Finally a business who understands customer service Adam showed up on time for our appointment was communicating constantly with updates and my options and was knowledgeable about what Best Buy was selling I have done business with them before but I will be doing a lot more going forward

I used the Best Buy in-home consultation for the first time. It was fantastic, looked at my living room with me and made some recommendations on a tv and home audio based on the size of the room and such. I ended up with the Sonos Playbar+Sub and a LG 65B8 and I couldn’t be happier. Knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!!

Anytime I ask Hunter Lewis about an item, no matter what time of day whether he’s workin or not, he give his honest opinions and suggestions and checks availability and pricing for me. Then it’s a matter of giving him my payment information and within the hour my items are ready for pick up. I appreciate the help he gives me immensely.

Very professional and they take their time. I wanted to make a room in my new house a theater room with a projector but after getting help from a professional our beat bet was getting a 75” Tv that covers the whole wall and I’m not mad about the decision we made. Michael Carey provided great in-home service for us in selecting appliances for our kitchen. He provided recommendations on the best use of our space in terms of what appliances would fit best in our kitchen. Looking at the appliances in the store was easier, too, because he located the exact appliances which were recommended.

I appreciated that the Best Buy, Duluth store provides in home consulting. We recently moved into our home and needed many recommendations and upgrades. Chauncey was like a personal shopper and provided the best pricing on all items. The Geek Squad followed up with installation. What a great service, and I appreciate the communication, follow up and professionalism.

Jon Macklin, Simon, and Tony were superb. Jon walked me through all the equipment options, pros, cons, and helped me pick out the best rig for my budget. Tony and Simon expertly installed it and even worked with Jon to get an upgraded receiver for the capability I was searching for. Would recommend again

I needed advice on what home security system would meet my needs. I have a 2 acre gated property. Charles was able to identify the proper system and what I would need. I will be installing a mounting pole by the front gate and then purchase the system. His expertise was invaluable to me.

Adolfo Garza is very well-versed in electronics and was able to recommend a good solution to updating my existing home entertainment system. He is great at communicating info about the system, plus let me know when he was on his way and showed up promptly and on time. I would definitely recommend him.

We wanted to update the look of our kitchen and we weren't sure of the size and color we should get. David was able to get everything measured up and explain the different styles and price options that were available to us. It was nice to be able to do this from the comfort of our own home. I would recommend this free service to anyone.

I am very pleased with our experience. There were a few hiccups but our consultant helped fix things and made us feel confident everything would be fine. Tyler Rios was outstanding from start to finish! He really understands the products and made sure to check up on us multiple times as the process played out.

Rick and Kevin were great. The initial installer, Stephon, did not perform the job properly and Kevin had to come out and fix it. Stephon did not return any phone calls to fix his mistake, which was very troubling considering that my television and internet kept cutting out for two weeks before Kevin was able to fix the problem that Stephon created. Rick and Kevin were both very helpful in resolving the problem.

We bought a 65” LED TV and a sound system. The two technicians who installed everything were efficient, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, answering all of our many questions. It was a totally satisfactory experience.

Our installation could not be completed in one day. Our technician Jesse was more than helpful. He even came back to install a piece of equipment that was not on hand during our 2 day installation! He was knowledgeable, helpful and made himself available to answer any questions we had. It was a great experience for us!
