I had an inhome security consultation. The rep was very knowledgeable! Made some great recommendations! I will pursue some for sure. Great heads up to call both your police & fire departments to see if you need to do anything prior to installing a security system. I would totally recommend this offer from Best Buy.

We were looking for a new stove with air fryer and range . Alex our consultant came out to the house and was very polite, educated on products, and great customer service. We picked the perfect stove and love it.

I did not know what to expect from my home advisor, but I was pleased with the man's expertise and quickness. He was also able to explain his recommendations in language I understand, and to an older man not famous for being up on entertainment technology, the advisor gave comfort. My problem could easily be solved if... I followed the advice and it has worked perfectly. I was very pleased that the advisors and Geeks know each other well and made positive remarks about each other.

Our advisor was very patient with us and all of our questions. He made several suggestions and we chose the option best for us. My only concern is that the wireless speaker arrangement that he suggested didn't actually work the way he explained it, and did not work at all with our set-up. So, that was an unnecessary expense and an unexpected return trip to the store. The advisor was very great about initiating the return and being the middle man for us.

Collin Keenan gave us very good information in the store to help us decide, then - due to the urgency of the situation - was very responsive in immediately scheduling an in-home consultation, as we had critical space issues for the unit.

From the initiation of the consultation to the installation, the process was flawless. The installer hooked up everything and even improved my existing internet throughout my entire house, which is something Spectrum should have done. Spectrum could learn a lot from the Best Buy installers and about routers. I 100% recommend Best Buy for a home theater product.
