Adam and the install crew, Derek & Ryan were extremely patient and explained what they were doing, how we can access all our components and followed through with phone calls. They were very courteous and professional. We appreciated that they explained use of the equipment more than once when we had questions. They are a top notch team.

Faheem looked at all the issues in our home and advised us on TVs, speakers, computers, home automation, etc. Things have changed since we had the house wired for speakers years ago. Now we understand everything can be done wireless.

Robert was very helpful with we needed a new stove. Even better our dryer broke on Saturday and I needed one by this Saturday. Robert took care of everything on last Saturday ( the day it broke) and today, Wednesday our new one is installed. Outstanding service,

I can't get into the Orbi NETGEAR settings! The password that we put in for the Ring DoorBell2 and Camera works - but not the Orbi Network! And I can open a live view on the camera on my phone - but it takes 2-5 times to get a live view on my front DoorBell2 on my phone! A visit to the "Geek" counter at the Brick store didn't work! I'm getting a new computer installed from the "Geek Squad" that I got as a X-mas present - I hope that woks?!

Our Home Expert Cindy has been very helpful through the purchase process as well as the delivery, and installation phases. Sometimes at big box stores you don’t really get that personalized assistance, but we got that dealing with Cindy. Very glad she helped us.

We needed to buy a new refrigerator as ours was on it last legs and wasn't expected to last. Our in store consultant knew his products and made important suggestions that we valued which were similar to the repair guy who had looked at our fridge a week earlier.

I had Ken come out and look at updating my 20 year old home theater. Bought everything he said I needed. 2 weeks later the techs (like 6 of them) showed up and installed everything. It was a pretty painless exercise. Would recommend.

Our in home consultation was outstanding and I highly recommend it. This was the first time we had a consultation, and he set us up perfectly with an amazing tv, sound system, hue lighting system and universal remote. The whole system is top notch and the service was first class. I wouldn’t do it any other way. Best Buy ROCKS!

The consultant was helpful. He gave us some good advice. We were satisfied with the service. We are still learning on how to use the firestick. We were able to get some favorite shows saved in the library but are unable to The Daily Show on Comedy Central to save for us. Could use some help with that kind of problem.

My experience with two Home expert guys was great. Not only they came to delivered my washer and dryer, they put everything together and made sure it worked before leaving. I would recommend not only to buy from Best Buy but you can depend on delivery as well as putting everything that is needed before leaving.
