. We got all we asked for and so much more. "When everything old is new again".

Justin was an amazing help. I was very well prepared for a full home theater purchase, I had done my research for over a year; yet Justin had wonderful suggestions and made the whole experience easy and very satisfying. I should add, with their help my costs beat anywhere else I could have shopped.

Service was good and ended up with quality products and installation. Price for the installation was a little more than you would expect and consultation was only based on conversation.

Brandon was at our home two years ago, so we were happy he could be the one to come back and evaluate our products since he knows us and our layout. We ordered some new "gear" and also set up a "repair" visit for a couple of items that needed fixed. It worked out well.

Got a 77" LG C1 and an 55' LG C9 mounted by Trevor Legore and he did an amazing job in measuring and mounting. He was professional and well versed and I highly recommend him in the Mount Vernon/Yonkers Area. Glad I paid for the total tech membership as it was 100% worth it!
